Amazing service friendly staff made welcome, the food was brilliant been here a few times recently had the same friendly lady bring our food out

Thank you to Dave and Leanne for a lovely breakfast yesterday. We went to the Sussex yeoman for a catch up with family and had a lovely breakfast. It was so good I will be returning soon.

Delicious breakfast, waitress Leanne, very polite and happy as always. All the staff there are very friendly. God value for money, lovely atmosphere.

🤬🤬🤬 My BIRTHDAY MEAL disaster 🤬🤬🤬 Sussex Yeoman, Worthing - you are diabolical to put it politely. 1, You brought out starters, with no cutlery, asked for them, then asked manager, server brought then out and nearly throw them at us. (Garlic mushrooms VERY greasy) 🍛 2, You delivered someone else's meal to our table, (was one of our parties orders but wasn't ours) then we got abused by that table it should have gone to, being called big C's for taking their dinner and what the F**k you looking at. When in factor it was YOUR fault delivering to the wrong table. Causing people to feel very uneasy; including me. 🍽 🥗 🥣 3, Your pineapple ring were rancid to say the least. I think they were off 🤢 🤮 4, Simple drinks not available. Pineapple juice, elderflower tonic, and some J2o's 🥛 ▪︎ You did give some compensation, but overall for a celebrity meal, you ruined what should have been a good enjoyable family evening. OVERALL EXPERIENCE VERY POOR AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN 2* of out of 10

Visit on 12/04/2024 afternoon. I'm local and been frequenting this place over 20 years. A massive shout out to the staff. They were seriously understaffed due to illness and and reasons unknown in both the kitchen and front of house. One poor chef and trainee and the place was heaving. Front of house were all flat out. All continued to smile and provide the best service they could despite a few scowling customers. Despite everyone's efforts and fairly quick service the food quality wasn't at usual standard. We spoke with the manager out of earshot to other patrons, explained our appreciation to everyone's efforts and we sympathised with their predicament but we were spending alot of money. Faultless. He apologised sincerely and resolved the situation to a level I will confidently return. Always remember. The Front get the Brunt. We never know the full story, and a quiet word and all can be resolved. If Hungry Horse read this they deserve a bonus or pay rise. They really couldn't have worked harder.

It was Mother's Day, hadn't booked. They found us a table, had two Sunday Lunches. 1 x Roast Beef & 1 x Roast Turkey, followed by to Apple Crumble & Custard.Absolutely Wonderful, and all Staff were Brilliant.

We went about a week ago. What a great visit staff were very friendly would hardly recommanyone togethank you very much.

Stopped in for dinner. The menu at the Yeoman is diverse and well priced. Ordered a steak which was tender and cooked to my liking. The staff were extremely accommodating and couldn't have done more for me, thanks to Dave & Connor for a great dining experience!

No wonder so few people go to pubs nowadays when you have to pay to park. Absolutely disgraceful. I forgot to pay and got a £100 fine. I will never return.

Went for lunch today 6.2.24.ordered starter and main..Starter came out 2mins later main came out..Food was absolutely disgusting, and cold..I had the chicken and bacon wrap, 1 piece of streaky bacon and 4 tiny bits of chicken..please don't waste your money on food here..

We went there today for my brothers birthday. The service was good but that's where it stops, I'm afraid. The roast dinner my brother and I had consisted of very small frozen bought roast potatoes, frozen veg (was defintely not fresh). The beef itself was passable. My partner had a mixed grill. The two sausages were of a poor quality, he left most of that. The chicken was really dry. The gammon, egg and chips were as you would expect. As I mentioned above, the waitresses were friendly enough, that was the best part of the overall experience. Sorry, to give a negative review but I have to be honest here. I won't be returning.

Very impressed, service from manager at table and bar, the waitress is an absolute asset to the pub restaurant. The Korean burger was sublime, cooked really well, very hot temperature wise, so received quickly from cooking, chips clearly cooked in clean fat, crisp and seasoned perfectly. Buy one get one free day too. It was mint!

Visited 4th December. Warm welcome from Dave and the team. Festive atmosphere and warm and cosy. Order taken promptly which was for a mixed grill and smothered steak. Food arrived quickly and was piping hot, and the steaks cooked exactly as we had ordered. Staff checked to see if everything was satisfactory. Excellent value for money. No hesitation in recommending.

Great menu and food at a good cost, waitress was attentive and let us know she was available if we needed anything. Dave the manager was working the bar and nothing was too much trouble, helped with booking car in as we didn’t know how to and was pleasant, professional and friendly

Very quick service my partner had the mega breakfast and I have the super breakfast and everything was piping hot and cooked beautifully. We had tea and coffee too. The sever was amazing and was really sweet to us. Thank you! We will be back!

Friendly staff, quick service with a smile, kat is always so efficient, as a regular bere she always knows what drinks we have and will offer tostart to poor them when she sees they are empty. Nikki is always there to help too

Superb breakfast with a hot coffee, great start to the day, team were very welcoming and a great breakfast at a great price.

Went for dinner and drinks with my group of chaps and lovely ladies, after a delightful afternoon of golf. We wanted to unwind with a stiff drink, and a few items from the menu. Staff and food and drinks were brilliant. Special thanks to Emma and the wider team!

Had an excellent meal on Friday at the yeoman with my family. Food was great, excellent value for money, staff very friendly and helpful. The booths are great for kids as have CBeebies channel for them to watch and also a small kids play area....
