Excellent service when we were here on a Saturday evening. Restaurant was busy with a few large parties but our food was served really quickly and nothing was too much trouble, even with a coeliac in our party. Really well organised, unlike other Pizza Express restaurants we've been to.

Well below what we expect from a Wetherspoons pub. It was dirty. It was full of a number of customers who were loud and worse the wear from too much alcohol, it made us feel most uncomfortable. The service was offhand . The only saving grace was the cheap cask ale. We could not finish our drinks quickly enough to leave this pub

Wonderful meal with attentive, kind service. We ate the seabass (2 big fillets) in Tamarind sauce, with sticky rice and a lovely, herby, bright laab salad on the side. We went for 'normally spicy' and loved it. Our kind host looked after our 15-year-old, too, amending her duck dish so it wasn't so spicy, so she loved it too. Naturally, we had the mixed starter and some tempura veg to start - both were great, and fun to share. 'More-interesting-than-standard' prawn toasts, super-sized, well-filled spring rolls, lovely prawns and corn cakes. Food, decor, music, ambience and comfort, all 5* Portion sizes are generous, so we have more for the fridge :)

Always a nice and tasty pizza with great value from this place, always received a friendly service and have great banter with these guys. Nice amount of topping and happy to swap items on toppings for others. Recommended and see you next Saturday guys.

We were going to eat in the cafe, but were put off by the number of uncleared tables. The whole place looked a mess! And it wasn't even a busy time! And the customer toilets ( at least in the gents ) were a disgrace. There was no toilet paper in the WCs, the one soap dispenser was empty and one of the two hand dryers wasn't working.

A not particularly busy Saturday afternoon. Order at the till. Then. Wait. 25 minutes later crepe was delivered. Coffees arrived separately. Food and drinks were good, but although staff appeared busy and diligent the delivery wasn’t up to scratch. Sorry.

I bloody love a cafe, always looking for the new best one in town…went in Jordan’s and had a nice experience, Jordan was friendly and accommodating said swaps were fine and they could add toast or whatever, we had a good chat…however just tried to order online, called to make a minor change from mushrooms to tomato and was told that’s fine…was told it would be an hour and half…waited…then noticed an email saying the order had been cancelled as we didn’t pay for the swap and that was that…the lady on the phone was really rude and it’s a shame really as you’ve just lost out on £30 a week from me as I would of been a regular…looking at other reviews and and your comments, you come across as totally passive aggressive, and your business will fail like that, be consistent in how you deal with people, if you say one thing then stick to it, don’t be greedy and don’t mess people around…this whole thing pissed me off and I won’t ever be back
