I bloody love a cafe, always looking for the new best one in town…went in Jordan’s and had a nice experience, Jordan was friendly and accommodating said swaps were fine and they could add toast or whatever, we had a good chat…however just tried to order online, called to make a minor change from mushrooms to tomato and was told that’s fine…was told it would be an hour and half…waited…then noticed an email saying the order had been cancelled as we didn’t pay for the swap and that was that…the lady on the phone was really rude and it’s a shame really as you’ve just lost out on £30 a week from me as I would of been a regular…looking at other reviews and and your comments, you come across as totally passive aggressive, and your business will fail like that, be consistent in how you deal with people, if you say one thing then stick to it, don’t be greedy and don’t mess people around…this whole thing pissed me off and I won’t ever be back

Placed order at 11:40am for myself and my family delivery time was 12:25-12:45 which is reasonable for a big order. The time comes and goes tried calling no answer, food finally arrives over 2 hours late luke warm and items missing. Contacted to talk about missing items no response absolutely shocked by the service received will not be ordering again! For a business that does so much in the community I expected better from them disappointed to say the least!

I had heard really good things about Jordans cafe so I thought why not try it. Postives first. The chips are amazing. What ever there doing with chips don't ever change that. Mushrooms fantastic. And good hash browns. Bacon also good. Negatives Took over 30 mins from the point of order to eating. Which felt like a very long time. I personally thought the pricing was high given the fact the set breakfasts do not come with tea or bread/toast. And the sausages looked and felt/roasted very budget which was a shame given the rest felt like great quality food. Sevice was mixed too. Polite but did try and over charge me by adding a 3rd breakfast. Nice and clean though and feels very covid freindly (if that's important to you) I sadly probably won't return due to over all cost.

An eggsellent breakfast. Very reasonable cost, all items fresh and tasty! Tea served in a mug which I have to say I much prefer. Service was with a smile. Venue very clean with easy to follow Covid rules. (Check in, mask, order at the table) Have already recommended to friends. Great job guys

Mark had the triple & I had the double, anyone else not like their beans touching their food or is it just me? 🤷🏼♀️ Thanks again Start the day the Jordan’s Cafe Way 😊 — at Jordan’s Café

Its fine over all, has a lot going on. But really busy,as in the aisles are really busy. It was Christmas time so please keep that in mind. Staff serving were pleasant enough. It won't be some where I visit often

We were going to eat in the cafe, but were put off by the number of uncleared tables. The whole place looked a mess! And it wasn't even a busy time! And the customer toilets ( at least in the gents ) were a disgrace. There was no toilet paper in the WCs, the one soap dispenser was empty and one of the two hand dryers wasn't working.

Very disappointing. Ordered the sausage bap £6.95. Got a dry brioche bun (which I personally don't like), not a bap containing 1.5 small sausages. No relish, garnish. My friend ordered the bacon bap £5.95 - again a dry brioche and a small amount of bacon. The place looked lovely from outside, but service was slow even though it wasn't particularly busy. Maybe we just chose the wrong option, but won't be returning. 😒
