Terrible place. Abusive and touchy owner!

Dark and dinghy bar. No atmosphere. Music played from youtube so prepared to listen to a advert after every couple of songs. Unwelcoming from the owners who are not only drunk but aggressive.

What a down right horrible place to visit. So much confrontation and aggression from what would appear to be the owners, simply because my Wife didn’t have her glass on a paper beer mat. I tried to defend my wife from what can only be described as a vicious onslaught of abuse from the lady that spent most of the evening in the musical booth. This led to further attacks from the blonde lady behind the bar who eventually spat towards me and my wife whilst the other pushed us up the stairs and out of the door. Would never want to return!!

Visited this bar during Pride weekend and had an okay night other than the bar owners being miraculously drunk and forcing over priced drinks in your face and demanding they were paid for. Swiftly left after the owners had a heated confrontation with another individual who had taken offence to being shouted atfor not having her drink on a beer mat. I arrived home only to discover that my card had been charged twice sometimes 3 times for each round of drinks I had purchased for me and my mother and father. Owners refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing. Credit card provider has refunded and escalated. Won’t be back… Don’t recommend!

Awful bar with abusive owners. The place should be shut down. Wouldn’t recommend going at all unless you want to be assaulted.

Such a great place, perfect hosts who always welcome you with open arms. Great entertainment is put on too! A safe place for everyone and I always have great fun here. Thanks Donna and June!

JD's hosted our belated Christmas party this week and it was brilliant. Brilliant atmosphere and the staff went over and above what was expected to ensure everything went smoothly. Our Karaoke was hilarious and fun!!! Thank you.

Staff are amazing always welcoming love there live music nights and drag acts. Perfect place to go by yourself when you get there you will not be alone. Lots of fun and dancing. Always a wicked night. They have no problem what colour of the rainbow you are on. Love them girls.

I love this place. Been there 5 or 6 times and it is the sort of quirky place that entertains. Characters by the bucket load. And fabulous music. It is great at the moment but as it becomes better known it is going to fabulous. All age groups

If you assume that anyone who spends more than 2 minutes in the bathroom is doing drugs, I think that says more about your establishment than anything else. Not a very positive experience as a newcomer. Truly a sorry state of affairs if this is the only queer bar in this town.

I originally wasn’t going to leave a review assuming what happened when we went here was just a misunderstanding. However after speaking to multiple local worthing-ers, (who will also never go back to this bar) it turns out it is a common occurrence. When we arrived, the atmosphere was lacking but the friendly staff, live music and space to dance made up for this. I went with my disabled sister and they were quick to let us know about a disability friendly entrance for next time. We were there quite a few hours and decided to start dancing. After a while we went out for a cigarette talking to a lady we had just met. Then out of no where, one of the owners/workers (not sure) came out and started shouting at us and forcing us to leave. She said ‘we had split a drink, smashed a glass and not let anyone know. We couldn’t treat her establishment like that’ As previously mentioned not only had I not been near a drink in quite some time, but my sister has cerebral palsy which can cause her to drop things without know she it’s even slipped from her fingers. Either way, if a drink was spilled, neither of us was aware of it and would have definitely cleaned it up. We tried asking for clarification and apologising on the way out, to which this person followed with a threatening demeanour and tried rushing my disabled sister up the stairs. After speaking to other people about this, I’ve heard similar stories about this women going off the rails for no apparent reason. In the circumstance that we did spill a drink, this is defiantly not how you treat customers.

Friendly atmosphere, great staff. Will definitely visit again
