Delightful Deserts in Worthing

A not particularly busy Saturday afternoon. Order at the till. Then. Wait. 25 minutes later crepe was delivered. Coffees arrived separately. Food and drinks were good, but although staff appeared busy and diligent the delivery wasn’t up to scratch. Sorry.

We ordered and paid with a Just eat voucher because we had a lovely surprise from a parent to use on whatever we decided as a treat.We work hard and decided as a treat we would order some doughnuts for the end of the week. When they arrived we were 4 short( they came in boxes of 4.We only received 4 boxes instead of 5. We rung them up to notify them of this and their answer was not really they problem it must have been the driver they couldn’t do anything.This meaning there wasn’t enough and some staff went short.After around 2hrs of phone calls they refunded the money for the missing doughnuts. Bad customer service,needing to learn some manners and customer relations.On top of this we paid delivery charge and a service charge.What for wrong service,and delivering the wrong items.

Really really good banana split- big enough to share! Kiko has excellent customer service skills- made us laugh whilst we were waiting to be served haha

Less than delightful, waiting over an hour for ice cream and coffee is UNACCEPTABLE hang your heads in shame and hire more staff. Didn’t even taste that good after the long wait

We tried to order from them one evening after taking order they later messaged back they couldn’t take order. Today we tried again this time though the main things were right they sent all the wrong ice cream scoops.

Coffee here is always lovely. This time I had a cappuccino. So many to choose from for the ice cream. I had mango this time...tasty and refreshing. Always happy and helpful staff. Clean and tidy premises. Seating indoors and out.

We visited here as we were searching for a vegan treat and saw they had a vegan menu. We got a cake and ice cream to takeaway. They only had the choc fudge cake so we both got that. It was very dry and not fudgy at all, tasted like it came out a packet and the vegan vanilla ice cream was tasteless, very disappointing and wish we hadn't bothered

Really delicious deserts and ice cream. Wish i was brave enough to to try some of the super large deserts - next time and can’t wait So much to choose from. The staff were fabulous and really accommodating
