Food was lovely but our meal took an hour and 15mins to arrive... we ordered a a double chicken burger which costs considerably more no salad and it came as a single with salad.. we rang to tell them and they said they would send out the right order which they never did... very disappointed

The meal took an hour to reach us and did not include the rice we ordered, called back to ask for the rice and was told 40 mins,,,, the rice never came.....

Delivery is open all day but the driver doesn't start till 5? Had to wait 2.5hrs. Wraps were nice, the vegetarian option is just a vege burger smushed and molded into a wrap. do not order the coleslaw - basically tescos value. I wouldn't order again tbh

Pedí de la app, orden Just-Eat mi comida a las 6:40 pm y me dan un tiempo de entrega de 7:40 pm, lo cual está bien. Que esperar hasta ese momento y nada, le doy otro 10 minutos y todavía nada, cuando finalmente decides anillo, no puedo pasar por el restaurante. Intento de nuevo y conseguir un hombre, muy groseros también responder y dice que mi comida está en camino. 1 hora y 30 minutos más tarde todavía no tienen comida. Normalmente soy muy bien con espera, pero cuando me dieron una zona horaria de alrededor de una hora, que cabría esperar que sea 1 hora, NO 1.5/2 horas! Es más que una broma. Incluso he pedido desde aquí antes y no haber esperado hasta 30 minutos. Finalmente llega la comida después de 2 horas y es pasada y la comida ha llegado. Acabé pagando £12 para la comida no debe comer. Yo lo tiró lejos y conseguimos algo más, en otro lugar

I have ordered 4 times from here now and every time they have forgotten something and taken ages to get it to me. Today I ordered at 6.50 I received my food at 7.40 wich I was happy about until I realised they had forgotten my rice 'again' I called and was told it would be sent out again. Over an hour later I called and they told me the driver had an accident and they would send again by this point it was nearly 9 so I said that was fine then it got to 9.50 I called again as still no rice. They said manager had popped out and they would call back in 5. 20 mind later I called again, spoke to someone else and was told manager will call. I said I wasn't happy so they said they would send again. By this point it was about 10.20. 10.45 still no rice. I called again and spoke to manager who said the driver had left with it on his way home and would be here soon if not call bk at 11 and he would bring himself. To wich I have been ignored. Not happy at all As I gave them benefit of the doubt last 3 times as I like the food. But Defford won't be ordered in again !!

very low quality frozen chicken(had freezer burns , 45 mins late , corn tasted sour and off , rice was dry, tasted like microwave packets , coleslaw was nice (not home made ) they prob got it out of a tub ,,,,,well over priced, even the coca-cola was warm

Ni siquiera un 1 estrellas. Llevamos hora y media, estaba helada y pasada!!!!! Anillo y me dijeron que estaban dando el chico entrega a la vuelta de llevar dinero. 2 horas más tarde llamó a chase, pero maleducado por teléfono dijo que será esta noche en algún momento... Supongo que lo que... No hay dinero traído de vuelta. La comida es mala y pobre servicio al cliente. No MALGASTES TU DINERO tienen tostadas!!!!!!

Its got worse since the first time we used them. The foods gone down hill and the delivery time is never adhered to. We have decided not to spend another penny at this establishment.

Shocking ! Ordered Thursday and they forgot loads ordered again today and they forgot more then took an hour to deliver chips they forgot !

Was very late in delivering 1hr 20mins and was obviously at the end of a big delivery as the food was cold and soggy by time arrived. I rang to chase was quick passed to someone to be told quite abruptly that is was out for delivery without any of my details. Mmm Very disappointing, won't use again

Food was really good quality and the delivery driver was really polite. However, we ordered garlic bread and it never arrived.

It was very good. Chicken with lemon and herbs absolutely amazing. portion is so big and the food was hot. Thanks guys !!!

The good was good value for Money.

The food was late, which is a recurring problem. The last time I ordered from them an item was missing (I only ordered two items). The delivery driver was nice though and the food tasted fine when it arrived. Would be 5 out of 5 if they got the delivery service sorted out.

That food was seriously good! Huge portion sizes as well. 👌🏼

First take away that I've actually liked! Really delicious chicken. Chips are lush will Deffo order from them again.

Me habían dicho que este lugar era bastante bueno, y buscan un cambio de llevar a la pizza de siempre/curry/china, pensé que le daría una oportunidad. Lo que un trágico error. Un martes por la noche tranquila, y tuvimos que esperar una hora y 15 minutos para alimento recalentado para ladera. Me llamaron al sitio que preguntar dónde mi pedido y no había ninguna respuesta. Las patatas fritas empapadas recalentadas, pan de ajo, quemada aros de cebolla, bland recalentados arroz, pollo y recalentados difícil. Ninguno de la comida tenía un sabor. presupuesto que 'Nuestro pollo marinado es 24 horas Peri-Peri y asados a la orden! ', El creo que quieren decir 'nos microondas nuestro pollo para este largo, así que sabe como secos, basura hervido'. Muy decepcionado y nunca será pidiendo desde este lugar de nuevo.

All the food was cold, and taste less. One piece of my chicken was raw and didn't really look like chicken. I've been there a few times and thought it would get better but it hasn't.. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend to anyone...

I've ordered from here several times recently and the food is excellent only gripe is the last time I ordered it arrived well over an hour after the order was placed!!!

Food arrived an hour late with no apology. Could not get through to them to complain. Most of the food was either soggy or overcooked. Will not order from here ever again.

I ordered a veggie wrap which wasn't as described. It said it was made with soya but was just mashed vegetables. Either they'd run out or were trying to save on costs. It's a shame as have previously had a really good meal and so was really looking forward to it.

Chicken has no flavour supposed to be lemon and herb no taste of that at all chicken burger was just soggy mush chips where soggy and forgot my rice and colslaw overall very poor order somewhere else don't waste your money

Ordered a wrap with no salad - received more lettuce than chicken, and the garlic bread was wet. Delivery was really quick and the mozzarella sticks were amazing but I gave up on the rest. Won't use again.

Was 20 min late chicken was jank and no one knew what was going on when I rung to find out where my food was. Just a curry house nothing like peri peri chicken at all.

Chicken not as succulent as usual, slightly stringy. Salad not as fresh as it could be. Otherwise, a lovely meal, delivered on time.

Three times I have been to you this week and had amazing food and service .. Today I got cold food and obviously last nights old reheated chicken which had a fly come out of the packaging the chicken was in .... The garlic bread was hard and cold ,the salad was warmer than the chicken and the chips were soggy !!! I am very disappointed as thought I had found a very good local takeaway that I would use regularly ... The only thing that was edible was the corn on the cob ..I'm awaiting a re order and have the food ready for return as requested and will update my review once it is delivered ..sorry but felt you need to be told if your standards are bad as I pay you good money three times this week .thank you ..

Had to wait 2 hours for it (on a Thursday) when it arrived the chips were cold and the chicken was dry and chewy! Not good when your hungry and tired and just want some dinned!

delivery took over an hour and when arrived it was cold and the order was missing 3 sides. after contacting the takeaway we were told just to mention it in the comment of our next order and would be compensated then.

Wow you must eat here! I ordered a takeaway as I noticed them on Hungry House/Just-Eat and I was very pleased with what I got. It was just like the famous Portuguese chicken chain beginning N ending ando's! Had a choice of strength for the chicken and you can order platters. I had whole chicken and 4 regular sides all of which were great sizes and they sell Macho Peas woo hoo. All arrived hot and quick delivery. 5 stars

Food leaked all over the bag and was all ove the packaging, so hands got grubby before even eating any of it. The cheesey chips were all stuck together, so impossible to eat them and they were cold The chicken however, was tasty. May try again, but unsure.

The food is amazing it's better than any place around in Worthing. I would say it's even better than nandos. Got to try the double chicken wrap lemon and herb or what ever your taste. Because it's absolutely amazing. Can't fault it.

Ordered the 1/4 chicken, spicy rice coleslaw olives and salad. Was really tasty very flavoursome delivery man very friendly cannot fault. Will def be ordering again it's very nice as a change for a takeaway instead of Chinese. Like a mini nandos and very generous portions!

Delivery time was ok . Food was poor and dull no flavour to the chicken atal The food is like a meal you get from a greasy kebab shop wasn't very pleased with it I won't be ordering from here again .

Waited an hour an a half so decided to call the restaurant asking about the whereabouts of my order for them to say that it should be with me and he'll contact the driver. Another 20 minutes went by so I called again and was told it should be with me in less than 10 minutes and that the manager will call me back later to talk to me about the bad service I had received. Then food was actually nice but only warm seeing as it was sitting in a car for over an hour. Majorly disappointed and still waiting for that phone call.

Food was great we werent sure on spice level so went medium, this didnt have too much kick to it, probably go for hot next time, delivery was on time although this was 50 minutes so if it was late would have been quite annoying, overall really good food and enjoyed it thoroughly

The food wasn't bad at all, unfortunately the chips and onion rings were delivered in poly boxes which make them sweat and turn them soggy. Chicken wrap was unexciting and coleslaw tasted and looked highly processed.

This was the first time we had ordered from Grill and Chill, as we had only just seen this advertised on Just Eat. Having ordered we waited, fairly patiently, but the meal took over 90 minutes to arrive, and we called the restaurant to be told they were busy. 10 minutes later the delivery driver arrived and apologised. The food was absolutely gorgeous, well prepared and cooked. Was very tasty and satisfying.....and so much! We cannot complain about the standard of food, it was delicious and all thoughts about the lateness of the delivery was quickly diminished. It was the best takeaway we have ever had! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a different takeaway and loves really good food!

Just like Nando's although much better as Chicken is much larger and very good value however this restaurant is always busy so delivery is always late than stated +30mins.

Fast delivery and brilliant food!

I really had high hopes for this meal, when you put into account of the high price and it seems they are trying to sell you fresh, well cooked chicken meat.. But that chicken I just had was dry and incredibly boring (there is no way it was marinated for 24 hours, if any hours! It had no flavour at all!) You can 100% get a better wrap at your local kebab house, i assure. Coleslaw was cheap and horrible, chips dull as dish water. The only positive was delivery and a pleasant delivery driver. It's a shame.

Friendly driver, however food arrived about 20 mins later then expected. Very large portions but didn't like the food at all. Over cooked, chewy chicken and productive with quality ingredients

Never buy again, low quality, tastes digusting, high prices...
