I witnessed staff at your branch giving priority to delivery drivers who share their country of origin, while others were left waiting longer. This is clear discrimination and unacceptable in a company like McDonald's. Please investigate this matter and ensure fair treatment for all customers and delivery workers, regardless of nationality

As Wokingham locals, we absolutely love the BST. There are loads of pubs in the town, but this is our go-to. Lily, the landlady, is quite the feisty personality, and we love that. She runs the BST brilliantly and with such passion. Don’t misbehave, or you’ll experience her wrath. This results in a fabulous, safe, friendly pub for couples, groups and families. Settle in with a few drinks, or try her home-made pies (served with mash every bit as good as home-made, and a generous side of perfectly cooked veg and fantastic gravy). The BST has a lovely, spacious decked garden too. Quiet, peaceful, surrounded by trees, despite being in the middle of town. The staff are all lovely and it’s so nice to find a town-centre pub with such a warm welcome, a relaxed vibe, great food and - my husband says - Corvus (an amazing stout). Not to mention the delicious wine. We spend far too much time here!

i went into the restaurant and straight away i got attitude from a male employee on the 11 of august, fortunately the female employee was helpful, but the boy was too busy on his phone while he was serving my food! he did not even apologise once, very disappointed cause i do enjoy the food but the service was terrible.

Closed drive through at 9.15 as to quote the most senior member of staff they could not cope with only 3 staff and customers inside , not surprising given the surly rude “take it or leave it “attitude of one of the 3 staff , dreadful , if you can’t cope don’t open

We used to go here when it was called the Chocolate Cafe, which was always great value for money, lovely food and very busy. We went to the rebranded Viv’s Cafe where the number of customers and value for money menu options were very much down in our opinion. I had a bacon brie and cranberry toastie with side portion of chips (at £12.50) and my wife had a fishfinger wrap (at £11.0). The bacon turned into ham and the fishfinger wrap was mediocre at best. Probably won’t be going back to where we originally spent many a lunchtime snacks at.

Very very poor breakfast, most of the food was cold, asked for well done eggs eggs came out under done no napkins looked like the hand towels had come from the toliet, & staff should spend a Little less time talking out load, this is not the first time we have had a poor breakfast here free drink or not each month will be a long time before we go again,

Been meaning to try out the new Squire's Café for some time and my husband and I finally made it on Easter Saturday. We were met by a woman at the entrance of the café who said "Can I help you? I thought it was obvious that we were there for a drink and possibly something to eat. We got shown to a table in the near empty café and the woman who greeted us left us with a menu although we had already said that we only wanted a tea and a coffee. My husband ordered a decaf coffee latte which he said was not as good as the one he has in Nero's. My Birchall Mao Feng green tea was a teabag served in a teapot and was tasteless. Not a patch on other makes of Mao Feng green tea I've had and not as good as the green tea I get in Nero's or Starbucks. Halfway through our drinks a waitress came and asked us if we would like anything to eat which we didn't. Perhaps she thought we might change our minds. When we were finished we looked around to see where we could pay and finally managed to catch the eye of the woman who greeted us. She came with a tablet and proceeded to tap the screen a number of times and eventually came up with a total which she showed my husband and offered the the card payment device. Seemed like a laborious process for a couple of drinks! So we were very disappointed with the café experience and will not be going back other than for plants which they appear to have a great selection of.
