McDonald's in Wokingham

Received delivery order 01151 but my milkshake is missing and was received water instead. You guys aren’t picking up and Deliveroo customer service won’t help. Second time something like this has happened. I’m very disappointed

Items missing from the menu and when i asked the blonde manager why that was because i had travelled to this mcdonald's with my kids who were looking forward to it, she said she didn't know and was trying to brush me off and avoid my questions and she didn't appear to have any customer relations skills then afterwards i saw her making tiktoks so it seems that's all she is good for.

IT WAS AWFUL. Took ages to come and then was cold, not good at all.

Ordered 1x hamburger happy meal, 1x cheeseburger happy meal, a double cheeseburger and small fries. However the cheeseburger happy meal wasnt even in the bag. Should the bags not be checked before sealing them! Now we have an unhappy child without their meal. Unbelievably frustrating!!

This mcd is so bad. I always see the driver waiting ages to collect (yet the food is still cold with a 5 min drive) and we consistently have multiple items missing from the delivery. Not sure why we even order from them.

Don't get food from this place, especially when ordering from Uber eats.. the workers don't know how to read seeing as they always send wrong items or don't make the requested amendments, they don't know how to count because they never put in the correct amount of items ordered and to be quite honest, I'm surprised that they are all still walking considering that they probably forget to breathe frequently enough to get enough oxygen to their utterly underused brains. Honestly, even the dine in experience is lackluster. It's dull, dreary and full of staff that don't understand the concept of profit made from customers gets somewhat distributed back into their pockets at the end of the month. Oh, and don't ever bother calling them. I don't think any of them what a telephone is.

Truly terrible place. Ordered two burgers yesterday alongside a couple of other things. When I got home, opened the burgers and both were missing patties, unbelievable. So paid over £10 for two buns with a bit of salad in. I get that mistakes happen but missing patties from two burgers is beyond a joke. Have contacted McDonald’s who have offered me one free medium meal in compensation which doesn’t even cover the cost of the two burgers. Avoid this McDonald’s like the plague, I certainly won’t be going back

The Mozzarella sticks had been fried in old oil and you could taste it 😕.

Completely missed out an entire meal from the order, then couldn’t re-order as it was no longer available but wasn’t communicated so they just sent an ice cream and nothing else. Terrible service.

second time in the past month that Mc Dz chips have come cold, dry and like it was the bottom of the barrel fries as they were so small when a large was ordered. I will say we tried the chicken strips and they were actually really good.

It was a depressing night. Not in a good mood already at all haven’t eaten a THING all day or drank anything all day so I got McDonald’s off Deliveroo. My food came cold not happy about it at all I ordered 2 ketchup packets which didn’t come and my drink didn’t come. So I tried calling them and I know I’ve ordered it because what else would I have ordered ? DonaldsMc? No. When I phoned up I told them the issue and it was a young lady who passed the phone to someone who sounded like an angry middle aged man. When I was telling him the issue he said it’s obviously a lie and it would have said on the Deliveroo that the sprite is all ran out. At this point I was fuming . I am not lying and was not lying so I explained that to them and they ignore me. After ignoring me for 5 mins now I had it and said I would complain. Still no response so I end the call and I’m writing this now. I’m not lying I’m not a liar and this is my order number “09587” it is a real Deliveroo number which they called fake. Not happy. Will not be ordering from here any time soon. Noor should any of you.

Be prepared to park up after every drivethru visit! Whether you order a coffee or a family meal, "please can you park up and we will bring it out to you". Reading Gate McDonald's 10mins away, I never park up or have to wait at the window.

Pedí a través de la unidad a través de Solo había un coche delante de mí. Eran alrededor de las 7 de la noche de un sábado. Pedí una comida de 1/4 de hamburguesa con queso con batido de chocolate e inmediatamente me dijeron que no había batidos. También pedí queso fundido. A pesar del hecho de que solo había un coche delante de mí, a ambos nos dijeron que aparcáramos como comida no lista. Después de 5 minutos alguien apareció y me empujó la comida y desapareció. Abrí la bolsa y vi que no tenía el baño que viene con los quesos derretidos. Así que salí y entré. Le pregunté a alguien si podía tomar uno y me miró en blanco. ¡Repetí mi petición y me dio otra bolsa de queso fundido! Le dije que ya tenía los deshielos pero solo quería el baño, pero claramente no tenía ni idea de lo que estaba hablando. Para entonces estaba tan frustrado por toda la experiencia que acabo de dejar! No como en McDonald’s regularmente, de hecho no recuerdo la última vez que tuve uno, pero esta experiencia la he tomado por decisión de no volver a comer allí, una experiencia fácil. El personal es tan hosco, sin acuse de recibo o simple saludo o sonrisa. ¡El servicio al cliente es inexistente, todos parecen como si realmente no quisieran estar allí!

Cold food - missing straws and dip

Placed my order at 14:00 and the delivery time was 10-25 minutes. The courier was waiting at McDonalds for over 30mins while the status said Preparing Order. When the food turned up, all of the fries were stone cold and so were the chicken nuggets. The burgers were just warm.

Missing sauce for nuggets and again didnt get the extra burgers just meals ....

One of the items was incorrect and one of the burgers had completely come apart in the box. My first McDonalds in over 20 years and I have no interest in ordering from them again after this delivery.

Ordered at 19.01. Arrived at 20.08! Second time that I’ve tried to use the “get 6 nuggets free when you spend £20” and second time they haven’t been in the delivered items. Yes I can get a refund but doesn’t help my 9 year old who doesn’t have his nuggets! Sauces also not provided even though asked for. And nearly an hour from ordering to order actually leaving the restaurant. Sort it out!

As always, I was missing sauces from my order which I’ve paid for. I’ve complained before but every reply I get from just eat says nothing can be done at this time. I know it’s down to McDonald’s to supply the order correctly but it doesn’t look good on just eat if every order is missing items no matter how small they are

I am absolutely appalled with the service from this certain mcdonald’s again… when the order arrived first things first one of the sealed bags was open, all of the cokes although ordering a large were all filled up to the extent of a medium not a large!! didnt receive half the items we had ordered and the ones we had weren’t wrapped properly and every single burger was assembled so poorly it’s ridiculous!!family members didn’t receive their meals!!this is the 4th time! full refund wanted!!

The McDonald's at The Square, Chalfont Way, Lower Earley, Reading commendable for its excellent service and cleanliness. All kiosks are functional and print receipts efficiently. Additional items like spoons, straws, and napkins are abundantly available. Chairs and tables are clean and undamaged. The ordered food is served accurately, with fresh, well-cooked fries and a tasty burger. The staff actively maintains cleanliness, promptly clearing tables as soon as customers leave. Restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Parking is adequately marked, with regularly emptied trash bins, though better lighting would be beneficial. Overall, this McDonald's location deserves high praise for its quality and service. Well done.

The only hot food was the cheese melts. Everything else was cold .

This was a party order for my son’s birthday. We ordered at 5.35 and it was delivered at 7.10. The party had finished, all the kids left by the time the order came in. The address was 500 mts away From the Mac Donald’s. I need a refund for this.

Ordered 2 egg and cheese McMuffin’s however when they arrived there was only 1 egg and cheese McMuffin and the other turned out to be 3 massive sausages patties in a Mcmuffin…..completely wrong order….yet on the wrapper it said egg and cheese….little disappointed as i don’t like the sausage patties. The orders should be checked properly before being bagged!

Very disappointed.. the delivery time went up more than one hour. Kids very hungry.

The Just Eat app stated a 25/40 minute wait. We wait for 90 minutes to receive our order. This should be stated on your website so customers can make the choice whether to wait that long or not! It’s unacceptable! We will be avoiding Just Eat due to this!
