McDonald's in Wokingham

I witnessed staff at your branch giving priority to delivery drivers who share their country of origin, while others were left waiting longer. This is clear discrimination and unacceptable in a company like McDonald's. Please investigate this matter and ensure fair treatment for all customers and delivery workers, regardless of nationality

Great for a quick lunch or decent coffee. Hot chocolate is very good. Clean. Lots of parking. Plenty of seating. Excellent friendly staff.

Takeaway order that was missing one if the burgers, discovered when home. Check the damn order when your bagging it up

The delivery time at the time of order was 30mins. The order reached after 1 hour. Mc donalds is 8 mins away from my house

initial delivery time was 15 - 30 mins but took nearly an hour. no fault of the driver, was the restaurant. the stickers on the food indicated they were prepared within 10 minutes so food must have been left out. food was also stone cold by the time it was delivered

Ordered to be delivered at a specific time and arrived half hour late. Very unimpressed

the food had obviously been sitting for the hour it was delayed and then got colder as it was in an open delivery bag of top of the drinks.

As far as McDoanlds go, this one is okay. The car park is very small and is nearly always full up. This area needs a bigger McDonalds

traffic held up delivery time but was still polite service

Delivery was over an hour and a half and really cold. So made so long ago and then got delivered with several orders. But nearly 2 hours.

I pre-ordered the food so we wouldn’t be late for an appointment and it was delivered 45 minutes late. The restaurant and delivery should be able to manage pre-orders better than this

when are McDonald's going to relise that moving breakfast until 11am was a crap idea 20 people waiting till 11 in the car park then comes 11am and have to park up and wait for food and to make matters worse no ketchup or BBQ sauce given to me FFS Drink given to me half full with ice probably not even a quarter full what a joke

Food was over 30 mins late than the estimated time when ordered. One whole meal was missing and the food that did come was cold. First time of using the delivery service and will be the last.

Genuinely did not seem to be able to get an order right. I've had a burger missing a bun, ordered a bacon double cheese and it no bacon in there (that's happened three or four times), bacon roll with ketchup with brown sauce and this morning a double sausage and egg with only one sausage. By the time you get home and realise there's no point going back. Honestly it you're craving Macca's then go to another one.

The food ok but the portion size off the fries

Usually a very reliable McDonald's. However, to get there, you have to navigate through one of the worst car parks I've ever seen. It's far too tight and it is always very busy.

Delivery driver turned up super late. Food was cold, no apology for being so late. Barely any chips, have they been eaten or something? Regular user, i don’t usually complain about such things.

driver was great and was at the restaurant waiting for the order which means it's should've been hot and fresh.. the chips were cold and stale and the double quarters punders were extremely dry and that made them inedible.

All of my drinks had fallen over due to poor packaging and had spilled over and where left empty , I had also ordered the 4 of the Minecraft meals (I know it’s just toys but you pay an extra £1.20 something per meal to receive them) and not one of the collectibles had arrived either the meals. This is not the first time this has happened either !

I don't know why I bother ordering a delivery from this McDonald's. Every single time, the thick staff don't include the dips I paid for.

Order placed and accepted at 9.27am Food arrived at 10.47. The label on the food bag stated 9.40 so as you can imagine the food was stone cold.

Hit or miss with the food. Getting too expensive for what it is though. Usually quite slow on service. Milkshakes are either no flavour, foam or both. Always have to park up after going through the drive through. Chips can either be good or terrible. MacDonalds as a company to is just going down hill, especially leaving their brand to franchises who don't really care.

Little cold and order was wrong

My deliver time changed from 42 minutes to 8 minutes and then another 42 minutes. Two hours after ordering it arrived cold

we ordered food said it be 24 minutes and over 1 hour and 30 minute later it arrived. when we ask delivery driver if busy tonight he replied no not really ??? This is unacceptable

Food was cold on all the hot items not sure why when the driver came in good time , unless it was waiting on the shelf to be collected for a while

why do they never put sauces in for the nuggets

Ordered a meal each for myself and husband at 6:15pm and it didn’t arrive until 8pm. When it arrived the 2 McFlurrys I ordered were missing, and the food was cold. Over all a really disappointing experience.

Once again McDonalds staff fail to put my full order in the bag!! How can they send an order without checking its all there first!! Its not hard! Check the receipt and make sure all items listed are in the bag……think its time to stop using this McDonalds.

Ordered at 18:00, original eta was 18:45 then pushed back to 19:45-20:00. No way of cancelling order on the app and when I rang at 19:00 McDonald’s side the order was on the side waiting to be collected. Arrived at 19:45. No wonder it was stone cold….

Ordered at 5.08pm with estimate of 25 minutes. Food arrived at 8.08pm. Food completely cold. Bag with drinks soaked from condensation. Drinks fell through bottom of bags spilling everywhere

From point of order to delivery, it was 45 min. not the couriers fault. but because it was late, all the food was cold.

Order was confirmed at 7:03pm to be delivered at 7:45pm, but order was delivered at 8:05pm. And all the dips were missing.
