McDonald's in Wokingham

I don't know why I bother ordering a delivery from this McDonald's. Every single time, the thick staff don't include the dips I paid for.

Perfect well mannered and on time

No signal so McDonald's App would not work.

Ask for refund as it came over an hour and half late and now not needed

food was nice and warm ive had some bad mcdonalds but this time was pretty decent.

Yet again from McDonald’s there was items missing.

Hit or miss with the food. Getting too expensive for what it is though. Usually quite slow on service. Milkshakes are either no flavour, foam or both. Always have to park up after going through the drive through. Chips can either be good or terrible. MacDonalds as a company to is just going down hill, especially leaving their brand to franchises who don't really care.

Little cold and order was wrong

we ordered food said it be 24 minutes and over 1 hour and 30 minute later it arrived. when we ask delivery driver if busy tonight he replied no not really ??? This is unacceptable

My deliver time changed from 42 minutes to 8 minutes and then another 42 minutes. Two hours after ordering it arrived cold

why do they never put sauces in for the nuggets

Food was cold on all the hot items not sure why when the driver came in good time , unless it was waiting on the shelf to be collected for a while

Ordered a meal each for myself and husband at 6:15pm and it didn’t arrive until 8pm. When it arrived the 2 McFlurrys I ordered were missing, and the food was cold. Over all a really disappointing experience.

Delivery driver was lovely was missing some dips but that wasn’t the drivers fault

cold food, driver had to deliver multiple orders, high delivery and service fees and extremely low service.

Once again McDonalds staff fail to put my full order in the bag!! How can they send an order without checking its all there first!! Its not hard! Check the receipt and make sure all items listed are in the bag……think its time to stop using this McDonalds.

Giving up on having hot food delivered cold.

Delivery guy arrived within good timing but unfortunately I was left missing food and been given wrong type of food

chips cold and soggy wrap luke warm at best and had taken 30mins plus even though 5 mins away

over 20 minutes late and the food is cold complete waste of time as I'm now having to reheat it or cook something else for my children

Ordered at 18:00, original eta was 18:45 then pushed back to 19:45-20:00. No way of cancelling order on the app and when I rang at 19:00 McDonald’s side the order was on the side waiting to be collected. Arrived at 19:45. No wonder it was stone cold….

incomplete delivery , and didn't get a refund. had to order twice unnecessarily. owed me over £16 . but declined refund. Will be using different service from now on

Ordered at 5.08pm with estimate of 25 minutes. Food arrived at 8.08pm. Food completely cold. Bag with drinks soaked from condensation. Drinks fell through bottom of bags spilling everywhere

From point of order to delivery, it was 45 min. not the couriers fault. but because it was late, all the food was cold.

Order was confirmed at 7:03pm to be delivered at 7:45pm, but order was delivered at 8:05pm. And all the dips were missing.

The food and drink menu is the usual McDonald's. They have a great sound system here. Although the music is at times strange for early morning. Eminem type music blasting out full volume at 8:30 am can be hard on the ear drums.

Ordered a double sausage mcmuffin.. got a single.

Received delivery order 01151 but my milkshake is missing and was received water instead. You guys aren’t picking up and Deliveroo customer service won’t help. Second time something like this has happened. I’m very disappointed

IT WAS AWFUL. Took ages to come and then was cold, not good at all.

Items missing from the menu and when i asked the blonde manager why that was because i had travelled to this mcdonald's with my kids who were looking forward to it, she said she didn't know and was trying to brush me off and avoid my questions and she didn't appear to have any customer relations skills then afterwards i saw her making tiktoks so it seems that's all she is good for.

I prefer it at 8.32 did not arrive till 10.12 and the whole order was cold and I hate re heating food so was not happy at all

Ordered 1x hamburger happy meal, 1x cheeseburger happy meal, a double cheeseburger and small fries. However the cheeseburger happy meal wasnt even in the bag. Should the bags not be checked before sealing them! Now we have an unhappy child without their meal. Unbelievably frustrating!!

This mcd is so bad. I always see the driver waiting ages to collect (yet the food is still cold with a 5 min drive) and we consistently have multiple items missing from the delivery. Not sure why we even order from them.

Don't get food from this place, especially when ordering from Uber eats.. the workers don't know how to read seeing as they always send wrong items or don't make the requested amendments, they don't know how to count because they never put in the correct amount of items ordered and to be quite honest, I'm surprised that they are all still walking considering that they probably forget to breathe frequently enough to get enough oxygen to their utterly underused brains. Honestly, even the dine in experience is lackluster. It's dull, dreary and full of staff that don't understand the concept of profit made from customers gets somewhat distributed back into their pockets at the end of the month. Oh, and don't ever bother calling them. I don't think any of them what a telephone is.

Truly terrible place. Ordered two burgers yesterday alongside a couple of other things. When I got home, opened the burgers and both were missing patties, unbelievable. So paid over £10 for two buns with a bit of salad in. I get that mistakes happen but missing patties from two burgers is beyond a joke. Have contacted McDonald’s who have offered me one free medium meal in compensation which doesn’t even cover the cost of the two burgers. Avoid this McDonald’s like the plague, I certainly won’t be going back

The Mozzarella sticks had been fried in old oil and you could taste it 😕.

Completely missed out an entire meal from the order, then couldn’t re-order as it was no longer available but wasn’t communicated so they just sent an ice cream and nothing else. Terrible service.
