Took my money and no food arrived! Phoned to be told they had not received my order but refused to refund or deliver food. Went to the shop to speak to the manager who laughed in my face. Again, refused a refund or food. Disgusting service, disgusting manners! Have reported to head office and now await my refund. Hopefully they will teach the manager some manners or appoint someone that understands what customer service is! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I went into Greggs at 12.20 on a Sunday and it was empty. Unfortunately the shelves containing the baguettes were also virtually empty. I managed to get a cheese and ham baguette and a tuna crunch but there was no chicken and mayonnaise. When I asked if they could make one I was told no. When I pointed out the baguettes had nearly all gone and it was only 12.20 I was told they’d been busy. There were also no packets of doughnuts so I had to buy them separately which is a lot more expensive. I wonder what head office would make of this unhelpful attitude from their staff? What a shame, the food is nice but the staff spoil it. Also, what a contrast to Wenzels who happily make up any baguette not on display. Not recommended.

El sitio agradable pero la comida no está demasiado rica.Aunque la camarera en principio fue amable no nos trajo el pan q habíamos pedido; de los postres de la carta sólo tenían uno y para rematar quisimos pagar con tarjeta bancaria y la camarera nos dijo q no podía ser pq ella se había confundido y ya había dicho q pagabamos en mano.Un desastre.Yo desde luego no volveré

Boyfriend got food poisoning from a stone-cold burger, and the food took 30 minutes to arrive. One star—only because the Fanta was decent.

The staff were lovely here. The pizza took a bit longer than anticipated. I walked in off the street, already knowing there was a collection deal. I tried to go back to the 80's! I ordered the pan pizza, loaded pepperoni. It was OK. Not as I remembered it though. I used to always get the pepperoni pan as a teen. It was light, fluffy, crispy, lots of cheese. Last time I tried pizza hut I found the volume of topping a bit weak. This was not the case with the loaded one but, maybe there wasn't enough sauce on the pan style? It was a bit dry the header you got to the crust. The taste was OK but not terribly flavour filled. I won't be trying pan again, maybe a thin crust. I'm not sure. I recently had a very tasty thin crust pepperoni elsewhere which may have blown Pizza Hut off the top of my list of best pizza places.

This is a cafe/restaurant called Coffee Haven within the garden centre. It was very disappointing. We came here mid afternoon on a Sunday so it was fairly busy but not packed and there were plenty of tables spare. The menu looked interesting and appetising. They were not able to serve my first two choices due to not having any Feta or olives. My third choice was open flatbread with chicken and pesto mayonnaise with salad. The flatbread was indeed flat, warming it would have made a big difference. A bland salad, a few pieces of dry chicken and a drizzle of the pesto mayonnaise (which was actually quite flavoursome, shame they scrimped on it) made up the dish. Pretty dull really. On the positive side my granddaughter enjoyed her kids spaghetti and the chips were good. As with all garden centres it was quite pricey which I don’t mind if the produce is good but this wasn’t great. I asked for forks which only came once we had finished and the serviette holder was empty.

Honestly I would rather buy a pizza from a supermarket with all the toppings I want and cook at home than buy tasteless overpriced pizza from domino’s

We ordered meals for our family (4 of us) and the food we got was delicious. However one of our burgers was missing. Straight away we tried unsuccessfully to call the restaurant and tried to contact Deliveroo. We couldn’t get through. We reported the item as missing and reordered the burger separately. This was an inconvenience but we appreciate accidents happen. Unfortunately, I received an email that my refund had been processed but the amount was for £0.80. This is unacceptable considering the Memphis chicken burger meal I ordered was £11.99 plus the added expense of the delivery fee for the reordering the burger and the general inconvenience of our family not being able to eat together.

Ordered food online for collection and when I got to the shop it was closed. They still took my money from my account but never got the food. Online it still shows the shop open but I think it has closed for good because they never pick up the phone. This has never happened to me before, disgusting how this shop is run.

Ordered a few pizza's from Farmhouse (Wokingham) prices have gone up a bit! However, the pizza's were delicious. Very friendly service. We'd spoken to Tahir, he went out of his way to go through the menu and make our order as cheap as possible due to us not having a menu to order off our end. Great customer service, I will definitely order from here again. Not quite sure why all the bad reviews. Tahir should be valued very highly. Order today, you won't be disappointed.....

Probably one of the worst take aways we have ever had. Chicken balls and chips definitely double cooked and soggy, couldn’t eat them. Called to talk to the manager and got the driver who was swearing at us on the phone and refused a refund. I asked to talk to the manager and he refused us to talk to him. Worst experience ever, so disappointed.
