Hawaii Pizza in Wokingham

Absolutely would not recommend farmhouse pizza to anyone, ordered a half and half Caribbean tuna pizza one half and other half tandoori chicken and my bbq chicken pizza. The pizza arrived with next to no chicken on it and the pizza that was supposed to be half and half was not and to top it all off it wasn’t even hot ! After phoning up and explaining that we were unsatisfied with our pizza the person on the phone continued at me saying they were going out of their way to deliver to us after we had three deliveries from farmhouse not even a week ago. The customer service was awful and the person at the end of the phone was frankly patronising and rude and refused to give us a refund. Very disappointed as have previously enjoyed pizza from farmhouse but am now forced to take my business elsewhere

Ordered 4 13” pizzas for sons birthday. After delivery and tipping driver I realised I had not been given the 3 12” pizzas for £24 so had overpaid by £12 and tip. I phoned To complain and was told issue with website but they would give me a free pizza day. As we are vegan we did not need this for a month. Tried today and was now told tough as it was my fault I had not selected the 3 12” £24 offer on the site. Won’t be using them again. Shame as pizzas are good and reasonably priced but website / customer service rubbish

Food arrived 20minutes after stated delivery time. Food cold. Ordered deep pan which looked more like thin and crispy. Would not order again from here.

Called around 00:15am to order a pizza and no one picked up to take my order. On their official website and google it says their open til 01:00am bit was no answer I called at least 3-4 times.

Spent over 40 pounds on pizza's and they looked like crap, arrived cold because the driver got lost and if that wast enough after calling immediately we spoke to the owner who would not give us a refund and was disgustingly rude saying we lived in a crap area. Do not buy anything from them. Bunch of cretins.
