Was expecting a will I never learn but was pleasantly surprised by what I received 10 pieces of hot chicken 4 chips very tasty delivered by a very pleasant delivery man 5 stars

Ordered it for 6.30, placed it at 4.30 so plenty of time to get the order organised. Great food but service was very slow.

I was hungry and the service was fast and helpful. Most importantly, it is halal. Had the 6 piece bucket coleslaw and mashed potatoes

KFC vía Earle Chalfont inferior Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en KFC recientemente. La comida era mala: el pollo era aceitoso y sabía viejo, y las papas fritas estaban frías y empapadas. Lo que empeoró la visita fue el comportamiento del personal. Se hablaban en voz alta en su idioma nativo todo el tiempo, incluso frente a los clientes, lo que parecía poco profesional y hacía que el ambiente de servicio al cliente fuera lo último en sus mentes. ordered 3 pieces meal but only received 2 pieces meal. 1 piece of chicken was almost inedible due to excessive fat. Some of the chips were under cooked. Lesson is go get it yourself so you can complain at the counter or go back. First time using this service, and the last time.

I ordered 10pcs chicken (Family bucket). This is the worst quality of KFC chicken so far I have eaten. Chickens were dry and over cooked. I asked if it is okay not to give me chicken breast. They said okay. But they gave me anyway. They gave me chicken wings which were smaller than other type of chicken as well. I will go to other KFC but not this one again.

Delivery said it would take 15-35 mins and then is took over an hour! Food was completely cold on arrival.

It took an hour and a half from placing my order to delivery - I rang the restaurant three times and there was no answer. When the food arrived, it was cold.

Omg the food was fantastic, the chicken golden and crunchy and very hot; the chips were red hot and cooked perfectly, the sweet corn red hot and full of flavour definitely the best within 50 miles the very best KFC

Ordered a meal thru delivery, they sent me a gravy with no expiration label. Seemed like an old gravy got its label taken off. And the hot wings and fries were soggy, had to throw half of the meal away. Terrible food

I’ve ordered by the KFC Apps at 9:55pm and dined in with my friends. However when we arrived, all chairs were put on the table and being told cannot dine in here. But their shop supposed close at 11pm. We felt very disappointed. Staff were black face on us seem we disturbed them to clean up and cooking new chicken.

Chicken was tasteless along with the gravy. KFC has really gone downhill

I ordered a popcorn chicken for my daughter. Unfortunately, the chicken was extremely spicy, causing her to cry when she tried it. I sampled a piece myself and found it to be overly spicy as well. I am really disappointed with this experience. I placed the order Monday 10 December around 7:50pm.

the delivery rider delivered my order 2nd after going all the way to the other side of Wokingham for the 1st drop. by the time they arrived the food was cold. If I am paying 20 quid for a KFC meal it at least needs to be hot on arrival.

It said initially 18.30, didn’t arrive till just before 7pm . Could see on the map it was going here and there, there’s me thinking well foods not going to be piping hot 😞

We usually order 10 piece buckets and leave it to the staff to be honest with the pieces, no matter what they always put min 5 wings pieces which are tiny as compared to other pieces and no one in our family eats them so we get literally get 5 edible pieces, regardless you ask them to change the pieces they say that they have changed but you will still get tiny, oily small wing pieces as staff lies to the customer, have asked manager few times doesn’t makes any difference, staff is dishonest and lies to the customer , absolutely pathetic and disgusting service of this branch, never experienced that in other branches.

original estimate was delivery by 19:30. after many reestimates, it finally arrived at 21:00. appalling service

The shop were more than half full on Sunday noon. Tables were comfortably distanced. Clean toilet. Tried the fried chicken breast. Without it seasoned crust, it was tasteless and tough to chew. The crust was damped. Hard to tell how long they were cooked and treated. The chips were also still warm. Ketchup was like diluted and watery. Food overall still edible. The staff made two mistakes, but they returned annoyed expressions without apologies.

Husband ordered tonight fillet tower box meal no hash brown or cheese in the burger. Lettuce in our sons burger he hates lettuce. Ordered lots before, and still missed stuff from a delivery order, now this . Take time read the order and make properly.

They gave me beans instead of gravy but other than that it was okay.

Happy with the food from KFC. Won’t ever recommend Just Eat though due to past issues with them.
