Food is tasty and served hot here

The shop were more than half full on Sunday noon. Tables were comfortably distanced. Clean toilet. Tried the fried chicken breast. Without it seasoned crust, it was tasteless and tough to chew. The crust was damped. Hard to tell how long they were cooked and treated. The chips were also still warm. Ketchup was like diluted and watery. Food overall still edible. The staff made two mistakes, but they returned annoyed expressions without apologies.

Husband ordered tonight fillet tower box meal no hash brown or cheese in the burger. Lettuce in our sons burger he hates lettuce. Ordered lots before, and still missed stuff from a delivery order, now this . Take time read the order and make properly.

They gave me beans instead of gravy but other than that it was okay.

Happy with the food from KFC. Won’t ever recommend Just Eat though due to past issues with them.

we ordered a 14 piece bucket which was delivered. Unfortunately inside was 2x drumsticks, NO thighs and the rest was just bones & wings. I think that is unacceptable for a 14 piece bucket

The chicken was hot and very good, not dry like previous orders. . The portion of chips were very small. We laughed when we saw them. 17 chips !

Luckily I was keeping an eye out. The delivery driver should ring the doorbell not just drop it on the doorstep and drive off.

Male staff has no clue what customer service is. Agree with comments below about staff rudeness. Edit: Thanks for responding quick. Read the reviews and see people have been complaining for ages but you won’t take any action for sure :)

Young Asian guy with small beard is always rude. Pathetic service. Never give the drinks what you order. No discipline what so ever. No differentiation between diet and normal drinks. He serves like he is doing a big favour for you and you are getting free food. He needs serious British customer service training immediately. Damaging the brand.

Delivery took nearly an hour from ordering on a weekday evening when it’s not that busy. Disappointing and two hungry children.

Awful. Tried it 3 times, chicken is always completely dried out and chewy, has clearly been cooked hours ago and sat under heat lamps. Takes forever to get your food and the place is always dirty. Go to Bracknell, 10x better

it took over 1 hour to deliver food from a restaurant 8-10 minutes drive away. Had to eat at my desk in a packed office because your time frames are so far off. when the food arrived it was a sloppy mess. disappointed doesn't cover it.

Hi just collected my order (5096) because you don't deliver to our area. My party bucket was missing the hot wings. Tried to call the shop with no answer, no option online to report a missing item. Disappointed something was missing, we can't come back to collect so now we've paid for something we didn't get.

Best KFC I’ve been to, very clean restaurant and the food is always fresh, no soggy old chicken.

Did not get any chips and the wings bucket was not right. Only 12 received not the 20 as required.

This branch really seems to be deteriorating. No ticket paper in the machine, they seem to not bother re filling. Lots of things broken, especially in the toilets. Food was really salty, and has upset the stomach. Won't be using this branch again until things look to have been sorted.

We visited for a quick tea whilst staying at a hotel nearby. The best KFC meals we have had in a long time. Service was great, all of the food was hot and good portion sizes. We all enjoyed the food as a family and in comparison to our local branches this is definitely a lot better.

Food was cold, chips were not edible, burgers were stone cold.

Too oily and chicken was a tough and not tasty. Need to change the oil and clean your fryer.

Took ages to get our order ready and obviously with order number completely disappearing from either of the screens, no reason given for delay, poor quality of food and the quantity/ size of meal is shameful. Not worth the visit and defo but going again.

Nothing wrong with the driver, but AVOID this KFC. Half of our order was missing! Tried to call the restaurant and they ignore any calls incoming. Frustrating when you spend money on a treat takeaway for it to be poor quality and half of the stuff you ordered missing. KFC Lower Earley - RUBBISH

The bag was split and the contenders spilt all over the rest of the contents. This was the first time I have used just eat, probably won’t use them again.

When order was placed the delivery time was stated as 18:35. It gradually slipped back by 35 mins. Unacceptable

I order my food at 14:00. I didn’t receive my food. App says it deliver and I try to contact to the KFC lower early . The guy who answered my phone try to blam to just it rather then solving the problem .

Food came nearly an hour late after i ordered for a delivery time of 18.30.

It's happened several times that I haven't received all the items in my order. This has already happened to me 2 times. I travel 15miles to collect orders but unfortunately I don't get the all the items I ordered and have paid for.

burger was terrible bun was over toasted tasted stale the lettuce looked like it was off all brown didn't look nice at all dry chips were OK chicken wasn't great either all in all pretty poor whoever served it and packed it obviously doesn't care for customer service at all and should be ashamed to send it out like that.

Recently ate here and the amount of salt lately has been atrocious. Ordered the 2.99 meal offer and the fries were drowned with salt along with the burger. It felt like a salty mess. Service is a bit slow sometimes too. Normally the food is fine, however the salt levels recently have been way too high than normal.

Driver didn’t knock at our house, just dropped the food In front of the main door and left! Didn’t realise it was actually delivered till I opened my home door by coincidence! The food was left on the wet floor and was nothing but cold and had to fully heat again to be somehow edible!

I had to drive to met the Driver who couldn't find my address. Its not the first time i ordered from Just eat. Never had that problem before . What is the point of paying delivery cost if i have to drive to get my food .

Worst experience ever. Don’t even bother. Huge delays, rude and unapologetic employees that think it’s okay not to give you the food you ordered and PAID for. They run out of gravy every single time or “forget” to give you the bottled drinks. Not sure why it’s still open. AVOID.

KFC is pretty much what you would expect from a KFC, usually great food and service - sometimes it can get overly busy and the wait shoots up which isn't great but kind of expected
