The chicken was not cooked on one of the meals and the restaurant said I could go and collect a new order but couldn’t. Left a person without food 😔

Delivery said it would take 15-35 mins and then is took over an hour! Food was completely cold on arrival.

Awful services over an hour late

It took an hour and a half from placing my order to delivery - I rang the restaurant three times and there was no answer. When the food arrived, it was cold.

Food was delivered 30mins later than specified time and was cold on arrival.

This was not the delivery drivers fault, this was kfc ! the delivery driver delivered in good time, thank you

Omg the food was fantastic, the chicken golden and crunchy and very hot; the chips were red hot and cooked perfectly, the sweet corn red hot and full of flavour definitely the best within 50 miles the very best KFC

Ordered a meal thru delivery, they sent me a gravy with no expiration label. Seemed like an old gravy got its label taken off. And the hot wings and fries were soggy, had to throw half of the meal away. Terrible food

I’ve ordered by the KFC Apps at 9:55pm and dined in with my friends. However when we arrived, all chairs were put on the table and being told cannot dine in here. But their shop supposed close at 11pm. We felt very disappointed. Staff were black face on us seem we disturbed them to clean up and cooking new chicken.

Chicken was tasteless along with the gravy. KFC has really gone downhill

I ordered a popcorn chicken for my daughter. Unfortunately, the chicken was extremely spicy, causing her to cry when she tried it. I sampled a piece myself and found it to be overly spicy as well. I am really disappointed with this experience. I placed the order Monday 10 December around 7:50pm.

the delivery rider delivered my order 2nd after going all the way to the other side of Wokingham for the 1st drop. by the time they arrived the food was cold. If I am paying 20 quid for a KFC meal it at least needs to be hot on arrival.

We usually order 10 piece buckets and leave it to the staff to be honest with the pieces, no matter what they always put min 5 wings pieces which are tiny as compared to other pieces and no one in our family eats them so we get literally get 5 edible pieces, regardless you ask them to change the pieces they say that they have changed but you will still get tiny, oily small wing pieces as staff lies to the customer, have asked manager few times doesn’t makes any difference, staff is dishonest and lies to the customer , absolutely pathetic and disgusting service of this branch, never experienced that in other branches.

original estimate was delivery by 19:30. after many reestimates, it finally arrived at 21:00. appalling service

The shop were more than half full on Sunday noon. Tables were comfortably distanced. Clean toilet. Tried the fried chicken breast. Without it seasoned crust, it was tasteless and tough to chew. The crust was damped. Hard to tell how long they were cooked and treated. The chips were also still warm. Ketchup was like diluted and watery. Food overall still edible. The staff made two mistakes, but they returned annoyed expressions without apologies.

Husband ordered tonight fillet tower box meal no hash brown or cheese in the burger. Lettuce in our sons burger he hates lettuce. Ordered lots before, and still missed stuff from a delivery order, now this . Take time read the order and make properly.

They gave me beans instead of gravy but other than that it was okay.

Happy with the food from KFC. Won’t ever recommend Just Eat though due to past issues with them.

we ordered a 14 piece bucket which was delivered. Unfortunately inside was 2x drumsticks, NO thighs and the rest was just bones & wings. I think that is unacceptable for a 14 piece bucket

Young Asian guy with small beard is always rude. Pathetic service. Never give the drinks what you order. No discipline what so ever. No differentiation between diet and normal drinks. He serves like he is doing a big favour for you and you are getting free food. He needs serious British customer service training immediately. Damaging the brand.

Delivery took nearly an hour from ordering on a weekday evening when it’s not that busy. Disappointing and two hungry children.

Awful. Tried it 3 times, chicken is always completely dried out and chewy, has clearly been cooked hours ago and sat under heat lamps. Takes forever to get your food and the place is always dirty. Go to Bracknell, 10x better

Hi just collected my order (5096) because you don't deliver to our area. My party bucket was missing the hot wings. Tried to call the shop with no answer, no option online to report a missing item. Disappointed something was missing, we can't come back to collect so now we've paid for something we didn't get.

Best KFC I’ve been to, very clean restaurant and the food is always fresh, no soggy old chicken.

Did not get any chips and the wings bucket was not right. Only 12 received not the 20 as required.

This branch really seems to be deteriorating. No ticket paper in the machine, they seem to not bother re filling. Lots of things broken, especially in the toilets. Food was really salty, and has upset the stomach. Won't be using this branch again until things look to have been sorted.
