Pizza Hut Delivery in Wokingham

App was updated as delivered at 7.20.. order was delivered at 7.35... nearly an hour for 1 pizza.

requested delivery for 7pm and was confirmed but arrived before 6pm so by the time my friends arrive for 7 it was all cold. not happy about that as reheating is not the same.

I’m sorry but the pizza was really really poor the pepperoni was raw and oh my god the grease I’ve just stopped eating and and while typing this my hands are so greasy and Jesus the pepperoni under the bits of cheese are really really raw this wasn’t cooked properly at all delivery and service was perfect but oh no not the food sorry I’m just honestly appalled it’s terrible

Previously I have used Pizza Hut Woodley branch for a self collection and the pizza was quite good. Tonight me and my wife had some plans for the evening and we left our teenage children "home alone" with a plan to get them a pizza as an evening meal. I have ordered a pizza for delivery from the Pizza Hut website and after the long wait (and children calling back saying they never got their pizza), I have contacted the Woodley branch to check where our order is. The staff at the branch told me that they can't find my order in the system and they advised me to get in touch with the customer support. Once again, I have an order number, and confirmation email in my hand clearly showing that pizza was ordered and confirmed, but no pizza, no resolution for problem, instead a request to get in touch with some ephemeral customer support. After some searching for customer support details (the branch could not provide me with it), I had an online chat with customer support (that was the only option, as no phone number was available). Customer support told me that they can see my order, but now they need to talk to the branch to find out why the order was not fulfilled. After that they may (!) come back to me via email. If you stop and think about this for a second, I have ordered a simple pizza, paid in full and all I wanted is to get it at my door and to feed hungry kids. Instead, I am being footballed between the branch and a customer support, with no indication that anyone is actually planning to solve the issue and to get that pizza to us today. Mishaps happen, I get that. This could have happened to anyone, but within that time I was trying to get anywhere with this issue, they could have put the order right, made that pizza and still get it delivered, while I was going back and forth between customer support and the branch, but it looks like Pizza Hut couldn't care less about their customers. Needless to say that we had to cut our outdoor plans short and get back home to feed our kids. I am yet to hear back from customer support, and they will probably(eventually?) refund me for that pizza, but it doesn't matter anymore. What matters is that I have learned that Pizza Hut does not care about their customers. The pizza is not only about the ingredients used to make it. It is also about how much care is taken to make it and to deliver it. If you see that care element is not there, how can you trust the quality of the food you are going to be delivered?

Just for the big New Yorker and it wasn’t what I expected I expected more cheese it looks nothing like in the photos it’s Just skimpy cheese enormous slices and super super greasy it’s eatable it’s nice but cmon lol

Wrong pizza delivered 3 times plus missing first time. Absolutely shambolic.

Very bad customer experience. Food served was below par quality. Vegetarian pizza served with piece of chicken/meat and without following the order instructions.

It was like eating cardboard, tbh, the pizza wasn't very appetising at at all

Delivered roughly 19 minutes after ordering! Obviously it helps that I love really close but even that was recorded timing. Delivered piping hot as always and absolutely delicious.!

Delivered early. Food was piping hot still and delicious. Delivery driver was very polite and courteous too.

Really disappointed as we usually rate this as the best pizza place locally. No excuse as collected ourselves and waited for it to be cooked. Garlic bread had no taste of garlic and pizza cold and base hard. Will try other local pizza places in future. Definitely has deteriorated.

We collected. There was an error in the order, which they spotted, so we had to hang around a bit. Sadly, this made the other parts of the order a bit soggy.

Missing food. Ordered chicken strips for my son, payed for two boxes got one. Now need to order again and of course from another place.

Food is always good at pizza hut. A lot of people say it's too greasy but I don't think it is especially at a pizza hut delivery. Maybe if you go to an actual pizza hut.

Food quality is usually 9kay but tonight it was 45 min earlier than asked for (before everyone had arrived). Also the vegan cheese had been applied to the (meaty) farmhouse pizza rather than the veggie supreme. This annoyed the meat eater and left the vegan hungry.

Really unhelpful staff when they are spoken to on the phone.

Came fast food was hot but I didn’t receive my sauce And I ordered a cold Pepsi max but was given a warm Diet Pepsi.

Besides the missing ice cream for the 2 cookie doughs every thing was perfect

Worst place to order a pizza EVER … they just lost the order … another time sent the wrong pizza… guys be more professional if you want stay in the market!

Order through app failed due to power cut, which is understandble. But was told 10 minutes when we ordered (and paid) a second time, then was asked a third time and eventually got the food after being stood at the counter for 45 minutes! Staff just ket saying theres a queue for the oven.

We need not receive our nachos and we asked for a bbq base but it was tomato.

All was great except for the cold nachos which couldn't break apart since the chees was melted and then solidified since it was cold. I would like a refund for this at least.

Really disapointed. Two pizzas arrived on time but almost cold and steamed into box looks like pancake made night before. Really limited toppings and test less. I did not bother to call store and waste my time. Will consider to order next one from other company. You can do better guys !

Food quality was great and guy delivering it was really professional Pizza Hut have sorted themselves out. Much better than dominos who when delivering to Twyford struggle to get the food within an hour of the promised delivery time

Just ordered after this lockdown and all. Thought it be nice to have some as I used to really enjoy their pizzas. Something was off about the one I got. Bad luck? Maybe. Normally I love their pizzas but this one time I felt like I wasted 25 quid on a pizza as I couldn't even finish it. Just didn't taste good as I remember 😕 . Smelt like it could do with it being on the oven bit longer (just my view here) and tatse didn't live up to the expectations (not even a bit )

For a second time in a row this branch has yet again disappointed my self . Main problem with this branch is despite having mangers in store they have no control over dealing with customer complaints. Note to customers don't pay on line they will refuse to refund your food when it's wrong or doesn't show up. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUES AND NO DIFFERENT TO THEFT ! Our food arrived 40min late and cold pizza, side orders were just about ok but not great all all! Manager in his fairness attempted to handle to issue and to be fair sent out a pizza within20 min as promised. But needless to say after a argument on the phone we lost to urge to eat. Would i as a local customer use them again after repeat disappointment ....NO!

The only problem was confusion about the payment. The delivery guy handed me the pizza, then said I needed to pay (I had paid online) so the pizza got cold while I showed him my cc app and he called the restaurant to check.

Pizza's aren't the best around and limited choice on base/sauces etc however the Nachos really are the best you can buy from a takeaway!

Hmm. Doesn't quite taste up to pizza huts normal standard. But it's OK The tear and share was so soggy inside

Absolutely dreadful. They put you on hold for ages. Pizza was over 45 mins late when it was for my kids. They are completely a joke. The manager doesn't even come to the phone.

I ordered my food at 7.30 and i chose its arrival time for 8.15 and it came at 8.05 and the pizza was hot when we ate it and the cookie dough was hot and the food was excellent and im very happy with the delivery time of pizza hut Woodley

Food was on time and hot. Mac and cheese was a bit bland, chicken wings were soggy and pizza was just ok.

Food wasnt cooked properly, proper oily aswell, was as if it was on a super high heat for a shorter time

Ordered so I could bath and put the children to bed and not have to cook. when it arrived I had to take children out of the bath to answer the door. totally pointless offering a preorder service if it’s not going to be delivered near the time.

I'm sorry to saybthat food was good but cold like warm and delivery was late, the box the pizza came in was damaged all over and sides open , anything could have got in, and who knows what tampering of food. Not an enjoyable service from Pizza hut, who charge high prices. Sorry but not happy, especially where was starving.

Claimed on the app that they had delivered on time but in reality delivered 45 minutes late. No apology when called after 25 minutes late, just a promise that it would be delivered "soon". Food would not arrive for another 20 minutes.

Usually very good. Although I just ordered and they got my order completely wrong even down to the base we had the sauce we had and 2 or 3 wrong toppings..... not impressed.

The two pizzas I ordered yesterday's evening had no topping. I ordered a Vegetable Supreme and Veggie Sizzler, both with no cheese as we don't include dairy products in our diet. We normally get both pizzas covered with a reach topping but last evening the amount of vegetables on top was shocking - I had 3 tiny slices of mushrooms on mine and a few pieces of tomato and pineapple, couldn't see any onions, same on my partner's order. It was very disappointing. It looked like 2 different people were working on the pizzas - one person done an incredible job of preparing the dough - which was nicely done and well baked, and another person responsible for adding the topping had absolutely no clue how the pizza should look like - spreading a bit of tomato sauce and adding a leftovers which didn't fit on a previous pizza and calling it a topping. It looked like the kitchen run out of veg. We couldn't believe what we saw. We ended up chopping our own tomatoes and frying up the mushrooms we had in our fridge to actually have anything on top because it felt like we just bought 2 pizza doughs. We recently moved into the Woodley area from Uxbridge where we had the best possible pizzas from Pizza Hut and it is a huge disappointment that the Reading branch is saving their budget on their toppings. I hope you will consider my opinion as I truly love Pizza Hut and I don't wish to change to any other brand as I was always happy with it when living in London.

First time using delivered on time food was hot delivery driver was polite and food is lush so will definitely be using again

Disgusting staff experience. Threatening and not listening to concerns and extremely awful customer especially staff claiming as Manager and later saying that they are shift/duty manager. Definitely put me off permanently from Pizza Hut.

Quick, efficient service. Ordered pizzas over the phone and picked them up within 15 minutes. Food tasted good and was cooked properly, and staff were friendly enough. No quibbles from me!

The service at this branch was horrendous, the staff were rude to me and my family, unable to resolve the issue I had. Rejected the order as had waited to even be acknowledged for 5 and a half minutes. Staff were rude and obnoxious lied to me when I then requested to speak with management. Appalled with my experience will be contacting head office.

Appalling undercooked pizza. And the bbq wings looked undercooked mouldy ans drenched in grease... manager refused to speak to me and didn't care about bad reviews... won't be ordering from again... disgusted!!

Pizza delivered not cooked properly, staff argumentative and unwilling to resolve problem, 2nd Pizza which went to collect by hand wasn't cooked properly either, I wouldn't bother again and would advise others to steer well clear
