Pizza Hut in Wokingham

Took my money and no food arrived! Phoned to be told they had not received my order but refused to refund or deliver food. Went to the shop to speak to the manager who laughed in my face. Again, refused a refund or food. Disgusting service, disgusting manners! Have reported to head office and now await my refund. Hopefully they will teach the manager some manners or appoint someone that understands what customer service is! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

They use the very unreliable uber eats to deliver. After waiting 2 hours and the food just being 2 mins away they cancelled. Apparently I was not stood outside of the hotel. Lies. And I did not answer my phone. Lies, they never called me. When I called pizza hut branch directly to complain, they claimed they never had an order for me collected by uber eats. Lies. Just about as bad as it could be.

T his is my local pizza hut and i normally either go in to order or get home delivery, home delivery is quite fast usually get it within 15 mins ,pizzas are always delicious and decently done no complaints ,they do mediums pizza for £5 and meal deals which is aways great ,staff are friendly and helpful.

Found 3 hairs in chicken informed restaurant and asked for food to be taken back visited by man who at first was manager and then when swore at us and was picked up on it became managers brother. No apology or replacement food. Disgusted with food hygiene and response but definitely don't expect to be sworn at. Advise use another pizza outlet

Last minute order instaed of eating in the hotel we were staying at. Quick delivery, straight to the room. But dissapointing as the pizza's were very doughy and to be honest lacking in taste. Not great.

ok. Arrived in a reasonable time. Pizza base not cooked well. toppings were tight. Garlic bread over cooked. Wedges dry, Overall not very happy with the food

Never disappointed especially as the pizza tastes great, always delivered on time and piping hot. Deals are pretty good too.

We normally get a delivery deal. Standard Pizza Hut quality pizza never had an issue with under or over cooked! All the delivery drivers we have had are nice no issues! Does what you expect on the nights you don't want to cook

simply amazing food and great quality!!! Absolutely loved the meat feat pizza with the potato wedges on the side as well.

Visited the outlet and saw issues concerning health and safety and food hygiene contacted the company and was telephoned by Jamile the manager who was rude and had no customer service experience. There was total disregard to concerns raised by the company . Would never visit this outlet again and suggest visiting other pizza outlets
