Costa in Wokingham

Closed drive through at 9.15 as to quote the most senior member of staff they could not cope with only 3 staff and customers inside , not surprising given the surly rude “take it or leave it “attitude of one of the 3 staff , dreadful , if you can’t cope don’t open

I wanted to write a review to say what a lovely team that work here. We visit regularly and they are always so happy and helpful. It is a good snacks and coffee and they are consistently on top form. Thanks we do appreciate you 😊

Una señora que trabajaba detrás de la caja registradora ayer por la mañana insistió en pagar mi almuerzo. Esto fue incluso después de explicar que no soy local. (Llegué a la caja y mi aplicación mastercard no se había activado, por lo que no tenía forma de pagar). Soy nueva mamá y tenía tanta hambre que nunca olvidaré esto. Muchas gracias.

Nos detuvimos aquí para un almuerzo para llevar con dos niños pequeños en el automóvil; visitamos como un recorrido para llevar el almuerzo a casa en Woodley después de conducir desde Billericay (Essex). Quería usar un vale de 20 Costa Coffee en mi teléfono sin tener la aplicación Costa instalada. La señora que trabajaba en el mostrador de cobranza fue excepcionalmente útil no solo para ayudarme a pagar con los detalles guardados en mi teléfono, sino también para señalar que podíamos acumular puntos de recompensa en nuestra tarjeta Costa regular para nuestro pedido de más de 20. Comida y bebidas al estándar habitual de café de Costa, ¡pero la máxima puntuación para la servicial dama!

I have rarely had the misfortune of being served my coffee or any product for that matter in such a venomous way. the woman who served me was rude mannered, like she hated the job and didn't want to be there and therefore despised to serve me. And then she made my gingerbread lattee as bitter as she was, just like the customer service I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth and I would opt for other coffee places next time.

We have come here several times, which is a positive reflection in itself. It offers a better choice of food than the next closest Costa, particularly in terms of salads, and there is always adjacent parking available. I haven't ever used the drive thro' service, but it seems popular. Inside the cafe is relatively bright and spacious, and generally clean (unlike many Costas I have seen, where prompt table-clearing is the exception rather than the rule). The toilets have always been in acceptable condition. The one negative, which regrettably is a consistent feature here, is a perception (not unique to me - so I'm refusing to take it personally) that staff would prefer if you had gone elsewhere.

Located on the Aldi shopping site with plenty of parking. Easy access for wheel chairs and buggy’s. Clean and spacious with free WiFi and toilets. Recently new so in good condition. Also has a drive through. Would recommend. Please like if this helped.

Visited on a very quiet Sunday afternoon. 5 or more staff but service painfully slow. Seating area untidy and no one attended to clearing tables or dirty floor.

As frequent goers to Costa this one has some great features: Drive Through Option Free Parking Outdoor / Indoor Seating Next to Aldi (cheap nibbles ;)) Very rarely too busy to not get a seat Unfortunately the staff let the place down. I've been here 3/4 times and had pretty much the same, uninterested customer service. Staff seem too busy chatting to each other & lacking in basic customer interraction. My visit to Costa at Rose Kiln Lane in Reading was almost the polar opposite and will be posting a review shortly.

Rude staff and poor service . Jesus !! And I've been there few times just cos i had to . So sad ! As soon as u get in you are enemy 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂 they try to annihilate you

Rude un motivated staff, this is by far the worst Costa I have visited. Toilets disgusting ! This place is brand new and falling apart already , so sad. 😩

Visit here almost every day. Easy and convenient car parking (but there is a drive thru as well) Lovely staff - all do their best at making my favourite drink the way I like it. Always clean and tidy - toilets spotless (unusual for a Costa) There are many Costa staff out there that could learn a lesson by spending a week at this outlet! Small seating area outside, not great views (adjacent to the drive thru) but again it’s kept clean and tidy) Very rarely would I give more than 5 (if I could) but this outlet deserves 6 or more!

A good sized Costa Coffee shop where you may drive through or park for free & sit inside. It's always clean & well stocked, the staff are helpful, friendly, fast and attentive to your order.
