Cute rustic outdoor spa with lovely views across the river and St.Catherine’s Hill. Very helpful host Lilly, nothing was too much trouble. 5/6 places booked but there’s enough options not to feel crowded. Flip flops recommended

I placed the order and I am an Indian and I don't eat beef or bacon, I ordered accordingly. They did not know what they saw in the order, they made a bacon burger and gave it to me. When I got it changed, they did not find any salad in it. I don't know. People in the service area have got into the habit of sitting for free. So I want to say this to everyone, after ordering, confirm and check and then eat. Thanks, my experience is very bad.

I stopped here after a visit to my daughter at Bournemouth uni. A great little stop to refuel and grab a couple of snacks. Clean and tidy, friendly staff and in a convenient location. A great little services.

Ordered from Domino’s upper brook street website and they went to the wrong house we tracked them on the app. It seems they went to 30 Cromwell Road. So got the house number right but wrong Street address. The manger hung up which was so rude.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else! The food was overpriced and underwhelming. As for the service, it can be best described as appalling.

The pizza here is amazing, everything is fresh and cooked perfectly. You have to try their chicken it’s really good. Great service, definitely worth a try!

Disrespectful ignorant staff. Walked in got looked at 2 times and just sat on his phone. Both member then looked at me then went out back. Ignored me didnt say hello or anything just silent. So i turned around and walked out the shop. Also pricing is disgraceful.

Ordered chicken balls and over half were raw inside. Been very ill from them. Wanted me to drive there for refund when being serious sick

I seriously have NEVER known such friendly and polite upbeat staff at 5 am ! They were an inspiration for getting up early !! Absolutely great start to our day which started very early!

Meal was thrown on the plate ...mostly made up of frozen vegetables bland not appetising at all will not be returning for a meal any time soon...plenty of other places to eat

Ordered a set menu for 3. The food was delicious and I was really pleased with the amount of food too. Will definitely be ordering from here again in the future. Superb meal.

Absolutely sh**t!!! Pretty sure they don’t give a cr**p about what food goes in the bags and just sends them out with the drivers not thinking about anyone else

Service was fast as only customer, however the server was outside smoking when i arrived , she didnt bother washing her hands when serving me , the foor was terrible chicken tasted old and overcoooked the chips were cold and stale very diappointed will not return overalll poop

No late night food here - closes at 8pm - W.TF? Why would you lose a restaurant at 8pm what is this the 1970s again?????????
