Mulan Chinese Take Away in Winchester

Ordered a set menu for 3. The food was delicious and I was really pleased with the amount of food too. Will definitely be ordering from here again in the future. Superb meal.

Ordered foot at 7pm to be told delivery would be between 8:05-8:25. Phoned 7 times at 8:30 as app said it was delivered but no sign of food. I was told on the phone that the food was going to be another 35 minutes. I decided to wait 45 minutes to give them benefit of the doubt so rang back at 9:15 to be told it would be another 15 minutes. Absolutely awful to still be waiting for my foot at 9:20 when I ordered at 7!

Lovely food, horrible service. Delivery took 2 hours, when called said it was out for delivery. 30 minutes later, no food and no answer on the phone.

Home delivery over an hour late with wrong dishes and very mediocre cuisine. I f I hadn'd been so hungry I dont think i'd have eaten it.

Last time we ordered it took ages to arrive but this time it came early and tasted great. We ordered a set meal for 2 and all of it was lovely, and no gloop or salty aftertaste like you get with some takeaways. Really glad we gave it a second chance.

If this was the last Chinese takeaway in the world I'd go for an Indian. Ordered food at 7.15 to be told it would be delivered at 8.45 (only after I'd paid). Phone finally answered at 9.10 after being repeatedly cut off to be told "there in 5 minutes" food finally arrived at 9.30 cold, greasy and not what was ordered. The "half a crispy duck" was a carton of greasy mush that looked like cat food. First and last time we will order from here.

We ordered our take away and were first told it would arrive at 21:00 which we ordered at 19:30 after waiting a hour and a half I called them to be told “we need 15 minute to sort order” to which I replied you have had a hour and a half why isn’t it finished the rude lady over the phone said “you phone to complain and say it take to long and you hungry” which isn’t good customer service at all. After waiting another 15 minutes I called back three times to get through and be told that it’s on its way so I asked could the phone there delivery driver and he didn’t even know where he was going he said he was lost we live in Winnal not hard to find. He was rude and grumpy. It arrived at 22:00 and was stone cold, greasy & stodgy. Had to be heated through to make sure was safe. I wouldn’t recommend this unless your drunk after a night out as it’s piss poor food & service.

Rice was microwaved, came all mushy and stuck together, didn’t receive our chicken wings. Our first time trying, definitely won’t be returning.

Horrendous. Ordered via just eat. Meant to be delivered 19:40. Started calling at 8. Kept getting cut off when it rang. Still no answer by 8:45 an hour after so called delivery time. Food cancelled. Used to eat here frequently. Never again.

We placed an order for dinner - it never came, 2 hours later and over half an hour of calling and it still hasn’t arrived even though they claim they’ve delivered it. Outraged at this shocking service, to make matters worse we actually paid more for delivery!

Never had problems before until now food was mushy and inedible. Phoned 6 times to be told no refund

I’ve ordered a few times and never had any issues excellent meal quality and extremely good portions

We had never had a bad meal from here until 2 weeks ago. My son was eating his meal when he pulled a piece of ‘wire’ from his mouth. I emailed the shop twice but have not received a response from them! We don’t know where the metal was from but have kept it incase they wanted to look into it? I will not order from here again as after this same meal we all had upset stomachs!
