Ordered crispy duck and special rice without prawns. Duck had a slimy texture, with a concerning smell. did not risk eating it. (defrosted in microwave then fried?) rice was full of prawns and after a bite was not a good flavor nor was i willing to risk eating it. Both items in bin, having read reviews i saw no point in complaining in person.

Have used supreme for a number of years, have the usual bits missing from the order in the past but nothing too bad, until last night... I found a shard of glass in my rice! I phoned them up straight away and the lady said, in very broken English, that she would call me back, and hour later no call so I called them back, she said she would call me the next day but have not heard a thing back, extremely poor response to a seriously matter. I will not be using them again ever.

I stayed in Winchester Premier Inn, and first time visited this shop, not bad at all! Great house special fried rice, large portions n good taste of king prawns mixed vegetables, salt n pepper spare ribs, overall value for money, thank you 😋

Indescribably bad! Satay chicken with a sauce so thick it didn’t move, chef special in plum sauce was so special unable to identify any components, duck in peking sauce had some duck with very soggy skin, far more boiled onions and peppers and in this one, they’d obviously forgotten to treble the cornstarch so sauce was actually a bit runny, stir fried noodles horrible too, prawn crackers ok (at £4.50 they should be!). Everything tasted as if it had been cooked a long time ago. Worst £50 dinner ever, 90% about to go in the bin.

Ordered through deliveroo a set meal for 2. Service all fine, received in good time. The food seemed ok but everyone who shared the dishes, came down with food poisoning within a couple of hours. 2 days later and I'm still feeling awful!

Selected at 'random' for takeaway on a work trip. Large menu and quite reasonably priced. Ordered and ready really quickly for collection, good honest food which i enjoyed and no issues going back.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Absolutely shocked at the state of the meal we had delivered. Raw chicken wings to which was served to my daughter without realising. Had to drive up there to get refund as she wasn’t happy to give to us. We visited on the 3rd nov 23.

if i could give less than 1 star i would: food took ages to arrive then when it finally did, it was cold, missing half of our items, and frankly just not up to standard. we called the restaurant about 3 or 4 times to ask for the rest of the order and were ignored when we asked for a refund as it was getting late and we didn’t want the food anymore. they also kept hanging up on us and speaking over us when we were trying to explain the issue. after they originally said they would resend the rest of the order, it still took over an hour for it to come. order hasn’t been updated on deliveroo as delivered so can’t even complain on the app and ask for a refund. really annoyed and will not be ordering again.

Food used to be good but now food is very greasy and can be a bit soggy. Delivery took about 45 minutes to 1 hours

I'm happy that we finally got a food in this place. We can 100% recommend it to everyone. Great friendly service, huge portion (i had regular munch box and portion was massive) soup and dumplings also great. Definitely we are going to get something else from their menu in a future

Food is absolutely lovely and fast delivery, however have ordered the small Chinese munch box before on it own delivered and tried to do the same again tonight and the women said I had to order more I mentioned I have ordered just this before she said she’ll have to check with someone and ended the phone and would not answer when I tried calling back multiple times. Called the landline number and a man answered and went to end the phone and could hear the lady say that I couldn’t just order that I have to order more so have ended up ordering more that won’t be touched as it’s just me eating.

Does any1 no how to cook bloody chips ffs everything else OK but can 1 person cook a chip??????

Over £40 on chinese and didnt deliver 2 parts of the meal. No offer of refund for these parts and not redelivered. Discusting customer service.

Food is always piping hot when it gets delivered. Always ordering from here on a regular basis. Only downside is it can take a few hours for it to actually be delivered to me

This place kept us fed and happy during my 5 years in Winchester. Delicious, affordable, rapidly delivered! Can't recommend more. Definitely try C14 with green curry sauce!

Collected a takeaway yesterday.This venue is very hit and miss You can have a really good meal other times it is awful.Think they must change there staff around from one Chinese to another around Winchester. Had special curry which either had alot of preservatives or some kind of thickening agent which made curry terrible.Also had chips that were cooked for to long,were very dark and dry. After having a very low star rating from EHO which I presume has been reviewed as there still trading would of thought things may of improved but clearly not.

The food was good and delicious,the chow mein and salt pepper dish and the starters were my favourite things on the menu. It's tasty and healthy and it's the cheapest price of all the other Chinese Takeaway. I love it.

Only leaving 1 star because I can't leave half a star!!! Poor customer service, was told it would be an hour wait for food. Called after 1 hour 20 minutes to be told our food had been sat waiting for 20 minutes on driver. Called back half hour later to be told our food had just left the restaurant, which means our food had been sat waiting 40 minutes. Phoned the restaurant to ask for a refund and the girl on the phone denied saying she said it had been sat waiting 20 minutes. Food finally turned up after 2 hours of waiting for it to be cold. Asked for refund. Still waiting!! Absolute joke of a Chinese. Why keep accepting orders when you know you don't have the drivers to deliver! Offered 20% off next order.... but 100% WONT be ordering from them in the future!!

The worst Chinese in Winchester.cost £33 and totally inedible, when I complained all they said sorry not our usual standard but if you want to reorder they would give me a discount of 30%. Why would I reorder.I won’t be going back and would recommend that people avoid.

They Cancelled our order 3 hours after we’d ordered it (on just eat) we called and got them to deliver as there’s no other chinese in the area. Once we’d unpacked there were items missing. Incredibly poor service!

OMG The first time we ordered for takeaway this evening. The meal was hot, no grease, very flavoursome, lovely fresh vegetables carrots broc and all the other yummy vegs and the meat was succulent big pieces the sauce was amazing. I ordered a meal and asked for no BBQ sauce and yet they cover my meal with it anyway and by the time my food was delievered they were shut so I was unable to get refunded or a replacement for my food. Poor service

Yhis was so good we ordered the following night aswell! The food is delicious. We had sweet and sor chicken balls, sweet and sour pork, pork chow mein, duck spring rolls and curry samosas. The food is not oily at all and the meat is great quality, tender and delicious. Fantastic and we will definately be ordering again.

Visited family today and decided to get a Chinese takeaway in but from somewhere we’ve not tried before. After looking online I saw Supreme and their menu had so much choice which was great to see. After our order was placed, I received a phone-call from a friendly member of staff asking to confirm parts of my order especially the level of spice which was good instead of the restaurant just presuming. The order was then delivered 20 minutes early by another friendly member of staff. The food was delicious and I’ll definitely be ordering again when I’m in the area. Would highly recommend so thank you.

Great service but food all tasted of burnt oil. Even rice noodles burnt. Mixed veg = onion and carrot nothing more. Change your oil for fresh. Bad food.

I'm absolutely disgusted at what was brought to my house and it was no way fit for adult consumption let alone for my child to eat .... it was probably crispy pigeon ... I have not normally had a problem with supreme but even the man on the phone was rude and could hardly make out what I was saying .. and then said I would have to pay more money for a fresh one to be delivered as I couldn't have my money back ??!!!! Also the manager wasn't available to speak to me ! ... I'm surprised environmental health hasn't been back out to this !!!! Debating to make a phonecall because the chips that were delivered were defo mouldy ...

I was staying at the Premier Inn up the road and fancied something more than a Whitbread charisma bypass burger in the bar. So, I Googled this place up. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I placed an order and picked it up from the shop a ten minute walk away. The food was fresh, fair value and tasty for what is a suburban takeaway. Good service.

My family and I ordered a takeaway of around 6 dishes and each one was hot and delicious when it arrived. My uncle phoned the order through and asked how much it would be (to see about what freebies we could have). The guy who took the call allowed us to have the shredded chicken as a freebie even though we were £2 under which was the real icing on the cake! From order to collection was around 20 minutes - thank you Supreme for your cracking service!

Placed order on just eat, never again! 15min after food due rang up and was assured food on its way, 20 min later phoned again and apparently no sign they even had my order! Awful customer service! 2hr process, 9pm and 3 very very hungry upset children!!

He ordenado desde aquí unas cuantas veces y sentirá la comida no está mal. Sin embargo, esta vez decidí ir a algo diferente y me arrepentí. Pedí miel estilo pollo, la salsa era toda la bolsa cuando llegó y tenía la consistencia del agua, lo que significa que mi arroz estaba flotando alrededor de mi plato. El pollo probado horrible, la textura era claramente reformado pollo y sin embargo aún había cosas grasosas. Era un plato muy pobre de calidad y me quitó pidiendo otra vez, ya que parece muy suerte de la mezcla si la comida estará bien o no.
