Abusive staff unwilling to assist when I had difficulty ordering at the kiosk. Argued that kiosk working well. I walked away. They obviously are not interested in customers. Later tried BK at Fleet Services - they could not have been more different. Friendly and helpful.

Absolutely baffled that an order for 1 burger and 6 nuggets has come to £15. Literally no drink or chips, just 1 burger and 6 nuggets on their own. Burger King has fallen off a cliff and has the audacity to charge this. I can’t think of one fast food restaurant that would be this expensive. If anyone knows of one, please let me know so I can write a shitty review for them also

Advertising products that they don’t sell. No indication that they don’t sell it. Waiting at till and ignored for a bit. Finally found out product wasn’t available low despite being advertised. Placed order using kiosk machine. Fine all done. Waiting for food and basically just left on counter. Didn’t even call out number - I wasn’t looking as expected number or be called out. Walked over to collect it and staff were just not bothered. Pushed tray towards me and walked off. Clearly gone are the days of politeness. I understand you can’t use the app there and that’s not their fault. Would even give me my MOD discount for use at services. Not a good experience of BK. Hopefully there were having an off day. Although as typing this can see someone else now going up to complain 😂😂

One of the ordering touch screens doesn’t work. Training manager was informed my myself and the customer before. Didn’t want to put an out of order sign up, so I then watched at least 4 other customers have to work out it was broken. When a simple solution was ignored. Not the best service!

This was the worst Burger King I’ve ever had, so over priced for a new burger to have no sauce in it, the burgers was stale and dry, the bacon fries - the bacon was old and didn’t taste right and the milkshakes tasted like chemicals - to say 2 meals with a couple of sides for 2 people came to over £40 is disgustingly for the quality of food as it was inedible. Unfortunately has no time to complain as we were in a rush

Absolutely abysmal, I always used to favour BK over McD but not any more. My bacon double cheese was as dry as anything, the bun stiff the patty devoid of any juiciness whatsoever and the 80p per slice cheese and bacon almost non exitent. I threw the bun away fairly rapidly and persevered with the patty but had to throw most of that away also. Chips were cold and soggy as were the onion rings, chocolate milk shake was just a tasteless froth. All for the princely sum of £25 and totally disinterested serving staff

Got given the wrong burger, luckily I wasn’t already on the M3, when I took it back they just looked bemused and wanted to search their history to prove I (yep that’s me the customer) was wrong. When it showed they’d made the error all I got was a quickly made replacement. When someone brings back a burger, they’re not doing it for fun

Nice to see a Burger King here at Moto services on the Northbound M3 at Winchester. All the usual you would expect from a Burger King, strangely though they don't have any pepper, which I like to put on my fries. Friendly and helpful staff.

Was a needed stop for us as we had 2 hungry kids. There was a couple other shops nearby. The food was as expected for a burger king. The seating area on our visit though was pretty messy, the floors and tables were quite sticky. There is a small play area outside, however at the time was closed for repairs not that it stopped the kids playing

Almost all tables where empty but unclean when I asked a staff she said we have to clean it by ourselves. 4 or 5 staff members were standing folding both arms. Foods and hot drinks were cold. Really disappointed by staff and cold food.

Honestly atrocious. 17 tables and every single one was filthy. The cleanest table we could find we had to brush the chairs down because they were smothered in crumbs. The place wasn't even busy and the 2 main staff members just stood there looking like they'd rather be literally anywhere else. I get it's not a fun job but at least wipe the tables down if you're otherwise standing there doing nothing. Floor filthy, sauce and crumbs and cups everywhere, bins overflowing, and £34 for 3 meals. Disgusting.

The so-called manager from this place asked me if I pay cash or card and when I said card without letting me finish talking he send me to the machine to order ,and start to patronising me as he knows that "some of YOU client's dont like machine but it's the future " The only reason I was speaking with him was that I wanted extras on my burger and the machine doesn't show them, the worst customer treatment that I ever received. Shame on you Burger King, for letting your customers and, more importantly you're employees be Managed by such a figure that thinks his own opinions should be projected to his customers. I'd really had only good experience at this place till now , however, knowing that that guy is a manager , never again.

First visit to a burger king in 20+ years. The burger was excellent, yes really good, fries ok, location awful. Tables needed cleaning, EVERY table had chips on the floor, really quite grim. One lone female was sweeping the communal areas but given the state of the place should have the broom elsewhere.

Only two of the four machines in use to be able to place order with a long queue so took more than 10 minutes. Getting food took another 10 minutes just because of the number waiting. Both the Aberdeen Angus and the meat-free burgers were quite good, but not very hot, although the fries were straight from cooking so they were great. The staff were friendly and it was quite clean. Not bad, but not brilliant.

The crispy chicken that we ordered was bland n it DID NOT feel like chicken at all n the coke that we got literally tasted like sparkling water n the cup was 65% ice and I would never recommend anyone to go there. Also the tables are really dirty and the place overall is very unhygienic.There was not much of a variety of sauces to select from and they gave very limited fries. The coke was SO DISGUSTING that i almost threw up. There was so much rubbish on the side of the tables and on the tables most the tables were empty because there was so much rubbish on them. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING THERE

I have to be honest. The burger was Cold And its the first time I go to Burger King. One thing I disagree with staff using bare hands to place salad on Burger in this day and age of covid. Surely they should wear food catering gloves 🧤 Although they hands may be clean. But why chance. The National Management should monitor all food handling process. And the person wiped his hands on his trouser after handling salad. This is a professional establishment. Subway are more have there act together.

I was forced to use the screen machine to order which offers limited customisation for vegetarian / vegan options. As a vegetarian I should be allowed to choose other drinks other than water or Capri sun and have the option to add cheese to burgers. I asked the staff and they said I have to use the machine and they cannot change the drink to a soft drink. I find this type of approach so limiting. For people wanting to make a change to vegetarian and veganism it can be off putting by not giving them options. Ironically when ordering a kid's meal for my son I was able to add a soft drink like coke. I wouldn't recommend. Get a sandwich for M&S nextdoor a pasty / sausage roll from Gregg's.

No fault of the lady on the front desk she was good as with her customer service. The manager on the other hand was rude and confrontational when we had an issue with our order. The self serve system had removed my add on once I had tried to customise to remove tomato, I added cheese and bacon to the whopper and it was removed. There was no till roll in the machine it didn't print me a receipt which is fine. There is no need to be rude confrontational and accusational to the customers though. Bad systems and bad manager, maybe stay behind the line next time.

After months of giving it a go, we have finally given up on this place. The attraction was the spacious stylish venue, imaginative lunch/brunch menu, (some) pleasant if rather harassed staff, dog friendly and a pleasant location on a favourite Winchester riverside walk. Plus we could generally get a table, unlike lovely Greens that gets so busy on a weekend. During the week it’s reserved for tenants of the co-working space and in the early phase there was a lot of confusion about when/if it was open to the public, with inadequate signage and staff unable to communicate the arrangements clearly. After a bit, that got sorted out and it entered a golden age that lasted for a chunk of last year. Some great food (like the warm pear salad, bubble and squeak and wedges of pear cake) and better organisation. The place seemed better organised and the staff seemed less stressed. Alas it has now taken a real dive. Food quality dipped, items served soggy or burnt, shrinkflation apparent in the bakery items, the nice fresh cakes replaced with mass-produced tasting flapjacks. ‘Large’ coffees that would be considered a regular size in most places. Overseen by a supervisor with patronising and officious manner who I saw shouting at a small child who dared venture onto an (unsigned) staircase leading to a private area.. At our last visit, the lunch menu was inexplicably unavailable at 1.30pm - only breakfast items. But we could see lunch dishes being served to a party on a nearby table. An allergy request was completely ignored and when we complained I was first offered a grudging ‘sorry-not-sorry’ by the sour-faced supervisor (sorry but not her fault that the server hadn’t passed on the message). When I said that wasn’t good enough, when you’re dealing with customers’ safety, I was then told off for being rude. So that’s it for us, not going back. Feel sorry for the better servers, it must be a tough place to work.
