You'll keep going back for more. Not because it's good, but because you'll only get half of your order. Happened twice in 3 weeks. No apology on returning to collect missing items - response was "oh".

placed order for delivery, waited until it left (according to the tracker), then after another 30 minutes it was 'failed' no delivery, no food, sadness all around

Absolutely terrible, there is a problem everytime I go, usually missing food when going through the drive thru. I literally have to check it each time and is wrong 80% of the time. Today I was sent to the parking bay to wait for my ‘drive thru’ food, 20mins past before I had to go in and collect it myself, they had totally lost it and I was going to sit there forever until I sorted it. It’s basic food service, I don’t understand why they get it wrong so often. Needless to say, I’m giving up on using this place now.

No tablets clean , in general everything is good there and nothing to complain.

Brilliant fresh prepared food but a little slow on the service and got some of the order wrong. Update amazing service such pleasant staff made such a wonderful difference and a lovely surprise ....also the restaurant eating area was a darn side better than it has been ....thank you

Usually the toilets are not clean in KFC stores, but here the situation is different, as the cleanliness is amazing. I will not rate the food because I am a fan of Kentucky, but there is no doubt that it is delicious.

We ordered through the app and the food was ready quickly. Unfortunately our hot wings were dry, like they'd been sat for a while. Average rating for average visit.

New as of 2024, clean, nice decor, went at weekday lunchtime and service remained fast and effective. Ample parking with adjacent LidLand has a drive through too. Careful on approach, the traffic coming from Lidl has right of way from the left hand bend and you have to give way as you cross the carriageway even though it’s straight ahead for you.

Only live 5 mins away ! Got a takeaway bargain bucket ! Horrible ! Horrible soggy chips ! Greasy chicken ! Poor food ! Threw it in the bin !! Never again !!

Slow service (visited on a Saturday around 6pm) The batter on their chicken always seems over-cooked compared to other KFC's We probably won't visit again as this has now happened every time

Food was good, but hard to judge how food was if the restaurant management fails to have enough employees for lunch time. Waited around 35 minutes for my food, which I ordered online before getting there. spent half my lunch standing in KFC. Thank you very much, never coming back.

There is a long queue in the drive through . They use the same excuse that there is no staff on the shop floor . The staff seem rushed off their feet always

Absolutely woeful service. Ordered 2 x Boneless Variety Meals and 2 Pieces of Original Recipe Chicken. Got home - no original recipe chicken and a burger with a hashbrown and cheeae that wasn’t requested. Give or take a 20 minute wait. Very very poor overall.

Usually pretty good but sometimes don't cook enough food so have to for a while sometimes.

I came here when it first opened and there was amazing quick service and good quality food, however I just came back today to treat myself after work and I wish I didn't. I waited 40 minutes for a large boneless banquet meal I get there at half 7pm on a Saturday. There were a bunch of young people supposed to be working however it was only two young tanned boys actually working. There were people in front of me demanding refunds after waiting over an hour. Once they got the manager involved the other staff actually seemed to start working once the manager started shouting at them in front of all of us which is incredibly unprofessional. The only benefit was my food was hot when I got it and correct. I don't recommend coming here now they definitely need better staff and management as there were plenty of staff there tonight but on 2 seemed to want to work. Such a shame this has gone downhill as it was great when they first opened. Also fix your self service machine they have never worked since you open never prints the receipt so have to take a picture of the code or try and remember so you have no proof that the order is yours.

Only half the order was delivered and given a refund rather than replacement food,one of us ate,the other didn't. Its not hard to read the order correctly and send the correct order.

Food is disastrously slow if you're eating in, seemed to be going out ok on the drive through though - once you've eventually been served though the food is good (on a relative scale of KFC goodness).

40 minutes wait for drive through food only two cars infront of us only wanted a bucket of chicken I could of caught the chicken plucked and cooked it in the time it took them 😫

Went to get a quick drive through (2 meals) there was about 8 cars when we got there and it took nearly an hour. When we got our food, it was stone cold (obviously been bagged up and left until we reached the window) Sauces and gravy missing. The kitchen looked absolutely disgusting, floor covered in food and no clean surfaces. Needs decent management in there 🤢 Won’t be back.

Tried to dine in at lunchtime. Order took so long we had to get it bagged and go back to work. Stuffing sandwich....no stuffing. Pepsi max was that disgusting sickly cherry stuff. Literally nothing about the order was correct.

Food took ages. And they forgot to put fries in with meal. Totally chaotic in kitchen with staff not knowing what or who ordered what. Absolute confusion reigned!

The drive through always get your order wrong. Almost every time there is something missing and today we got home to find the complete wrong order. So frustrating.

By far the worst KFC, I've gone to very slow 🐌 snails pace slow, I waited just over 20 minutes for my order of 2 snack boxes and 1 mega box! 20 mins is unbelievable. I wasn't the only one everyone on instore was waiting this long, but on the drive-through, I see they were waiting under 5mins! So, for us on the front to be waiting 15 minutes more is unacceptable! While I was waiting there was a couple complaining about there just eat order ( I'm guessing it was wrong) and the mangers ( team leaders) response was we're short staff and training people up. How this store is operating I will never know?! Why was there not a senior member of the team (assistant manager or store manager) working on a payday Friday night baffles me! Good luck to this store. You are set to fail and get more complaints if this carries on. Train your staff on quiter days, definitely not payday weekend, and put a senior member of staff on a payday weekend.

Service is really slow every time we go and we don't go that often. Waited 15-20 mins each time and it's not even been busy.

This place was very clean & tidy (compared to other local KFC restaurants). A little bit out of the main shopping centre area, but we'll worth a visit from 11am.

Food not the best, the bread wasn't that fresh and just thrown together I think using a catapult.

In one end out the other.....I'm sorry to say! Not even an hour after having my dinner I was feeling ill and half our order we got was missing. This was not noticed but staff and the drive through manhad vey bad service.

Just ordered from here, ordered two rice boxes and drinks. Rice boxes was more like an empty box, barely anything in the box itself a couple of scoops of rice, half a slice of cheese (which I paid extra for) and a hash brown (which again I paid extra for). I had to ask for them to put the salad in there, as there was none even thou I order it with everything in the boxes. Drinks were half empty as well, but to be fair when I asked them if they could fill it to the top they just got me a completely new one and let me keep the old one as well, so extra drink which is a win, win. Cleanliness is also a bit of an issue, food every on the floor and the tables. Pretty sure I didn’t even have to order my food but grabbed the scraps of food that were scattered around everywhere in the restaurant and could’ve made a 14 piece family bucket for myself. Overall won’t be coming back

Quick service HOWEVER every time there is something missing in our purchase, every time without fail so always double check your order and run back in to collect the missing items UPDATE: 4 times in a row so far, i've had stuff missing from my order, lets see how far they can keep this going...

This is a totally different experience compared with when it first opened. New management team and new staff have turned this around. Always a warm welcome as if a family business, always speedy and delicious food (and if not an apology and a free drink), always a pleasant and clean atmosphere. What more could you want? My go-to fast food joint in Hampshire

Perfect meal,tender and succulent boneless chicken.

My food has been delivered to another address but they claimed it was left out side my delivery address i called 10 times no answer now have to wait up to 72 hrs for them to come back to me and hope i get my refund. this is terrible service and still very hungry im not happy.

today i ordered a chicken with spicy rice and vegetable rice bowl and it was one of the best things i have ever eaten. service was only 30 seconds too, staff was friendly. will come back again

Somehow, this place is always both the quietest KFC I have ever visited and also the slowest. Expect at least 20 minutes for your “fast” food because they are understaffed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Food was mediocre temperature when it arrived from delivery with an item missing. When calling this KFC multiple times nobody answered. Shocking service (and they put service charge on the bill!)

Drive through experience was POOR! It was raining, so I got drenched as the person taking my order was very slow. Wasn't able to help when I asked about options on the menu. He messed the order up, so I had to order again from scratch

It was 8pm on Thurs when I drove into the Drive Thru... 4 staff members were on a break. The lovely girl who answered the Orders asked me to wait (there was only 1 car at the Pay/Collect window).... I waited 3 minutes. She took my order, I went to the Pay/Collect where the first car was... they waited about 6 mins while I parked behind them. When I pulled up I had to wait another 3 mins... 12 Minutes!!! The friendly girl who served me said they were short staffed.... I said there were 4 staff outside when I pulled up. The manager wasn't on duty that night. Absolutely SHOCKING!

Delivered wrong order third time in a row. Will never visit again. First time ordered chicken rice bowl, got veggie rice bowl second time ordered hash brown, that was missing Third time ordered veggie rice bowl, got chicken rice bowl. Not sure of the place is understaffed that they mess up order every time.

This is by far the worst KFC in the area. The food is dreadful, greasy and guaranteed to give you the trots. Went the other day for cookies and some surly teen was scraping them off the tray as they were burnt! It’s my nearest branch but I’ll make a journey to the Portchester branch every time rather than use this one. A big fat YUK

I drove 15 minutes from my Hotel in Shedfield as this was the nearest KFC and we really fancied it. I read a lot of reviews and was put off to be honest. I then decided to read the latest 5 and they were excellent. I have to say that I have only one word for my whole experience here at 19:15 and that is "Flawless" The male member of staff who took my order and served it was so friendly and respectable. There was one car in front but I was served and on my way within about 3 minutes. I bought a large bucket of different items and all was perfect. I got back to my hotel room 15 minutes later and the food was still hot. It was all very fresh and extremely tasty. I am really glad that I ignored the negative reviews and chose to see for myself. I write a lot of reviews for places and businesses so always try to be fair and unbiased. I definitely recommend this outlet.

Food orders strewn about for a long time front of house. Short staffed and those working seemingly uninterested. Many customers, including myself did not wait to order food.

The number of staff is limiting. You need to wait couple of hours. When you compare to other KFC, definitely here will take time

Collected a bucket for one. One of the chicken pieces appeared to have half missing, as if someone had taken a bite out of it (I know this is not what happened. It just looked like it). All chicken was cold. Not busy in there at all so I assume good had been sitting there a while?

I ordered a meal to be delivered and it never was. I tried phoning them 7 TIMES and they never answered. They said the address must be wrong but it had a postcode and the number of my house and street name, What else do you need? How incompetent do you have to be to not follow a postcode and number of house? I'm appalled! (Months later) I never got my refund either.

Delivered via uber eats. Chips were stone cold. Coleslaw was sour and my pop corn chicken was missing. Tried calling to tell them and rectify this however I was ignored.

Honestly probably the best KFC I've been to. Food wasn't soggy with oil and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Also thanks to the boy for understanding what a Scottish Bank note is!

Terrible. Very short staffed. Workers unhappy. Management extremely poor. How can you call a 19 year old a manager and let them run the store? Place is a joke to eat at and a joke to work at.

Put a manager in that cares...no one serving and no one talking to the customers. We can see the chicken and the chips...just serve it and talk to us.

Terrible experience here. Drive thru always closed for no reason whatsoever and order is always wrong. Literally everytime it takes forever to get my order (even when there are no other customers there) and the staff are always on their phones when I'm sat there waiting. Order is literally wrong everytime too I went in the other day for a zinger salad and the drive thru was shut with a cone in front of it at 11pm for no reason, I went in to ask and the woman said "oh we didn't realise the drive thru was shut" and then I ordered a zinger salad from the inside as I was already in the building and it took 50 minutes. It's literally just a salad and there was no one else there. Absolutely shocking service and terrible staff. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to wait ages for food that is different to what you asked for.

The worst service imaginable - 50 minute wait - food left on pass getting cold - staff not to be seen - avoid this place at all cost.

We go to the dive thru and on every occasion for the last six months or so , the assistant at the ordering machine is so completely miserable, has zero customer service skills , rude, hurried and it's so unappealing... When at the window to collect the food, we are never greeted , nobody says hello ,or thank you , we never get the right food , we never get any sauces or cutlery . It's a complete shambles. I'm not returning anymore unfortunately, because of all of the above that relentlessly keeps happening. Miserable staff is a real put off.

Ordered on Uber eats all the food came stone cold the order had been messed up , burger had salad in it which I had requested for it to be taken out , chips were below room temperature , also ordered a pot of gravy yet the order came with beans , absolutely shocking

Oh dear, our order tonight was devoid of their secret blend of herbs & spices ! Basically just fried chicken! Upon returning & complaining at the blandness of the chicken, said recipe hadn’t changed & only refunded half of the money. Quality control definitely not working.

Just had a large family bucket for 4 adults and returned all of it after tasting very bland with none of the usual herbs and spices. When we returned it we were told that this is the standard but I’ve eaten kfc for years and can categorically state that this chicken was nothing like how it should be. All they offered was 50% refund ! Never again ! Absolutely disgusting customer service.

This is one of the worst KFC's I have ever had, 10 pieces of chicken I could put in both palms of both my hands the portion size's were like pigeon size. Had to wait 30 minutes. Asked for gravy but they had run out had a choice of mash potato or beans. This was a big rip off for £21.00. Will never be going there again. Even the deliveroo drivers were moaning about the delay and waiting

Decided to grab a kfc during my lunch break. Very quiet, I was the only customer in the drive thru however, the man I was served by was so rude. I then take my lunch to work to then see I had been given the completely wrong burger. I tried to contact the branch several times to ask if this could be solved but had no answer. Would never recommend or shop here again

After completing an online collection order, had to wait for 50 mins after arrival to get the order. The restaurant had run out of certain items which we were told about at the point of collection only. By the time we got our meals home, the chips were no longer hot as they were sat on the side the longest. Lots of other annoyed and long waiting customers there too. Poor for KFC and will go to another branch from now on.

Collected from whiteley a 10 piece family feast and 8 hot wings along with 4 small gravies, I think they ought to be renamed to kfs kentucky fried sparrow.... The size of the chicken pieces are so small, and the 4 small pots of gravy were only half filled, so not enough to go around, You would expect much more for £ 25.00 total rip off, Were going to boycott much better to make your own

For the first time I ordered a delivery on Friday part of my order was for a mighty bucket for 1 instead I was sent 8 chicken strips and cold chips ! It’s a nightmare trying to contact them. Can’t complain about the UberEATS driver the delivery was quick and on time no issue there but the order was not what I wanted !!!!

Foods always good but once the place was looking like a complete mess food on tables litter all over the floor ...so much so that we took our eat in food out .

Why does the screen inside let you order and pay for something they do not have in stock, then give a substitute half the price but don't give a refund. Chips cold. Chicken cold. One star for the good gravy.

Service is really slow and you would normally wait nearly 30 minutes to get your food. Only one person serving and a lot of the time your order is wrong. Need to up their game.
