KFC in Winchester

Absolutely sh**t!!! Pretty sure they don’t give a cr**p about what food goes in the bags and just sends them out with the drivers not thinking about anyone else

bought a 6 piece bargain bucket chicken was very dry and quite frankly not nice been hanging around on the shelf for a long while and as it was a take away could not go back total wast of 14.99

Went to go thru drivethru. Waited 40mims. Place order but cars didn't move gir another 20mims. In the end 5 cars reversed back out and drove off. Definitely not fast service. Very disappointed.

Don’t even bother, ordered the food only to see 6 people waiting who had visibly been waiting for a long time and were also not impressed. Took over 30 minutes for a takeaway meal for one, 1 person up front taking orders, making drinks and packaging food. No urgency from staff, complete mess

KFC whiteley is our local KFC and we do enjoy KFC generally however this branch is ruining our overall enjoyment of the brand. Everytime whether we eat in or get delivery there is always an issue. Most recently we ordered online and were given a 20-30 min period this was 30 mins late and then the order was wrong. We then drove to the restaurant (which defeated the point of getting a delivery!) to get corrected which was done with no hassle however no real apology from the staff was given or rush to redo the order. We also find when eating in and wanting to pay with cash that the staff take ages to serve you at the till point. On another occasion we went through the drive thru and were asked to park up and wait for our order and it would be brought out to us. We were sat talking and admittedly lost track of time however there was a family ahead of us with 2 young kids and they we're also waiting. After an hour they let us know that an hr had passed and no staff member had been out with either order and we were told our orders had been dumped as the staff thought we had paid for our orders and then proceeded to leave the car park area. This was a quiet mid week night around 6pm when we got there about 7.30/7.45 by the time we got our order and headed home. The only 2 cars in the car park were the 2 of us waiting for our orders. There have also been issues with the arrival of the order (e.g. gravy tubs spilt in the bag and putting hands in before we realized). I have worked in hospitality as a manager for 12 yrs and appreciate the fast nature of it however in my opinion all staff including management need further training and more staff put on shifts. I hope that this branch can improve and orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly and that we can have a positive experience in the future however we won't be back for the foreseeable future and if I could give 0 stars on this review I would have done. However the food is always tasty.

I’ve not heard anything positive about this kfc and I made a mistake by ordering from Uber eats. The entire order was packed completely wrong, we’d received someone else’s order clearly, because the address and name was still correct on the outside. We’d ordered a boneless bundle and rice box but received a chicken burger, hot wings, a load of chips and a pot of baked beans? Not even close, been trying to get a refund from Uber eats for 2 days now.

took a very long time seeing as we were the only people there and nobody in drive through. After a long wait (around 20 minutes), the chips were of poor quality and cold. Kansas dipped bites had a tiny bit of sauce. Burgers and wings were okay.

Dirty. Staff useless food bad the staff did not give a monkeys that I was unhappy with the quality of the food dry over cooked and clearly been left out under a warming light

I have just had KFC delivered, I have just thrown it in the bin, this was disgusting, cold food that I paid almost £40.00 for 10 piece bucket and medium popcorn chicken. we had in the deal coleslaw, and gravy. unfortunately the gravy's lid had not been put on properly so it spilt making all the box wet through including the food, the chips were soggy, limp and cold . I ate a piece of chicken and as I was chewing I realised it was all jelly, and the skin was dark brown and the chicken grey, I am disgusted with what was sold to me the driver took a lot longer than expected, and I will not return to Whiteley Kfc, I would have collected it myself but I am unable to drive.

This is the 3rd time in a row that we haven’t had our full order. It’s almost like they haven’t got a screen that tells them what they need to put in the bag. Oh, no, they do. Definitely the worst kfc out there. Rubbish waits and they just don’t get it right. Just be awful training. Paying for food that you don’t get is just ridiculous in what should be a straight forward transaction.

Horrendous. I’ve been 3 times now and each time hoping for a different outcome. Young staff whom don’t care less. Close this outlet and convert it to a Macdonalds.

First time in many years to a KFC and most likely the last - drive through section was closed, chicken burger was lukewarm, chips were cold, didn’t have the option or real Pepsi just the artificially sweetened versions.

This place has got to be the worse KFC ever . Its always dirty and sfaff hang about doing bugger all . There is never anyone answering the phone and when you order food for example a bargain bucket they only put half the chicken in and fill the rest with fillets and don't tell you they do it til you open it at home . The staff dnt seem bothered and nor do headoffice as they have had several complaints and nothing seems to get addressed .we went at 9pm and were laughed at asking for gravy as there wasn't any .the food was also cold .. don't bother wasting money here it's vile and with prices already hiked up alot which is the norm with things at the moment it was a complete waste of money.. its a fairly new store but is run down and always dirty . We will not be returning as have tried giving it another go after bad experience before chirstmas but its a definite No . Don't bother

I wouldn't come back here. I came here when it first opened and there was amazing quick service and good quality food, however I just came back today to treat myself after work and I wish I didn't. I waited 40 minutes for a large boneless banquet meal I get there at half 7pm on a Saturday. There were a bunch of young people supposed to be working however it was only two young tanned boys actually working. There were people in front of me demanding refunds after waiting over an hour. Once they got the manager involved the other staff actually seemed to start working once the manager started shouting at them in front of all of us which is incredibly unprofessional. The only benefit was my food was hot when I got it and correct. I don't recommend coming here now they definitely need better staff and management as there were plenty of staff there tonight but on 2 seemed to want to work. Such a shame this has gone downhill as it was great when they first opened. Also fix your self service machine they have never worked since you open never prints the receipt so have to take a picture of the code or try and remember so you have no proof that the order is yours.

Very Slow service I waited like 20 minutes for one poxy rap (that wasn't even that nice) And I was the only person in there wtf

pretty usual KFC, we have been a few times but last time the chicken was overcooked to the point that the coating was burnt

Enjoyed a meal here on Friday evening. Good atmosphere and food. Quick service in pleasant surroundings.
