I have been here at least 20 times over the last year. Friendly staff and nice food. Quick food and fairly cheap prices. I would recommend this place.

I tried to order a pizza I said I wanted it with no flour and tomato puree. They were so rude they threatened to call the police and the hung the phone up on me I do not advise calling them and ordering from them Also last week I ordered from them and the pizza was mouldy

Ordered a pizza delivery for my son’s birthday. The pizzas were great, delivered on time, and the delivery driver brought my son ice cream too as an extra birthday gift. The person in store and the delivery driver were really friendly and kind.

Visited this store with 3 children for lunch. The young lad was working completing other orders. He served us, explaining which offers we could have. He had LOTS of patience with the children who were changing their mind continuously! He was really friendly and extremely courteous. He couldn't do enough for us! What a fantastic representative for a Company! Fantastic customer service 10/10.

Went to ordered a pizza with my friends today at about 18:00pm there a guy taking orders and he was so rude when I asked him what size of the pizza I can get... and he didn’t even explain it properly when I asked giving no eyes contact when he served me. Disrespectful customer service won’t go back there again even I’m from Winchester rude and bad customer services.

Ordered two pizzas using the Domino’s App. Said the order had been delivered but no sign of the food. Telephoned the store, advised it was out for delivery and would be delivered soon. Waited another 15 minutes without success. Phoned the store again, told the pizzas had been returned as the driver had tried and failed to contact us. They hadn’t, no missed calls received. We had even given additional instructions to the driver with a description of the building. We were told the food would be delivered at the earliest in a further half an hour’s time. No apologies given. I understand it’s a busy time on a Friday night but there is zero excuse for poor customer service. We won’t be ordering from Domino’s again.

Had been to Dominos before and all ok. Went as family to collect - they had pizza I had KFC next door. Overnight family all ill, I was ok. Have never unfortunately been brave enough to go back.

So the food is alright, its Dominos so you get what you expect, greasy pizza, but it is tasty. Only thing I dislike about this place is that three times i haven't gotten my food. Once i ordered wrong, called in straight way and they changed my order and took double money from me, never got the other 40 punds back. then 2 more times within the same month i didn't receive my order. Called them, they said i would get the money back.. been 4 months now haven't heard anything.. Order from another place if you're a student and can't afford waisting money.

Late night visit to Dominos where I didn't expect amazing service but the level of ignorance towards customer service was just incredible. They ignored customers and answered phones without acknowledging the people standing in front of them. Staff moaning and whinging too. I heard someone take a £48 telephone order and then didn't take the address down and then moaned about the customer!! No wonder the pizza didn't taste very nice - made with zero care for product and customer! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Ordered by email for delivery. We phoned Dominoes 40 minutes after we received a message saying the pizza was out for delivery as we had not received the food. Despite giving a phone number at time of order they say they took it back to the shop as they couldn't find the house. Rule 1 of a delivery system is to deliver so will NEVER use DOMINOES WINCHESTER again

On the occasions when we have a pizza takeaway it has to be Domino's, and we usually have it delivered. The pizzas are very good and delivery has always been prompt/as quoted and without a hitch. Staff very good.

We have to collect as we are out of the delivery area. Pizza is always tasty, fresh and hot. We never wait more than 10 minutes. Recommend for a take out night.

Pedimos la pizza en línea sólo de una hora después de que dicho fuera para la entrega. Cuando la pizza llegó era como si el conductor estaba sentado en el fuerte todo el camino a mi casa. Todo estaba puré, asqueroso a mirar, que sin duda mataron a mi apetito. Fue así que no vale la pena la espera.

We use domino's occasionally, always a good pizza. Staff are pleasant. They normally have a deal on for buy one get one free and it's always been very hot. We do not get deliveries where we live so we do always have to collect.

When we ordered this morning, just after getting in to work, me and the other members of the team were really looking forward to filling our hungry faces with some nice, hot, freshly baked pizza, Franks Hot Wings, Cheesy Garlic Bread and other 'amuse bouche'. We waited...Salivating...As the pangs of hunger began to play havoc with our ability to concentrate, over an hour and a half later, we realised that the collective 'bouche' was as of yet still unamused and decided to call in to query where our order was... We were very pleased when someone answered the phone - turning on the light at the end of the long dark tunnel that was our collectively empty oesophagi... We asked if we could check on the order and the person we spoke with put us on hold... We waited... *Shock & Denial* After 10 minutes the chorus of growling stomachs had synchronised to the regularity of the hold 'beep' and we began to think that perhaps we might have been forgotten...So we hung up and rang back...After 3 minutes of ringing no one picked up the phone... *Pain & Guilt*So we hung up and rang again... Our hearts soared once again like a meal of vultures who have just spotted carrion on the horizon but our hopes and dreams were cruelly dashed when the person who picked up the phone simply replaced it without a word... *Anger*We rang again and were greeted not by the dolcet tones of a professional customer service specialist but by the endlessly repeating 'brriiiinng' of a phone being ignored.By this point that sound was even colder and more unappealing than the pizza would have been if it had been delivered when it was expected.We had been hungry... Now we were hangry...*Bargaining*At some point we expect to find that our card has been charged for the delivery of non-existent food. We anticipate someone, possibly a store manager, possibly someone in the customer services department at Dominos_UK to attempt to lead us into stage 4 of the process towards acceptance.They may have some luck with the card owner but I doubt I'll ever be ordering anything from Domino's again.

Domio's Pizza is convenient and that's probably all I can describe it as. Over the year we've probably had 5 or 6 deliveries from this outlet and despite ordering the same Pizza topping, every time it arrives it's different. One time it will be loaded with topping as you would expect from a £15 Pizza, then next it will look like they must have been running short on toppings and even the base sauce is almost undetectable. It you are looking for consistency of pizza I seriously would look elsewhere as there are better, cheaper offerings found locally.

We had spent the afternoon and early evening walking around Winchester and were desparate to eat when we stumbled upon Domino's which was absolutely hopping busy as it was 2 for 1 Tuesday. We figured it had to be good if it was so busy. As the price was right and we were hungry, we ordered a couple of pizzas which we ate sitting on the wall nearby. We found the staff to be polite and friendly and our pizza was ready in the time they had promised. The pizza was okay...nothing to complain about and nothing to really compliment. It was an edible, okay pizza. While waiting for our pizza, I counted 11 delivery people racing in and out of the restaurant. We spoke to one fellow who was very friendly and courteous.

On Sunday 31st August 2014 (lunch time service).Ordered some pizzas and a large bottle of coke for delivery. The coke was beyond room temperature (left in the hot car obviously). I rang up to notify the establishment as I feel that it should have been bought to their attention. It is very annoying to receive a hot bottle of coke, especially when you are paying about £3. If it were to happen in a cafe, you would receive a glass with ice and it wouldn't be a big problem. I had no intention of asking for a refund initially, but when they started to tell me on the phone how a fridge works and that their drinks hadn't had time to cool down, without any effort to apologise, I began to find it an unacceptable attitude towards a customer. I asked for a refund and was told `i can have store credit (presumably to spend on more warm coke?!). I demanded a refund - this time with the manager - who said he would call me back after 6pm so that he could process it onto my card. This never happened. I haven't followed this up further - it's only a couple of pounds, but it is the principle of their lack of service which I want to highlight here. There is no excuse for being rude to customers.

Three friends and I ordered food from Dominos Winchester. As my friend lives in Twyford in quite a rural area they refuse to deliver to her house if we order online. Therefore we phoned up hoping to still use our voucher discount and spent about 10 minutes trying to explain how we cannot order online. They finally understood and said the pizzas would be with us in 30-40mins. The pizzas and snacks arrived an hour after we ordered. One friend opened her pizza (Having ordered chicken, ham and sweetcorn and it written on the side of the box) and ended up getting mushroom, meatballs and sweetcorn. She phoned straight away, they apologised and said they will send the correct pizza asap. Another hour passed and I phoned them asking where the delivery was because we had now been waiting 2 hours. Dan the shift manager told me someone had already tried to deliver the correct pizza but no one answered the door or the phone. I advised him we were in the room next to the door and had the phone with us. I said how we still wanted the pizza, but he told me there were other orders and people who had been waiting 40 minutes will get priority - I repeated we had been waiting 2hrs. I said we will not be paying for the pizza so he credited the account and the pizza eventually arrived after about 30mins later. Dan needs to learn how to manage a shift properly and efficiently!

Don't bother using these guys, the meals arrive late and some of the bits we ordered were wrong. When we called them about it we were offered a refund which didn't even cover the item that was not sent

Genuinely the worst pizza I’ve ever had! Had the BBQ Chicken Sizzla Pizza and it’s literally doe, bbq sauce, very cheap tiny squares of chicken that look like you’d get in cat food and a slab of cheese. Couldn’t carry on eating it as it was making me feel sick tasted horrible. The cheese jalapeño bites were okay but I’ve had better for less money, the cheesy garlic bread was no better than I could make at home. The best part of the meal was a bottle of coke. It’s a shame because I really wanted to love this, the guy who took my order was perfect but was told 30 minutes ended up being just over an hour for a rather small order. Spent £17.99 on this meal as a treat for myself but I wish I just cooked my £1.99 bbq pizza from Aldi. I thought I’d try somewhere else than the generic dominos or Pizza Hut but in all seriousness if you want a good pizza takeaway just stick to the place that do it best. Huge waste of money and my stomach doesn’t feel very nice.

Goodbye to the worst Italian restaurant I have ever visited. Two years ago it was a great venue. Two weeks ago it was a disaster. A waitress was spraying chemicals everywhere while I was eating. Before I had finished my main course a waiter started sweeping beneath my table. He then told me that if I wanted a dessert I was too late because they were closing. When I entered the restaurant my greeting was : 'We close at nine, so you need to get a move on'. Other diners were receiving the same treatment, and in 20 years of eating out I have never witnessed such unprofessional behaviour from staff. Today it closed permanently, and good riddance to it.

Early dinner before event in Winchester. Convenient for station and venue. Ordered 20” pizza with three toppings for three of us and two sides. When food arrived apologies were made for not having tomato bread to go with whipped feta - felt we should have been made aware of this on ordering. Avocado salad had more courgette than avocado so perhaps should be re-named? I didn’t feel the pizza was piping hot when it arrived at our table and so between cold plates and cold surface beneath pizza, it was soon cold. Disappointing. It was early so not very busy. Lots of staff ‘hanging around’ but not focused on customer service. When bill arrived had been charged for several items not ours! This was sorted but will I go back? Probably not 😕
