Pizza Pan in Winchester

Order was 15 minutes early (not really an issue) which was a surprise because the pizza was luke warm. What a shame because it was one of the best stuffed crust pizzas I’ve had in a while.

Genuinely the worst pizza I’ve ever had! Had the BBQ Chicken Sizzla Pizza and it’s literally doe, bbq sauce, very cheap tiny squares of chicken that look like you’d get in cat food and a slab of cheese. Couldn’t carry on eating it as it was making me feel sick tasted horrible. The cheese jalapeño bites were okay but I’ve had better for less money, the cheesy garlic bread was no better than I could make at home. The best part of the meal was a bottle of coke. It’s a shame because I really wanted to love this, the guy who took my order was perfect but was told 30 minutes ended up being just over an hour for a rather small order. Spent £17.99 on this meal as a treat for myself but I wish I just cooked my £1.99 bbq pizza from Aldi. I thought I’d try somewhere else than the generic dominos or Pizza Hut but in all seriousness if you want a good pizza takeaway just stick to the place that do it best. Huge waste of money and my stomach doesn’t feel very nice.

I can only speak for the pizza on my visit. I ordered a Pepperoni Lover and the Pizza Pan Special for my partner and I. We choose to collect our pizzas and saw them come fresh out the oven as we arrived, it doesn't get much better than that. The pizza tasted great and was fairly priced. It is worth noting that this isn't a Dominos or Papa John's type pizza that's semolina dusted and has insanely puffed crust, it's a bit more restrained but it pays off well. Pizza Pan is definitely a contender for takeaway nights in the future and I would happily go to them over the other big chain pizza restaurants in the city.

The chicken is easily the best in Winchester, absolutely lovely. It's incredibly good value for money as well, cannot recommend more. Delivery is always prompt

First time trying Pizza Pan as avoiding both Dominoes and Papa Johns due to boycotting them. Really good pizza and will definitely not be going back to the other chains especially with their unethical practices.

I prefers a beef burger and got a chicken burger so I would like a new one sent or a refund as he was really excited for beef , pizza was goood tho thanks

Only order from here if you have a supply of Valium to hand. They are the most frustrating people to deal with. Phone line is a joke - they can’t hear you - traffic noise, something? I ordered on the website. Despite putting in the correct address it changed it to my banking address. Despite telling them this, they kept saying that I had put the wrong address in, when I hadn’t. When the pizza finally arrived he was still arguing. I felt like throwing the pizza at him!! Seriously, don’t bother unless you have the patience of a saint!

Delivered my pizza to a random person. Then were incredibly rude and would not refund me. Do not use this terrible company

Food was really bad, given tummy upset

Ordered at 8:15pm, was told an hour, so should've been here by 9:15pm... rang them at 9:30pm and was told it's on its way.... 10:10pm and we are still waiting!! This is the longest we have ever had to wait for our food! Not happy.

Chicken burgers delicious and chicken mini fillets perfectly coated and cooked. Two happy customers.

We enjoyed a good Romanian Pinot noir with our meal. Lovely selection of ice cream for desert.

Superb spicy double chicken fillet, hash brown cheeseburger omg so tasty and filling. Reasonably priced too. Ready in mins. Great attitudes and was happy to smile back at the smile I received when leaving. Thank you ☺ will come again 💯%

Unfortunately I paid for a couple of extras with the meal, they were unfortunately missing. In particular paid for a stack meal which was meant to come with fries and drink but only received the drink with it. Also paid for onion rings for the stack and they were also missing unfortunately. It ended up essentially a charge of 3.50 for some cheese on the fries with the stack. Food was hot, would have liked the takeaway or driver to check the order before delivery as I can clearly see it been ordered.

Good pizzas. Unfortunately my order was incorrect once I checked back at home. I called to correct the issue and collected the correct order only to receive the incorrect amount of some items. So basically I lost out and had to collect twice

My fiancé was obsessed with you when we lived in Winchester. Sometimes he sits on the end of the bed just crying and shaking because there's no good chicken burger places in Southampton like you guys. He says all the portion sizes in Southampton are measly, and he just wants a soul survivor again.

We moved to Southampton a few months ago. Nothing is like you guys. I miss you. I miss your chicken burgers. I miss the soul survivor meal. I think soon I'll drive back to winch just order again.

Again great food. This was a large order and everything was hot and cooked nicely. The chips were perfect crispy outside and soft inside. The chicken perfect and the batter wasn’t over cooked and light and crispy.

The food was cooked sour on. The batter on the zingy chicken was crispy and light. Food was piping hot and tasted amazing.

Pizza was good and was freshly prepared and cooked. Staff where friendly and about total time of around 15min from getting in the shop reading the menu and getting a hot pizza

Contrary to how the place looks and other reviews, the pizza is soo yummy and it's ready in 10minutes. I preferred it to Domino's. It's perfect for a snack on the go!

Service was fine, price about normal but pizza base was soggy and there was so much cheese I couldn't really taste anything else. Sorry but its just not for me.

Disappointing delivery time. Was also Luke warm when it arrived.

Food was ok but the restaurant forgot to bring one of the items and were rude on the phone when I called to let them know. They insisted the missing item was never included although clearly visible in the order invoice in the app. The dismissed this information when I tried to explain.

Ordered my food just after 7pm, it’s now 10:06pm and it’s just arrived. I rang at half 8 to ask when my order would arrive and was told the delivery driver had left and it would be here soon, soon got to 10pm and I rang again because my food had still not arrived and was told again that the delivery driver had just left and it would be there soon. Each time I rang, the man on the phone was repeating an address that wasn’t mine, and seemed dismissive and eager to get me off the phone.

I really recommend Pizza Pan. Best Pizza and burger Shop in Winchester So far I experienced. I always order pizza delivery for my family. 🍕 . Buy one get one free makes it so affordable.

I woke asking to customize and they didn’t do so.. asked for no tomatoes as person is allergic so i called up and he said he might be able to send me a new wrap and haven’t received the item.

The food was late, cold and the delivery driver was extremely rude, even though they got the address wrong, they expressed anger towards me for being late and that I should walk to the restaurant next time even though the fault not on me as I specially said where my address was. They did not show any attempt to leave the car or look for my address. Very disappointing

100% reliable, great quality and always friendly. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves hearty and homemade tasting diner style food. Crispy fried chicken, delicious sauces, and ice cream always cold and never melted! 10/10 team, great job.

It was delivered at stated time but over an hour after order. The wrap was full of salad and the chicken was stale. Last time we ordered a few weeks ago it had been excellent so not sure what happened this time,sorry about this review. Hope it helps get it back up to excellent.

The jalapeños cheese bites tasted off, the “crispy” chicken wings were awful. I spent £30 on a pizza, burger and some sides, only thing I finished was the chips. Very disappointed.

Ordered food at 19:00, called pizza Pan at 20:30 to check on progress to be told they were busy and he'd try and get my order prepared in the next 25 mins. He didn't really care, his attitude was dismissive. They had already taken my money so they didn't really care about anything else. Awful attitude with no believable apology. Wont be ordering again. Clearly so busy they wont need my money any more, I wouldn't give them yours either. Dont pay up front.
