Absolutely fantastic food, great service and good price too!

First time trying Pizza Pan as avoiding both Dominoes and Papa Johns due to boycotting them. Really good pizza and will definitely not be going back to the other chains especially with their unethical practices.

Bland, couldn’t taste the pizza sauce so either it barely had any sauce on, or the sauce was just tasteless, and the cheese tastes cheap aswell barely any flavour, just not a good pizza unfortunately

Only order from here if you have a supply of Valium to hand. They are the most frustrating people to deal with. Phone line is a joke - they can’t hear you - traffic noise, something? I ordered on the website. Despite putting in the correct address it changed it to my banking address. Despite telling them this, they kept saying that I had put the wrong address in, when I hadn’t. When the pizza finally arrived he was still arguing. I felt like throwing the pizza at him!! Seriously, don’t bother unless you have the patience of a saint!

Delivered my pizza to a random person. Then were incredibly rude and would not refund me. Do not use this terrible company

Ordered at 8:15pm, was told an hour, so should've been here by 9:15pm... rang them at 9:30pm and was told it's on its way.... 10:10pm and we are still waiting!! This is the longest we have ever had to wait for our food! Not happy.

We enjoyed a good Romanian Pinot noir with our meal. Lovely selection of ice cream for desert.

Hot Pizzas, Fresh Dough. Really enjoyed the pizzas. I recommend to everyone.

Superb spicy double chicken fillet, hash brown cheeseburger omg so tasty and filling. Reasonably priced too. Ready in mins. Great attitudes and was happy to smile back at the smile I received when leaving. Thank you ☺ will come again 💯%

Good pizzas. Unfortunately my order was incorrect once I checked back at home. I called to correct the issue and collected the correct order only to receive the incorrect amount of some items. So basically I lost out and had to collect twice

My fiancé was obsessed with you when we lived in Winchester. Sometimes he sits on the end of the bed just crying and shaking because there's no good chicken burger places in Southampton like you guys. He says all the portion sizes in Southampton are measly, and he just wants a soul survivor again.

We moved to Southampton a few months ago. Nothing is like you guys. I miss you. I miss your chicken burgers. I miss the soul survivor meal. I think soon I'll drive back to winch just order again.

Pizza was good and was freshly prepared and cooked. Staff where friendly and about total time of around 15min from getting in the shop reading the menu and getting a hot pizza

Contrary to how the place looks and other reviews, the pizza is soo yummy and it's ready in 10minutes. I preferred it to Domino's. It's perfect for a snack on the go!

Awful service, rude & ignorant staff, refused to keep door closed in building when it was minus degrees, allowed food to get cold & then poor quality of food.

Vegetarian burger tasted good, not sure what was different between a meal and just the burger.

Phoned them at 7:50 as food had not arrived, was told it was on the way in 10mins time. Phoned them at 8:30, told it was on the way and would be with my in a minute or 2. Phoned them at 8:50, he proceeded to 'phone' the delivery driver swearing down the phone. At this point I asked for a full refund. I was told I need to phone back on Sunday (2 days later) to get the refund. First and last time I will ever use this place.

Claimed they were open until 3 AM on weekends. We called at 11pm on Saturday and they said they were shut. Demonstrates clear laziness and no dedication to the companies promises. Pointless offer as the business is a clear waste of everyone’s time. Lazy people at this business

I only had it once but it was different to what I expected, the cheese was not to much to my liking as it had a weird texture to it not like fresh cheese but packaged cheese. But I'm I think that was probably only my experience

Last night I ordered food , it was cold, even though it turned up early for once, chucked in bag, half missing., chicken was soggy and greasy , disgusting, and what really annoys me. Is that I live 8 mins down the road in the same town as them and yet they have the nerve to charge you 5+ plus delivery??? Come on seriously we are supporting a independent business here , look after your people!! Disgusting

Do love it here, just wished they'd take card in store as I hate carrying cash and change, this will give you your 5 stars. Pizzas are almost always top notch and pass the pizza test (hold a slice at it's crust, the slice shouldn't break or toppings fall off). Good deals and a fast service.

The go to place for a takeaway in winch, never fails to impress when it comes to the quality of food and delivery times are pretty good aswell.

This place was supposed to open, but when we got in they said that they had run out of everything... and only cola was on offer. Don't bother coming here after the pub closes.

Honestly the best place to get take out in Winchester, never had the problem with food and we order every other week. Delivery is fast and they're always so nice. So affordable and would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Specifically ordered food with chilli sauce, food was so bland and burnt. We called immediately but the staff said they are out of chilli sauce, that was their excuse. Its actually hilarious. So when the order was made that one customer before must have asked for a drop of chilli sauce. I would avoid and go elsewhere. Food is disgusting and service is rubbish. Staff can’t resolve the matter just cash in the money. Should have gone mcdonalds.

food arrived 30 minutes early. arrived piping hot just as if I ordered and ate in the shop. everything we ordered tasted better than kfc. very filling. have ordered from here many times and never have had an issue.

chicken pieces was advertised as boneless but was mainly chicken thighs or chicken pieces with huge bones within, allowing for little chicken

ordered some chicken as a Friday night treat as my boyfriend had been on a all day shift. turned up on time but stone cold and greasy and the chips were soggy and some were hard in the middle. the only decent thing seemed to be the can of Fanta.....

Best takeaway pizza in Winchester. Generous toppings and loads of cheese, great value for money and staff are very friendly. Only cash in store.

The chicken in The burger was very salty and The chiken pieces were too salty aswell we were not able to eat it but onion rings were good.

Stand-off-ish service, charge for credit card usage (which is illegal), unacceptable amount of hair found in the boxes, breeching of fire safety protocol. However the food is pretty good.

The chicken had blood in it and also had black charcole thingy under the skin by the bone. Sweet potato fries, wet. Beans didn’t come. Wrap:why were the cucumbers chopped so small, they were so hard to pick out. And customising the wrap was not an option which is outrageous think of the people with an allergy. I know there’s a comment box but no one knows what’s in the wrap first of all. Like we may want salad but what’s in the salad? Wrap-wet. Whole meal soggy.

Always quicker service than estimated, food is always hot and really nice. Doesn't cost too much and the deliverers are really nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Chicken is better than KFC and the pizzas are better than Domino's. Don't order the coleslaw though.. It's the manufactured stuff

They added extra time onto our order but it was still extremely late and quite cold by the time it arrived, the service is usually much better.
