Food was cold when arrived sauce dripping out of the dishes, onion baahji tasted stale overall the bread and rice was nice

Amzing place food is lovely and the people are so kind I usually have the burger and chips and it is always lovely. Hot chocolates are so good and they are really generous with toppings

As a man that knows his way round a succulent Chinese meal I can say that Chans is a winner! If you want a hot, plentiful value for money meal then this is your place

Foods absolutely disgusting the roughest chicken shop going very poor manners no gloves used no hair nets gave me a dodgy stomach banned if you tell them about them self's delivery times are a joke definitely miss this place people

Completely wrong order, delivery was on point but food was extremely cold & couldn’t eat this so had to order from another place. Disappointing

We always use lucky star, the other night we got a collection order which was accurate, hot and tasty. Service is polite and friendly. Prices are quite high but that’s standard now.

Put an order in at 10am Which i gave them 12 hours to process my order because lets face it, It isn't rocket science cooking food for my family. 12 o clock arrived and still nothing no one answering the phone finally i had a delivery driver asking me to call back in an hour because he doesn't know how to cook pizzas nor does he know how to refund money. My order has been "sat" in the system for over 90 minutes without confirmation. So basically they are not only robbing people they can't even provide or get out of bed for the service they provide. So question is if they can't get out of bed and do a job. Why is it still in the highstreet. Wondering if these are because they are brain dead. Put in complaints to papa johns because they have no phone numbers for their own customer services department...... Simple question is at least with domino's you aren't dissapointed you get what you get. This place its best you stay the hell away. And as i was the only customer.. My exptations are that this should be hot not look like the rest of the offerings that are on this site. Update after 3 hrs no response after saving my phone number. No calls. And Then no delivery. It was processing then it stopped. I guess they really haven't a freaking clue how to run a business. I Used to love papa johns but they can sod that

There is no cafe here that I could find actually, only a coffee machine by the entrance, which is free if you make a purchase in store and take your own cup with you.

A warning to everyone NOT to eat here, both myself and my boyfriend got food poisoning from the food here, even though we only ate a few mouthfuls as it was bland and tasteless. Since learnt they only have a 1 star food hygiene rating. Avoid at all costs!

Booked online even though previous reviews were not overly positive. However, it exceeded our expectations and provided very good value for money. Check in was straightforward and we went to our room. Although it would have benefited from a really deep clean, it was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable and the en-suite had all we needed. The room was quiet and we slept well. We had booked breakfast the night before as it was cheaper to do this. There was a very good selection and we were well looked after by Fraser. The hot good was very good. We did the same for the next breakfast but we’re overcharged. I pointed it out and suggested they put the extra in the charity box. All in all a very good stay and we would certainly return there. To be fair, except for the deep clean and overcharge, it would have been 5 stars.

Perfect food, made on time loved it all, I always collect and it's always ready.absoluty delicious food the special curry is amazing as is the chicken and pork Chinese style

Staff were great on this occasion. There have been times when they haven't been so good. This time they were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much. The food was great and very tasty really enjoyed it will definitely go again, only wish there weren't so many youngsters hanging around in their in an evening it's very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Order food for delivery it took an hour and 45 to come and was cold and dry. I will not be ordering again from this papa John’s
