Order food for delivery it took an hour and 45 to come and was cold and dry. I will not be ordering again from this papa John’s

We've always received excellent pizzas from PJ Hailsham. Pizzas are always well prepared / cooked and the service is always great. Having popped in to collect a couple of pizzas this evening, I'd just like to say you have a stellar team member at Hailsham. Angel was there manning the fort on her own and despite the long list of orders coming through on the screen and with her expertly stretching pizza dough - she was a vision of calm organisation.....polite, professional and as thoughtful as ever. She's a real credit to your Hailsham team and I hope this commendation is passed on to her. Thanks again, Rachel

Not the best pizza available, very poor in terms of quality and price. Nothing special about the special garlic dip and altogether a lack lustre experience. Shame.

Waited two hours to get no pizza, on ringing, was lied to, when I called back the person refused to identify themselves. Eventually cancelled order, have to wait 3 days for return my money. Head office here I come.

Waited over 2 hours for 1 pizza, would give 0 stars if I could. It shouldn't take 2 hours to make and deliver 1 pizza when it's 20 mins down the road.

Waited 90 minutes for the worst,coldest pizza I’ve ever had. I had one a couple weeks ago as well and was the same. Thought I would just give it one more go, but never again. Fill the kitchen with teenagers no doubt. They also never cut the pizza!!!!

When i eat it the next day i had severe indigestion and the next day after eating nothing i was fine Unbelievable we will NEVER GO HER AGAIN

Ordered online at 1819. Tried 27 times to get through on the phone when order hadn't arrived an hour later without success. Visited store in person an hour and half later to cancel, order receipt was still on the side. Have been left with advice, by a helpful member of staff at least, that they will e-mail the area manager for a refund to be fulfilled which could take 12 to 14 days. Watch this space. They have written on the back of their copy of receipt for the refund to be actioned. Not sure if the delay is due to their overpopularity and having only recently come to the town but not a great start for them as clearly they can't fulfil their orders in an acceptable time. Would not have given any rating but seems I can't do that on here.
