The best restaurants in Hailsham Central and North Wealden South East

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this cozy little café! We enjoyed a delicious chicken pesto panini with a fresh salad and crispy chips, along with a vibrant halloumi salad that was bursting with flavor. The coffees were lovely—rich and perfectly brewed—and the coffee and chocolate cake was simply divine. The service was impressively quick, and everything was served with care. Highly recommend this gem for a delightful meal and warm atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again!

Two of us had a meal, I had a prawn puri to start,which was delicious 😋.. the wife had a chicken Shashlik, the chicken was superbly cooked! So tender & tasty . I had a king prawn chilli masala which had a nice kick to it 🌶️.. accompanied by a mushroom rice,peshwari naan , Bombay tata’s & a few large bottles of cobras 🍺… Great friendly helpful service too Definitely worth a visit

Great Chinese food from Kens (Chans). Staff really good. Always extras added for free!

Three of us had the lunch h time offer at £18 each. One bottle of water I lemonade and I e put it beer was charged £86 . Think I was charged individually not charged for the offer. Make sure you check your bill.

Good venue, fast professional service

All I can say I very wery of Indian takeaways but wow just eat from there chicken corma was so light and tasty chicken not over cook will defo go back again 5 star from me and you deserve that 5 star rating you have on the door

Food was on time, but seemed like the chicken and donna meat was left out and old. Really dry. Then the delivery driver makes an flirtatious comment to my partner. Extremely unprofessional.

Friendly customer service and very little wait time

Just had a very well made coffee here. All of the staff were lovely and very polite. Would recommend 11/10.

Visited Friday for a meal with friends.as expected on a Friday it was very busy, we knew it would be as we use this Wetherspoon's often.served fairly quickly and efficiently. Food took a little longer to arrive which was not a problem .the fried egg with the all day brunch was rock solid ,we asked for it to changed straightaway which it was .2nd one not that much better but at least not bullet like. The fried fish was over cooked a tad and my friend had scampi served with baked beans instead of peas. A member of staff quickly came over and asked if my friend had touched it as it wasn't hers ,took it away and bought correct one. My jacket potato was fine no complaints. Staff worked extremely hard and efficiently. Still one of our preferred Wetherspoon's

Chicken tikka was obviously cooked earlier and reheated as it had charred edges but wasn't crispy, onion bhajis just tasted of old oil but couldn't taste any onion, chicken madras was lacking in madras, chicken chilli masala had no spice, chicken tikka masala was OK but nothing special. I read some of the reviews beforehand which said it was good, very disappointed there's no decent indian restaurants in Hailsham.

Food was cold when arrived sauce dripping out of the dishes, onion baahji tasted stale overall the bread and rice was nice
