Domino's Pizza Hailsham in Wealden

Just ordered 2 pizzas as a deal but only got delivered 1. When called, I was told that the online deals are not the same as in a local shop. Totall rip off! I've been ordering pizzas from Dominoes online for years and never had any problems. Not good Hailsham Dominoes.

Been here a few times before an used codes an uni days codes over phone no problems, however this time I rang an tried to do the same, the manager came on phone an was really rude saying we do not accept this , you have to pay normal price an was arguing an very blunt with me so in the end I just ordered as normal, she said at end of phone call , you can't pay over phone , make sure you pay as soon as you get here, I drove there an lots of staff were there an ignored me like they weren't aloud to serve me, she came straight over to till chewing gum an said name, I gave it her, she said you pay now , no smile an said very rudely, horrible woman , previous people were fine but not her

new side in loaded fries firstly they got my order incorrect a total waste of money £5.99 for a couple of fries with a bit of cheese and a bit of bacon manager of the sore very unhelpful in the past they have replaced items a gesture of good will this time just a replacement of the side only not a happy customer think i will be going to pizza hut across the road will they get my business again think not overpriced food and when you think about it in is not that great PIZZA HUT HERE WE COME

I got the exact order and the timing was fast. But the dough felt too heavy as if it was not well knead. I also didn't have the usual savoury and sweet taste I get from Domino's pizza. I could barely eat 4 which was unlike me. The baking time was short so it didn't come out very nice. I really don't feel like it a good value for my money.

One of better Domino’s around! The pizza is always hot, tasty and has plenty of toppings.

When ordering for delivery. Ok the website it allows you to order the cheesy dough balls in the family favourites deal, but when you call to place the order there is one employee (and only one) who when she’s working won’t allow you to order them as part of the deal. She also makes up her own rules on the fly like not being able to deliver under £25 and when you ask why you’ve done it before changes their mind

Diabolical service Melissa!.. so called manager.. a worker dropped my pizza on the floor, ok, genuine accident, however to my disbelief he picked it up hanging out of box with oil residue left on the floor and put it in a new box and tried to give it to me!.. Melissa kept trying to argue that the pizza was fine!..he has just put it in a new box!.. hmm and why did he have to do that?.. the guy who dropped it lied and said it didnt touch the floor.. but an honest delivery driver who witnessed it admitted it did touch the floor.. we watched it!.. I do hope this good gentleman is not now fired!.. which from someone who knows this shop and staff believes he may very well be.. :-/ It is Melissa that should be sacked, not the driver imho! I can not believe the attitude Melissa gave me, a so called manager who has absolutely no idea about customer service. She would not give me her name when asked and the other staff would not give me her name either as they were probably afraid of being fired!.. I am informed that the Dominos policy is for any losses to be taken out of the staff's pay.. maybe it is therefore Dominos who encourage this sort of cover up.. at the customers expense instead... and they are also responsible for their choice of managers one of which I would not put in charge of any poor body.. ill never be back to this store.

Mest up order twice in a row! Which then makes meals uninjoyable. So good by domino's! Plenty more pizza elsewhere in town, and from business that don't make a meal out of fixing things.

Been using this dominos since I moved from Eastbourne. The staff are friendly and the pizzas is always well done. Scott is always helpful. Highly recommended.

I placed a order online and I received the message the order it is ready to collect. I went straight in pizza shop, I wait 15 minutes and the pizza wasn't ready.... In which case was the last time when I ordered from pizza Dominos !!!!

Have always been brilliant. Get what uve ordered and always hot and tasty. To be honest it's the only take away that has never ever mucked up a order for us

We normally have pizza from here every 2 weeks or so and is normally good and friendly staff. The visit before last, I had a rude staff member (Melisa?). Very unwelcoming, no manners, very blunt and was being constantly questioned for using a day time traders discount. This time had the same experience, with the same member of staff, pizza was a bit undercooked, which made the 3 of us have upset stomachs.

Food turned up 45 mins later after a 20 minute promise, food was like warm and had to be put in the microwave, disgusting customer service , very bad telephone manners. Avoid at all costs.

Never had pizza before because I don't like tomatoes, but tryed the burger sauce pizza and it was lovely, would be nice if there was more base choice other than tomatoes, can we have a basil pesto base with olives and fresh basil ??

First time we've used dominos as I make the best pizza,s Or so I thought! Ordered on line & my order arrived within half hour! Piping hot, loads of topping,lovely sides too .. take away usually leaves me feeling ripped off ,but not this time. Very good value for money .

Have ordered from Hailsham Domino's over some time and not had an issue before. Everything has always been fine, however this evening there was a wrong topping and calling the Manager he has rectified without any problems to our satisfaction. Thank you.

Ordered from Hailsham Dominos 3 times now, 2 of those during lockdowns. Always arrives really fast, and is roasting hot! Decent amount of toppings too, even on the offers. Contact free delivery is great too. Thanks Dominos

I was staying with friends out of my local area I went to Google and asked for dominos near me , which come up as Edenbridge. at this point Google gives a option to call , directions, or visit website . so I visit website . - I made a order to collect and paid via your website throu ur google link. the website (not app) accepted my order and moneys but when I got confirmation it said it was ready to collect in 10mins from hailsham. I didn't want to collect from hailsham because I ordered it from Edenbridge. so I called the hailsham store straight after receiving the text saying collection in 10min, explained the situation and was told by the manager he cant do anything about it . I went back to website to discover that the website stores my personal data from the time I ordered from the hailsham store before. like I said this is a website not a app so was quite stunned to know that all my info was already stored . the manager from hailsham said he can't help because the store i wanted to order from was to far away and was out of his hands . my point is - i couldn't get a refund because your stores are differently owned but when i want to order or pay it goes to the same place . never again will I pay before collection , I fell like I have been robbed and still in shock on how it has been dealt with . the pizzas never left the hailsham store but they took my money .

Payment went through twice on the app and they called me directly to say sorry and that they're putting through a refund. Good customer service and friendly staff, thanks a lot!

Best Dominos I have ever had. Pizza is always cooked through and hot on arrival. Staff are always pleasant too.

Ordered a half full house and half pepperoni with a side of chicken wings. Pizza hot, crispy (not sweaty) with a nice spread of toppings and a great crust, chicken wings also delicious. Great service (friendly, professional and prompt). Pleased to say the shop / kitchen always looks spotlessly clean. Five stars!

Ordered a pizza to my new address via the app and some how ended up being delivered too my old address. Spoke to the “manager” who said to phone the head office to see if they can resolve it. Only to be told that the manager of Hailsham has cancelled the order so head office couldn’t do anything. So phoned up the clueless “manager” of the Hailsham branch who couldn’t give a f*ck. would certainly not recommend using dominoes in Hailsham. 0/10

Ordered our takeaway.with various toppings.on arrival found the pizzas to be hot.and then eaten vary nice and tasty exactly what we ordered.delivery time approx 30mins.worth ordering a home delivery.

It’s pretty standardised food and you get what you expect from a Dominos. Always piping hot and delivery time is never too long. My only gripe is they almost ALWAYS forget either the rocket leaf or extra dip. You guys must owe me about £5 worth now at least. I just can’t be bothered to phone and tell you so to be fair - you’ve never had the opportunity to rectify. Your delivery staff are always super friendly and polite. Dominos as a brand is way over priced but that isn’t the fault of the store. (Correct me if I’m wrong.) This doesn’t reflect in my rating.

Bit expensive, There deals are the only thing making them any way competative.

I felt completely humiliated as I had my young kids there when one of the chefs an Asian looking man said he's a stupid man ! Talking about me to his other colleagues, there were no other customers there. The waiter who served me waved the £15 notes I had given him and asked his colleagues "has anyone got money " I felt so upset but kept my cool as my young children were present and I didn't want to make any fuss. My race ( black) might have been a reason for their unfriendly behaviour. The two men involved were non white however and this attitude I find shameful as they should know better. The other staff were kind and respectful and the pizza was nice. Just two bad apples spoilt it hence I'm never going there again.

There's very little to say other than this is dominos which means pretty consistent well made food, quickly delivered and well priced. Look for online offers.

The food is always fresh and hot, few problems over the years with orders being mixed up etc- but really it is what it is and it's good for an easy treat

After travelling 5 hrs to see a mate we had pre-order for a timed delivery all though the delivery was on time the pizza was wrong a bit dissapointing it tasted ok But would like to say staff member was polite and in the correct uniform

Had a few beers then a pizza. I seem to recall the pizza was ok!!It was very hot and very filling. Didn't have to wait long for the pizza to be cooked...excellent!!!

Look it's Dominos... it makes the same pizzas that every other Dominos makes but this one is on my doorstep. If you like this kinda thing (and I do) then this is as good as another.

Waste of time. Made my order waited and waited, had a call from the driver asking what number my house was as he couldnt find it....? My full address was on the order but I confirmed.... 20 minutes later still no food! Phoned the branch and told them to cancel it as I don't want cold food. Now I am left hungry after being let down by them and out of pocket as they have to 'email head office for a refund'!! quick enough to take your money but couldnt care less about giving it back. I certainly wont use dominos hailsham again! I would recommend hiring drivers who have a good understanding of english and know the area. The driver could not understand me and my road is not hard to find and I can see the whole road from my living room window... he was not on my road!!! BAD SERVICE!!
