Costa called me to cancel because they didn’t have the items I wanted then the driver called me to ask for the code and submitted it and now it looks like it’s been delivered. I received no food you’ve stolen £20 for me I’d like it back otherwise that’s theft.
I was going to visit to see the Steve McQueen exhibition on Resistance but I emailed them a question about it about 6 weeks weeks ago and they still haven't replied so I decided not to go. If they can't even be bothered to reply to an email...
Both had the fish and chips though I had the large and buttered rolls, the rolls are prepaired wrapped and buttered lovely and soft and fresh. The fish and batter was excellent. some of the best we've had. The chips were well cooked if a little oily and could be more crispy however they were golden and tasty. All freshly cooked, and well presented. We ate in and plenty of tables available all nice and clear inside.
Mixed feelings about it. On Sundays they offer only a set menu, which should make everything much more express and quick. Instead we have been on the restaurant for more than 2 hrs and the first 40 mins was waiting time of various sort.
A trip to Broadstairs isn’t complete without stopping in at Morellis for an ice cream regardless of the time of year. Whether you choose to sit down in the vintage restaurant or visit the take away counter both are excellent options. The wide range of flavours, the colours, tastes and textures are second to none. Remember to ask for the specials.

Woken up in the middle of the night after the fire alarm went off. Couldn’t sleep again especially after the drunk people stayed outside our window making noise the rest of the night. One bath towel for 2 people was unacceptable. Good location, refurbishment looks promising but a lot of work to be done to increase guest satisfaction.

Absolute filth.
Tables, floors, menus and everything you touch was all sticky.
Dirty bowls where the clean ones are supposed to be at the salad bar.
The whole family had stomach aches the next day.
You have to scan a QR code and pay for everything before you have it. It then asks if you want to tip before you have received you meal.
I would never return here.
I would rate 0 stars if I could.
Do you know what the pub is actually alright, decent size, nice garden area. The bartender was a bit full of himself.
A poor women came in asking to use the toilet panicking with a female product in hand. Clearly in a bit of a rush as sometimes emergencies come up. The bartender refused. When she tried to order, he cut her off stating he is still making a different order. Purely because of him, no humanity or care for other people. Don’t bother.
Lovely food . Very polite and friendly Waiter (can’t remember his name). Clean and good atmosphere. We have been a few times and will definitely be returning.
I am local and have been going to the Pavilion for many years. The coffee is good. The service and staff are polite and friendly. However I am disappointed at the cafe's policy of charging 40 pence when I asked for soya milk (due ro lactose intolerance) with my coffee. I'd filled my loyalty card with buying soya latte's and cappuccinos throughout the last month, and was charged 40 pence this visit when I ordered soya milk with my free coffee. This is unfair and penalizes people with intolerances as other coffee drinkers aren't charged for the milk in their free coffee. I have never been charged in the past for having soya milk in my free drinks.
