Lovely meal, Michele was so attentive and helped us have a great meal

Service was good the food was ok, 70 pound for a family of 4. A bit pricey for pizza as it was nothing special the tables and floor were a bit sticky, aimed at younger children really otherwise staff were really good 👍

Really great service from Lauren, Ella & Jack. Super helpful with a highchair & extra crayons - checked in with us as well. Great food - love the buffet - fab family treat. Cheers team!

All of it. Everything was good. Food was hot. Good choice. No rushing to get food like some branches of the restaurant. My granddaughter had fun and enjoyed the salad bar. Ice cream was good too with a good choice of sauce and sprinkles

Good pizza, staff very friendly and helpful. Went there as it was the only place that we could find open on a Saturday night as everything else shut at 8pm!!. Good old pizza hut, great salad bar and pizzas, can't go wrong here..

All day buffet was very limited on the pizza front. Cheesy garlic bread wasn't replenished enough so ,we didn't get any. Supply and demand please . Otherwise good experience.

We enjoyed the food at pizza hut especially the waitresses were very courteous and polite.

Weird aftertaste, cheese ain't even connected to the pizza, again, what is that weird aftertaste it's grim, it's actually embarrassing!

We really enjoy coming to Thanet Retail Park Pizza Hut. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We really don't like the online ordering and payment system though!

Awful food . Buffet very expensive for what was served . Pizza buffet , with hardly any pizza 🍕. Pizza that was on offer was generally margarita or Pepperoni . Ice cream wasn’t the best , skimping on the ice cream mix . Pasta and Salad bar not overly fresh .. All in all you are better off with school food 🍲

Good pizza which was freshly topped up throughout the buffet. Friendly staff that couldn’t be any more attentive.

Staff were lovely but the food was poor. Ordered two large pizzas off the menu and they were £30 each. The toppings were very bad, barely any cheese. Total bill was £105 and the quality of the food was not reflective of that. I complained and they handled it fairly but even the staff agreed it was poor. If you pay a premium for pizza it should be good. It felt like we was eating a lump of bread for lunch.

I would have liked the option of ordering at the table via a human, not an app. Otherwise all good

We had a lovely lunchtime meal on Monday. Eat all you can buffett. We asked for different pizzas, and these came out quickly and hot! Well worth a treat for £9.99 for the kids with the ice cream and unlimited soda.

Food was lovely and hot. But the volume of the music is unnecessary.

1st time in Pizza Hut, and I loved it. The 9" gluten-free pizza base was soft and edible, and it is lovely to be able to enjoy the experience with my family The ordering and paying process is done online, so there is no exchanging of real money. A little slow with the puddings, as the chef kept forgetting to put it in the oven, but overall a good time had.

Very disappointed ..one of us waited 25 minutes for dessert whilst rest of party had eaten their dessert.not all sides were hot

The salad bar is always a winner, the pizza hot and tasty and a good variety of pizza choices and drink choices. We love it there!

Popped in on the way back from a trip to Margate with my partner. We were both starving so we thought we’d relive our youth and get a small Pizza Hut pizza to take away for the journey home. Was told it would be 7-8 mins. Ended up waiting about 40-45 minutes, before finally deciding to ask for a refund. Never found out what the issue was, but a refund was given without any fuss.

Cant fault the service as all staff were happy and friendly however the food prices are absolutely dusguting, so much so that we walked out of our booking when we were told blue light cards can only be used on the set menu and not with offers, £28 for a 14" pizza they class as a sharing pizza is an absolute ripoff and given the quality of the pizza Dominos is 100% a better go to, the only time this place is worth going to is for the lunch time buffet, again though the staff couldnt have appologised more or been more polite even though they arent the ones making the prices up

We really liked it plenty of food we got there just in time for buffet but they still had loads of food and hot .

Staff were friendly and the food is lovely, it's always annoying though when you're ordering online and it asks you for a tip, considering you get the entirety of the food and drinks yourself from the buffet

As someone with a mild alergy to wheat I have been increadibly impressed with their attitude to alergy information. They ask upon seating you and provide a physical alergy list for all their food and direct you to an online version through a qr code. The gluten free base is a nice tasting one! It is very very small however. They warned me when bringing the food that the fries I had ordered had gluten in the coating. Prices are rediculous across whats on offer which is the downside, spent over £70 for one small, one large pizzas, two drinks, fries and a small icecream. Thats why not five stars. Otherwise I have never been to any restaurant with that amount of alergy information offered upon entering.

Upon arrival waitress was very rude and slammed our menus down on the table and said "you got a phone to order" which i find odd that that they dont take your order. We managed to order but were so shocked by the prices it cost nearly 80 quid for 2 adults and 2 children and thats just with a soft drink and no dessert. When food came out the pizza was so greasy and barely any topping on. I remember pizza hut being good value and decent quality food but now its gone so down hill, what a shame. Wont be returning

Clean, get what you pay for staff are fine toilets are checked and keeped tidy.

Good visit to pizza hut, wasn't too busy, service was good and food was nice, I did find the prices a little higher than I expected but I guess this should be expected considering the general increase in costs.

Staff are very pleasant and helpful, the place is beautiful, clean and well decorated and there is plenty of free parking but the food is a let down overpriced and not the best quality. I had a salad bar as part of the order and most of the items in the salad bar looked and tasted like they were there for a long time, I had to throw it away.

Food was good and hot it is what it is. Don't know why they have front of house staff there you have to order on app and pay on app good job I had battery on my phone

The mobile ordering service works really well because you don't feel like you have to rush your decision ordering something you might no actually want and instead give you the time to order correctly.

Staff are friendly and kind, toilet unclean with poo on floor. And the price!! Price of a meal has skyrocketed to £22! For pizza! It’s okay pizza but it’s not £22 pizza, this was £17.99 last September.

We took the grandchildren to pizza hut for a treat. Georgina served us and she was very helpful.

One pizza cost me £30...one pizza. Honestly we used to go to Pizza hut when I was younger because my family was poor and it was relatively cheap to feed a family. I fed myself, partner, niece and nephew (they're tiny and eat tiny portions) for £70m. That is pricey af for pizza and a tiny bowl of salad and a tiny bowl of ice-cream. Having said that...the staff were really nice and attentive, can't fault them at all, the restaurant was clean and the pizza was super tasty for those types of pizzas (not the fancy sourdough type). But yeah... crazy expensive. Franco manca is like a quarter of the price for far nicer pizzas. So...no...sadly I would no longer recommend if you're on a budget.

Love place. The food was amazing. The salad buffet was fully stocked and also i noticed they take great care in keeping everything clean and tidy

Probably the worst pizza we've ever eaten. We paid over £30 for a shared pizza which was so thin the grease seeped through. How can the justify charging that price when we left still hungry. Awful experience. Will never be returning.

Just amazing. We walked in unbooked and they were quite busy but managed to find a table for us which we really appreciated. From start to finish the service was on point the food was plentiful and fresh. Will be returning without a doubt. Recommended to friends and family already. Thankyou.

Just love a pizza hut pizza. It's the pizza base that makes it but expensive in my opinion. Needs a few more flavour choices too. Salad bar good. Expensive drinks as everywhere these days

Well cooked food, we live in Dover. And choose Thanet to visit rather than Ashford. Customer experience great.

Staff very helpful and not many people in so quite relaxing

Popped in for lunch and was pleased we did, lovely pizza and what great service from people with smiling happy faces....all-round will definitely be back. Also there's lots of parking which is great!

No atmosphere, no large deep pan bases, 2 small given instead which was not value for money. Dirty salad bowl dishes.

We were initially welcomed, but when we didn't have an app to order our pizza, they took our order. Although it wasn't busy, we waited over 40 minutes. Meanwhile, people arrived after us but received their orders before us. The garlic bread was cold, and the pizza was luke warm. It wasn't busy, so we were at a loss as to why it took so long. The toilet facilities were dismal & filthy. We won't be returning any time soon.

Lovely food and staff would recommend the goat pizza and the loaded Mac and cheese was to die for didn't get the name of our waitress but she was so welcoming and nice

Really expensive, you have to pay before you eat, you’re only allowed to pay on an app on your phone, the staff seemed to care more about having a laugh shouting at each other constantly then anything else, one staff member knocked my chair enough to move it while my baby was right next to me looked at me and walked off without even apologising, won’t be returning

My thirteen year old son is autistic and struggles in busy and noisy environments. This can make it extremely difficult for us to take him out and enjoy a meal as a family as he will struggle And can be very uncomfortable and not enjoy it. I requested a seat in a corner of the restaurant impossible. And explained the situation I had the guy on the phone was incredibly helpful and made sure that we had a seat available in a corner of a restaurant that was nice and quiet. This Simple act made it possibl for us to sit down and enjoy a meal. I did mess up my order online but once I explained it to manager he rectified it immediately with the kitchen which was fantastic. The food came out quickly and was hot and the selection from the salad bar was extremely good and my son managed to find plenty that he could eat. I Was offered a couple of takeout boxes so we could enjoy our leftovers later on that evening at home. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The staff were fantastic and we will definitely be returning back to a restaurant again. A big thank you to everybody there.

It is what it is ,the food was lovely and the service was very good it was just next to us there was a baby screaming it head off (bless her). But if you go to pizza hut that is what you expect its for children not old penioner like us ..x

We had bad experiences in past with other pizza huts but gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Friendly greeting and nothing was too much. Completely reinvigorated our love of pizza hut again .waitress was awesome and food was delicious. Will drive out our way to go here again

Maybe I'm getting old, but I find it a little odd that you have to pay for your food before it arrives at the table, especially as you order the food yourself via their phone app. The problem I have with this is that you have to choose the % of tip you give, before you've had any service? I understand since COVID there have been changes to eating out, but I found it odd that I'm paying a tip when I'm responsible for ordering my own food, getting my own drink and salad. Apart from the order being brought to the table, that's about as much interaction you'll have from the staff. It's also expensive, we had 4 sodas, 4 pizzas and 4 fries, and got a bill north of £100! Won't be using them again.

Went here for my son's birthday. It was a pretty big party 11 of us in total so pretty hectic as you can imagine. The girl who was on the front desk was super rude not to our faces but behind our backs and had said to the other works how loud and annoying we were. We were told this by another customer who was a older couple and told us they didn't think we were being loud at all and the girl in question was also rude to them. The wait staff were lovely and understanding how crazy it was getting all the orders done. The food came out beautiful and was well received. The mood was just a little down thanks to that one worker who went it came to paying was sweet as anything. Funny that when they want you to do a survey for them! Won't be returning in a hurry. Not kid friendly.

Our visit was awful. There is no service. You have to submit your order on a QR code, which confused even the most tech savvy amongst us. The food was delivered quickly but wasn't cooked properly and when we tried to complain we encountered indifference. As we had already paid when we ordered, we left without eating and no refund. We will NOT be returning.

Great value food and lovely friendly staff.

Pizza was delicious, staff are all so lovely, I only rated service so low because I didn't really feel that we had any. Not because through any fault of the staff , we had to order through the app and pay through the app . We had the buffet so served ourselves anyway (which is fine ). Other than people who order off the main menu, which is so expensive now, the staff are now just glorified cleaners. The company is obviously trying to save money, but personal touch is always better.

Myself and my husband got sick from eating here last year, called the restaurant to tell them just to give them the heads up to maybe check their ingredients and was rudely told nobody else got ill so it can't be that (hmm maybe they just didn't call to tell them?) The pizza was weird, it was super hot and a bit mushy as if it had been microwaved. Last night my stepson and girlfriend ate there and now are both sick. Avoid!!

I went to Pizza Hut on the 4th July with my girlfriend. The food was mediocre and the prices were ridiculous, I don’t remember it being this expensive before. The day after eating, I woke up with a very bad stomach ache and then vomited multiple times. My girlfriend too was feeling unwell the next morning. Will not be visiting again and I recommend you don’t either.

Meh, I used to love Puzza Hut. It was our go-to treat. Now the food is not up to par and way overpriced for what you actually get. Thin crust was so thin that it was basically non-existent toppings on a plate, to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Sadly, I won't bother again. I feel bad for the staff as they were lovely.

Wonderful staff, brilliant service, very good food

No cash payments everything done by the app feel like you cant talk to any of the staff there not interested its pay by the app and thats it. Service was non existent it I'm honest u literally just do everything your self. Staff looked tired with drawn. Yer no great one tbh. Just thinking if you dont have a phone can u not go to pizza hut then?? If u not got bank account u cant go there as it's all pay on line just strange such strange service.

Can't believe you now have to order from an app. No recommendations, no special requests, just pick your food from a website and pay up front. They even add a tip by default when paying - which at that point your server has done nothing - you might not even have met them! When combined with everything feeling sticky and kind of gross, high prices (£14.99 for an 11 inch thin personal pizza) and staff who know they could do better, it's very very hard to recommend.

When did Pizza Hut get so expensive? After half hour of sitting there trying to get on an app.. not realising I was meant to scan the table, there was 6 to order for.. nightmare.. just for the waitress to ask if we wanted her to take our order .. wasn't happy, could have saved loads of time and stress.. Food was good though, although the chips were much to be desired... Also if using Meerkat .eals or similar check what you can order on the 241 deal! Apart from that you are mainly left alone and don't really need waiters.. Everything is self service..

Manager was brilliant, the kids got colouring in set from the moment we walked in. He made us feel really welcome, kept on making sure we were alright and asking what pizza we wanted from the buffet list as it was not busy. Didnt quite get these pizzas we wanted but the effort was made and appreciated. Less stars because didn't get the pizzas and even though the manager didnt make us use the QR Scanning way of ordering I do think it's a joke asking customers to just sort themselves out once seated. The quality of a restaurant is also shown in customer service, which Pizza Hut seem to want to get rid of. It would be nice to go back to pre covid style and simply employ another staff member for customer convenience rather than financial gain.

We went as it opened so pizzas were little slow coming out but overall a very good eating experience. The pastas were full of flavour and salad bar was excellent. The variety of pizza was lovely too but next time probably will leave it to a little later

Card payment ONLY let's this place down

Every time we go here they serve the starters at exactly the same time as the main pizza meal, so by the time you have finished the starters your pizza is cold. Come on pizza hut sort it out.

Not a big fan of the order yourself idea, also cost of a bottle of Pepsi, not on all you can drink.

Good seating. Wide and space to move around especially going over to salad station and drink area. The food was excellent .. hot and tasty. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Very clean.

My friend ordered a veggie pizza and Pepsi Max. I admire what they did with the materials, all were cold and tasteless but they managed to make it visually look like a pizza. Unfortunately we got a bottle of 7up Free which upon further research nobody drinks.
