Ordered in shop. Humous in pitta with salad, large lamb shish - got order home no pitta bread in either - WTF!! Humous in pitta now there's a clue!! Yes it's only bread but it's not the point plus states on their in house menu"all kebabs come with fresh pitta" - really it's not rocket science surely??

We ordered a kebab wrap it hardly no salad and fat was dripping out the bottom felt like I was on a diet thought I was one of there best customers worst kebab we’ve ever had

We're back!! After an enforced long 4 months of isolation, we are finally able to order our usual friday night takeaway from Aysan. What can i say, just as good as it was before. Excellent polite service on the phone and its nice to be recognized as regular customers. Delivery time is good, staff are polite, and the food, we cant fault it.

I've only had a good experience once with this place. After having a couple of meals turn up with the wrong food and it not resolved satisfactorily, I was persuaded to try again with the rest of the family as I wanted a light meal and on that occasion I got a nice chicken kebab, lots of nice salad, exactly as I wanted. Today, off the back of that, I was prepared to go again - we ordered a couple of chicken kebabs and a portion of chips. They sent lamb. Called them, explained that the order was wrong and asked for the whole meal to be replaced - they agreed. They asked us to send back all the food. They replaced the kebabs, but not the chips - so we paid for chips we didn't get to eat. In addition, they covered my replacement kebab with garlic mayo, which I hadn't ordered and had soaked through the whole kebab. I loathe garlic mayo - I couldn't eat it and my meal went in the bin because we couldn't face making another complaint. Total waste of money. I will not take the risk again - just feel ripped off.

Well what can I say about the food it was OK that's about it was not great there is better kebab shops around with better food . Staff well don't think they know about customer service do your self a favour and go to a better place

Our meal was a phone order, my husbands order was wrong portions very small delivery driver very rude, didn't even talk to my husband, just gave us our order took our money and gave my husband the change without saying a thing will never use this kebab shop again.

Highly recommend, I've never had a bad meal from here, high standard of customer service aswell delivery is usually on time or abit early, delivery driver always polite and friendly, once they had forgotten a drink I ordered phoned up and they was very apologetic and put it on record so if and when I order again I'll automatically get a can when re ordered another time I didn't have to mention it I got my drink and a extra for the previous mistake. Great food and great customer service always makes me come back.

Our local kebab shop! Been going here for over 15 years now! Through all the name changes. The owners have been the same generally. The food is always cooked to our liking, always tasty and has never caused any issues. The staff always friendly, always welcoming, they remember their regulars and always try to accommodate any requests and resolve any issues, which have been rare occurrences in this long time! Always will choose Aysan for our kebab nights and will recommend it to all friends and family.

The meat was amazing but the salad was a poor selection. 3 pieces of onion, 1 slice of cucumber, 1 slice of tomato and some lettuce....... come on lads, you are better than this!!

DONT USE! My husband was told to "f*** off" when he was telling him it was unacceptable it was 45 minutes late after ringing twice to ask when it would arrive. Disgusted. Will be letting Just Eat know

We have eaten food from Aysan lot s of times and normally is really good, but won't get delivery anymore food was 25 mins late and was not as good as usual like it had been sitting being kept warm for ages

Hated kebabs as have had far to many bad experiences but really fancied one today and this place is fantastic! Tasty,hot,fresh salad! Will order again

Ordered an £9.50 meal which included lots of different meats in the meal but when delivered it was not enough to even feed a small child. The bag and paper it was wrapped in was soaking through with grease and dripped all along my carpet. When taking the food back to get my money back the men where very confrontational, angry and argumentative towards me. He was incredibly rude but I did get my money back. The food was at an awful standard. I advise people not to order from them.

Normally this is 5* But this evening I ordered 4 kids meals and they looked like they were chucked together hardly any chips and hardly any meat Normally these fill the kids up but not tonight Hopefully it's just a one off

We are now regulars at Aysan. The kebabs are always very good, the chicken shish in particular but the lamb doner also. One of us usually has a chicken shish kebab and the other a combination chicken shish/lamb doner. Salad is always fresh and nicely prepared and the garlic sauce is superb. I have had a lot of kebabs in a lot of different places and really I struggle to remember any better than Aysan, these guys know what they are doing for certain. I would highly recommend Aysan. Not sure about the other menu items but with kebabs this good we don't even look at the rest of the menu. They are friendly and the delivery service is reliable. What's not to like!

Waited an hour and 10 mins for the food. Went over estimated delivery by 15 mins.. chips were cold.. couldn't be bothered to eat once I had it.. not even an apology for the late delivery. . Won't be using them again

After 2 calls and waiting 35 mins after the estimated delivery time it turns out they haven't made the food yet and to wait yet more time and have no compensation for such

Chicken donnor was burnt, the wrap was soggy and the chips was like cardboard. Not worth the money will not be ordering again!!

Visiting Ramsgate for the weekend and really fancied a kebab so found this place just around the corner from where we were staying. Seemed busy with home delivery orders so had to wait a while but well worth it! Very tasty beef kofta wrap with loads of salad and chilli sauce. Nice big portion size along with small chips that was in fact quite large and freshly cooked. Very happy with the food and certainly filled me up.

I'm a fussy eater I've tyred many takeway in my time and bye far one of the best I think I may have found my new favourite place the kabab and chips where spot on just how I like it and great value for money and a fast and friendly service and driver I'll be definitely will be ordering again very soon 5 stars all round

This place is nearest to my home, and I'm so grateful because it's great. Firstly, the chips are deliciously crispy (and better than the chip shop a few doors down) and the kebabs as good as you could hope for. I've had pizza from here a few times and always been satisfied, but can't vouch for other things on the menu as I've not tried them. But both the chicken and lamb kebabs (shish and doner) are wonderful. Can get busy in there at dinner time but the delivery service has always been pretty solid when I've used it, with the food arriving nice and hot.

The meat of our lamb doner was amongst the best we have tasted: an excellent flavour and texture and not at all greasy. We ordered medium and this was good value for money. The salad and pitta bread were also fresh. Order to delivery took an hour but this was indicated before we ordered.

Sadly the food was not up to normal standard tonight , and had onion in my salad when clearly said just lettuce tomato & cucumber . Maybe it's a weekend thing different people working etc.

I ordered a large kebab with no salad, but it came with a tone of salad and a little meat. The meat was cold and waxy and the chips were cold. Was told the driver was on his way, over half an hour waiting I had to call up again. Far from happy, was really looking forward too the meal as I was reccomended it by a friend.

Usually I give 6 stars for everything from here. But this time the chicken wasn't brilliant.

Having ordered many times from this resturant , this was the best, but I learnt not to order a kebab with salad on the top as the kebab arrives cold , it is far better to order just a kebab and a side order of salad, , makes sence to me , to put a cold salad on top of a hot kebab makes it cold given the time for delivery say 30 mins , but lovely meal last night , salad nice an fresh top marks all round
