Very good food enjoy ordering from here polite people.

I had four Dominic kebabs delivered to me one with chicken we all sat down to ET it looked really nice once we started to tuck in it was so cold we had to take the salad of and put the meat in the microwave so when I found the gentleman up at the shop to tell him the meat was so cold he said he would send some more I thought that was very nice of him after about an hour I found again now said I wasn't happy with it so could I have my money back he said no if you didn't like it come down here and we're sort it out so he was threatening me I did not go but I would never use them again so be very careful thank you

The lamb Shish kebab was horrible. They slathered very wet and stale salad on top of the bread and lamb. Everything was soggy, and very untidy. Wouldn’t order from there again

Last few times ordered mixed kebab, order being no coslaw no lettuce 3 x now turns up with white onion and tomatoes I stated tonight when ordering any shortages was told no cucumber I thought great as I like cabbage and explained then when turned up same onions and tomatoes when I phoned to complain he stated I pay for the meat not the salad leave it with you

Love the kebabs here. its hard to find a good kebab these days but Babas are spot on everytime. Always fresh and not greasy.

If Carslberg did mixed lamb & chicken shish kebabs at 5pm on a Tuesday.. 22 years and still going strong. Hot and fresh if you collect it and eat in.

Can't fault the food BUT as per usual which is now why we refuse to buy from here anymore is the delivery, considering that this is their livelihood and EVERY OTHER eating establishment has delivered our food within 40 minutes we were again left waiting 1hour 30 minutes and still no food delivered that when we phoned them to get the response what did you order again is absolutely disgraceful, when we look back on it is the reason we stopped using this kebab house in the first place but after a year going back to them and this happened, when the food turned up it was what we ordered and that's a first usually parts of the order are missing, fresh tomatoes please what did i get, tomato sauce, steer clear unless your collecting your order

My kebab I had tonight wasn't very nice the meat was like pate didn't teast nice at all I wouldn't even give it to my dog

We have ordered a few times and most of the time is alright but once they forgot the sauces and this last time they just brought the wrong kebab. It took more than an hour to bring the right order and they didn't offer a refund or reduced price, which, in my opinion, they should off...

First visit since Lockdown, and as in the area decided to pop in. £7.80 for a large Kofte Wrap, reasonable value as it contained a lot of meat, and was cooked over charcoal for a good taste. Well wrapped to keep warm, and was offered a good choice of salad and sauce. Fast and friendly service, and they accept credit card payments.

Ordered from here many times and usually very tasty but today they seem to have misunderstood my order placed over the phone and refused to replace the items sent to me with the one I had requested, at least my pets enjoyed the meal but I have to admit I am disappointed by the service. Any issues I had previously were always fixed with good service. perhaps the store has different employees or a different management team.

#Edit Well 2 weeks later and I returned for another chicken doner, sorry to say it was such a disappointment. Nothing like my first one. The meat wasn't even luke warm, yet I put it in an insulated bag for the short drive home. There was no flavour to the chicken, the tomatoes were mushy and the garlic sauce was watery. Such a let down after a long week. Changed to 2 stars, and back to looking for the perfect kebab shop. First time customer, ordered a medium chicken doner, it was lovely! So fresh, not full of gristle like some places, and still hot by the time I got home. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Will definitely be using Baba's from now on, especially as I found out they deliver to my area! Bonus! 5 stars!

We ordered the tray of mixed meat and salad for 2 adult and 2 children. The meat was fresh juciey and cooked to perfection the staff was friendly the shop was clean and the atmosphere was great. 10/10 would highly recommend

I don't eat kebabs often but when I do, it's always Baba. The quality of the meat is always excellent and the salad fresh. I did wonder if I only enjoyed them "under the influence" but I was pleasantly surprised to discover they are just as tasty, sober! I now eat kebabs more often AND even when I've not been down the pub. Thanks Baba!

We ordered the mixed kebab tray meal, which was cooked to perfection. The service was also excellent.

Ordered a lamb Shish wrap. The lamb was cooked perfect and the quality of meat was very good, however i asked for lettuce, red cabbage and cucumber but it came with a couple threads of lettuce and the red cabbage drenched the whole wrap so that it was soggy and dripping wet and there wasn’t even foil around it to stop the leakage and wrap falling apart. I’ve honestly had better days changing a nappy. For £7.50, it was not worth it. We only ordered here because clock tower kebab was closed. Thank you for the food but it didn’t even reach ‘okay’ standards for what I usually expect.

Lucky to have it as a local. Tried nearly everything on the menu and never been disappointed. Very friendly staff. Incredibly good value. Looks lovely and clean. In the current climate they are doing their very best to be covid secure and the gentlemen are doing a wonderful job. The grub is nice. It is always a nice treat having a kebab for the family and me.

Myself & my partner have been ordering from Baba Kebab for the best part of 15 years. Other than the odd bit of overcooked lamb, we've had nothing to complain about . Up until tonight. We ordered our usual kebabs, a mixed shish with all salad and a large chicken shish with lettuce and a portion of chips. Delivery took a little longer as usual but we understood the pressure such businesses are in at the moment and so it didn't phase us. The kebabs were delivered and the chicken shish was covered in coleslaw, instead of lettuce. We phoned Baba and asked for a replacement and after been passed from pillar to post we'd been told a replacement would be sent out.'Great!' we said, asked if we could have a replacement chips as by the time the new kebab would be delivered, they'd be cold. We simply got a 'eat your chips without the kebab'. Wow. Just wow! We held out a little hope that upon delivery they'd be some chips, but no. So for not replacing a portion of chips as a goodwill gesture for your cock up, after years of loyal service we now won't be returning. What's a portion of chips in the grand scheme of things? Maybe in future you'll think twice.

Grosse actually trusted to order for the first time since lockdown..chilli sauce was tomato puree but they said thats how they always serve it, disgusting!!! Really bad order from here pre lockdown and was so nice...absolute rubbish now

I am so upset by the response on the telephone when I ordered through Just eat and whoever's working there cancelled my order without informing me and when I called to ask why I haven't received my order by delivery the answer I had that we are no longer working with just eat though they are still on the just eat site and when I asked why they are still on their site and why they didnt inform me by cancellation of my order the answer was I am asking too much questions so rude.

Really enjoyed this takeaway, tasty kebab, kids enjoyed the nuggets. Chips were a bit floppy but it had travelled to us so perhaps that’s the reason? Delivery time was long but arrived at time predicted, friendly delivery driver.

Got some grilled meat here, in a piece of flattish bread with leaves and Michael Jackson sauce.

Ordered two kebabs , one chicken the other lamb. When I got home started to tuck in, my wife found that the chicken was not cooked through and was raw inside ,so she didn’t eat anymore. My lamb was fine, so I phoned them up and explained the problem and they offered to give me another kebab ,but my wife didn’t want another, I just asked for a refund.i put the raw chicken in the plastic container it came in and returned to the shop. When the guy looked in the container he said where’s the rest of it , he basically accused us of eating the rest of the kebab and not the raw chicken. No proper apology.very rude staff, won’t be going back. One plus , got my money back.

Best kebab shop around, good quality food and lovely fresh salad! Shish is cooked authentically.

Greasy pitta and meat, only good thing is it was hot and fresh. Unless you have a shish or kofte which is done on a charcoal grill. The normal doner is below par with other similar places around as its greasy and tasteless. Service is poor like their passion has faded and they only serve you to pay the bills not because they want to.

Tasted lovely but did order a medium chic shish and the portion size was quite small got 5 bits of chicken. Just seemed small to me but what I had did taste lovely 😊

My wife and I had a kebab from here last weekend and I have to say it was very very nice, have not used this shop before even though it is local to us, the food was delicious and the portion size was amazing, I had a donner kebab and my wife a kofte kebab, would definitely be using this shop again and would definitely recommend to everyone

Poor ordered delivery, Large lamb shish & Large lamb shish mixed doner kebab when order turned up Large lamb shish & Chicken wrap tipped driver £1 and then when we un- wrapped and found out they wanted to charge £1.70 extra for mixing up order gone down hill in my book chicken is a different word from Lamb oh soggy greasy wrap asked to speak to manager he said he was ? Would do nothing again said don't eat wrap and will charge £1.70 extra and they will re deliver oh and now it seems I have personally been accused of being a liar thanks for your non admission Mgr sucks my partner was Sat next to me when made order anyone that knows us we do not order chicken ever I do believe Specsavers also do hearing aids Do not insult me with lies

So if u call them and spend over £20 u get free bottle coke but if use app spent over £50 u don’t get your free bottle coke I think it’s a joke so that was my first complain then when went to eat . The wrap was so full fat it just fell apart .the Oil off there food lately is disgusting. They used to be my favourite now will avoid and use another
