Chicken kebab wasn't especially stand out, neither were the chicken wings but the portion of chips added to them was generous. It wasn't bad, just unfortunately I found it to be quite generic.

First time at the place. The chicken doner was brilliant and the portion well worth the price. Clean space with super friendly and efficient staff 👍 Will be returning.

Food is ok but they constantly mess up the orders .. very very annoying

The most dry food I have ever had, got overcharged for a start and then they forgot the drinks but the worst part was just how dry and flavourless everything was, I got 2 thanet boxes and me and my partner only managed to eat 1 slice before we gave up donner meat was like cold strips of leather the chicken donner like rubber literally no flavour anywhere and when tho we only ate a little bit we both still feel dehydrated from how dry it was, complete waste of money the dog didn't even bother with it,should be ashamed serving that cr@p close the doors !

Sadly after previous experience when they were excellent this time not good at all. Chips uncooked, still half raw and uneatable, chicken meat taken from presliced hot metal dish was very oily, chewy and tasteless. Real shame as used to be good.

Thankfully I have amazing neighbours who delivered my food as the restaurant had delivered to the wrong house.

Hadn't used this kebab shop for a few years and this time the meal was fairly decent. I wouldn't say that the halloumi is top quality but it was acceptable. Not sure that charge of £1 to pay by debit card directly through their website is acceptable.

All food was delicious and hot and delivered early. Will definitely order from here again.

Great food burgers are great, kebab you get loads I couldn't eat it all, I world like to see coleslaw in the salad for kebabs though

no joke I have never had a kebab were they had to put the pitta bread on to as there woz a sea of grease so bad at the bottom it woz off putting just to see that much clear running liquid fat probably 3mm think. don't normally leave bad reviews but this really did deserve the truth

Great food always is. Just delivery driver was rude as anything. Asking me if it was my order after he was in the wrong place.

Forgot sauce for the third time. Previous two times also forgot chips. Diner meat smelt and tasted awful. Shocked as always been favoured choice

Usually good. With me in 10-15mins. Took an hour and 15mins to get one kebab to me, was cold& dripping in grease.

Food was dripping with grease was all over hands meat wasn’t nice at all and the wraps where stone cold

Burger was slightly burned and overly salty, little to no sauce on the kebab and the accompanied pitta was as plain as it can get

Made a order of over £40 and my order never arrived. Rang the restaurant to see where driver was and all I got was he’s driving round in circles. We’ve asked him to come back. This is unacceptable… and finding it hard to get a refund!!!

Food didn’t taste good at all and was cold

My brother is can’t eat any dairy and we ordered a plain quarter pounder burger and it came with cheese and then ordered cheesy chips and not even half of the potion had cheese on it and everything was cold

Recommended by a friend it turned up 10 mins after I ordered so was very impressed! Such good quality food. Even my daughter said the sauce was amazing and better than anywhere else. Will defo be my regular now

Disgusting food, Dog food, Cold, rock hard doner, and will not be returning!!!! I stopped using this place a while ago and thought it’s been a while may be it’s changed. NOPE! Gave the whole thing to my dog!

These guys, usually, are nothing short of exceptional. This is the first time we were unhappy with our food, we had fewer chips in a large portion than we usually get in a regular portion, they were undercooked and cold. Hopefully, it's just a one-off!

The food was nice but unfortunately arrived cold, had to microwave before eating. First time this has happened but really the food should arrive hot like it normally does.

100% recommend the Thanet/munchy box! All the meat was so good, garlic cheese pizza bread was so good and chips cooked perfectly, will 1000% be ordering again soon

Amazing food lovely staff and delivery drivers

Such a shame because their food is usually great. They really should have someone who can SPEAK and UNDERSTAND English on the phone. I put in an order and had to repeat it 3 times, we still ended up with food we didn't order and not all the food we did. Rang back up and had to explain another 3 times then he charged us an extra £9 for food that would have cost £2 on the original order.

The only down side that it worked out a £5.20 Dearer getting it of just eat and that was without the tip !

Hats off to these guys. They forgot part of my order, when I called to complain they delivered the forgotten order within 10 minutes with some extra. Great customer service.

Best Kebab shop in the area by a long way. Prices reflect the quality of the food which is always hot and extremely fresh. Also the deliveries are amazingly quick and the 2 different drivers ive seen are polite and really friendly. Will be a regular customer for sure!!
