Eddy's Fried Chicken & Kebab in Thanet

I ordered my food at 1.03 the estimated delivery time was supposed to be between 1:25 - 1:45 after waiting until 1:50 I was getting extremely impatient and agitated, my food finally arrived at 2:15 cold, the food was greecy and the spicy wings where burnt to the bone. Not happy what so ever, will definitely not be ordering from this place.

Moved to the area in April this year and really struggled to find a good kebab. Tried most of the kebab shops in Margate and in my opinion this has been the best so far. Ordered a doner and 1/4 burger for delivery this evening and weren't disappointed. Told it would be 40 minutes which is fine but turned up earlier, burger and chips were good and the kebab was excellent. All hot and tasty and the chilli sauce was really really good and £11 all in is great value. Thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you.

This place has the absolute worst service I have ever had. We were staying at a holiday home with no way of knowing what was around. We had a 2 year old with us and upon calling the restaurant 12 times to be told the delivery driver was out in his white skoda, we then waited in the car park for 40 minutes. We then had to DRIVE TO THE RESTAURANT to get our order which meant waking our 2 year old we had been travelling all day so I can only let you imagine how inconvenient this was for us. Upon getting to the shop the owner refused to cook until we arrived and gave us no apology or even excuse to why his deliver driver never turned up. He gave us cold food and spoke to my partner so rudely he had to leave. Only to see the delivery driver outside parked up with his girlfriend. When questioning the owner he then attempted to goad my partner into confrontating the delivery driver himself as he had no intention of finding out why he never turned up or to reconcile our experience. Absolutely gutted for our first night away since lockdown.

ordered a chicken kebab This was possibly the worst food I have ever encountered 9 pounds it cost me I took one look at it and threw it out the door First thing in the morning Guess what still there Even the wildlife turned its nose up Terrible avoid avpid avoid You have been warned

We have been trying to find a good kebab takeaway for ages and have found it !!! We used the delivery service and the food was sufficiently warm on arrival. The meals were perfect, as was the salad and the fries. Will definitely go back to Eddys.

Ordered 2 chicken burgers and chips and a mixed doner at 7.45. It arrived at 9.20. Delivery guy asked for £21.80. I phoned shop and was told it was £17.60. The delivery guy then said he had no change and he could either take food away or we could go get the change ourselves. Defeating the object of getting a delivery. Burger was dry, chips were vold. Will never order from there again.

We were told by a Cliftonville local that this place was good, and tried it last night. Really amazing chicken shish. They make their own chilli sauce and garlic sauce. Husband had chilli and said it was really fresh tasting, I had garlic sauce and that was good too. We loved the salad - all fresh and plenty of it - which was especially good because they had red cabbage and grated carrot. Tomatoes were clearly freshly cut, as was the cucumber, so none of that curly old looking stuff that normally comes with a kebab. The only minus was that the salad was put on top of the kebab so it couldn't be picked up and eaten with salad inside. The freshness of it all made up for that though!

We had a takeaway from here after our usual place was closed. We were not disappointed. The kebabs were nice and the salad was better than most places we’ve used. We will use this place again.

First time we have had a kebab from here and it won’t be our last. Extremely tasty and hot highly recommended. A big thank you to all the staff.

Have had a few kebabs from here. Portions are big ,service is quick,food is tasty, and they have 5* for hygiene. What more could you want from a late night takeaway

I went here late one night last week and was very hungry. The staff were brilliant and served my friends and me with doner kebabs and chicken shish all served with lovely fresh salad and a side dish of chilli sauces. The price is very good and the food was lovely. I highly recommend this kebab shop .... We will be back ....

Eddie's is one of the best kebab takeaways in the area, the food is always fresh and the staff always polite, prices are good too, always good for the occasions when you get home late and don' t want to cook

He estado allí muchas veces, la comida es siempre bien preparada, preparada justo y bien de precio. La entrega es gratuita y siempre ha sido rápido. Siempre me he optado por llevar o entrega como yo vivo muy cerca. El personal siempre es amable y educado. El restaurante parece estar bien dirigido, bien cuidado e higiénico. Easily the best kebab, we have winced moved house and live 6 miles away and won't go anywhere else. They deliver for no charge. Always fresh and hot, and very reasonably priced. Recommended.
