The best restaurants in Thanet South East

Sadly food was cold and chips were limp. Sad as normally it’s hot and prompt 😢

It's a Takeaway, Actually very good food. Quite a Reasonable price, Better than many others in Thanet. I recommend them. Plus They Deliver. Cash only.

Recommended to us as a good breakfast spot , so thought we had better try it. The premises was clean and tidy and we had a friendly reception . The menu contained the usual British breakfast items . We made our choices and what we ordered arrived shortly afterwards, well cooked and presented just we had ordered. Prices were reasonable too

Needing to put its boast to the test, I was first surprised at the prices, then the range of treats on offer 😊 Flat white and a dark chocolate Tunnock’s Teacake. I cannot testify to other establishments in town, but this was the best coffee I have had in ages. If in the area, take the weight off your feet and rest awhile with a very tasty coffee.

This is honestly the best kebab by FAR, nicest people.. great service!! Highly recommend .. we moved out the area & having tried the kebabs local to us now we travel back to get it from birch kebab because no one even comes close!

With all these flaming Marvel movies so thick so can’t brush your teeth sideways, what a relief it is to find a café that’s not themed round Batman or the Penguin or any of these unsavoury characters. Let’s hear it for Dennis the Menace! The barristers (yes, m’lud! order in court!) entered into the fun of things and took my order in character. The Swahili lady dressed as Gnasher was a particular highlight!!! I ordered eggs over easy on medium rye, with a side helping of deli meat, and some take out loose corned beef, in case I needed some pocket meat for the Big Match (Come on you reds!!!!!) To top it all, the UHT was served in a genuine Silver Jubilee jug. Imagine seeing all that beautiful milk pouring from Phil’s pursed lips. God bless you, Your Majesty.

Awful Pizza and sides avoid! Base wasn't cooked. Sides were cold. Had to reorder from dominos to save the situation. No care or attention had gone into anything, really disappointed.

Absolutely lovely service from the two gentlemen. Welcoming, efficient and friendly. Fish was delicious and freshly prepared and chips were good too!

Good local Indian Food. Lucky to have it in the corner for takeaway. I am not sure their indoor restaurant is still open as it looks a little abandoned. Overall good experience!

Iv had many takeaway meals delivered they have all been very very good always hot on arrival and packed very well you get large portion which are of great value

Massive Spoons. Lots of space, good food and friendly staff with great service, what's not to like?

When you order food and pay money up front you expect to receive the order not miss out on the food because the driver can’t be arsed to do the job they are paid to do. Each driver should be responsible for messing up an order and until they are made to be accountable they will become more and more useless at their job as there are no comebacks. The driver should be made to repay the customer what the customer has been charged for delivery as this might give the drivers an incentive.

Got a delivery and the food was very good, a little pricey, but that’s the times we live in. Was hot and fresh with great flavour. I would have it again.
