My foods freezing every time and you can’t even give the full amount back pathetic

The food was delivered cold (the crepe)

Food quality was awful when it turned up

I want my £1.20 back for my flipping banana slices it didn’t come with scammers

I put the order in at 7.30pm told its would be delivered at 7.45pm but never received it till about 8.25 not very happy upset to honest

The crepe was not how it was shown in the picture and the waffle was not warm at all spent quite a lot of money for cold waffles

I paid £13.50 for the pistachio crepe and it is tiny no where near what it looks like in the picture

they didn't give me my right thing

2 hours to deliver and food was freezing cold

courier lovely waffle sparce on the toppings probably 1 strawberry cut in to very thin slices not really worth the money

poor efforts this time! my milkshakes were late and I had to walk around the block to get my delivery because the delivery driver couldn't find my address, and the to top it off you've only gave me 1 super size out of the 2 I paid for! and you didn't mark any of the milkshakes so we could tell what was what. absolute joke!

Clean, staff is kind, free parking, food is what it should be. And some how they have kept price down to pre covid levels.

Absolute robbery, £12 for a waffle and can’t even give you a standard size scoop of ice cream, what I just received on two waffles was a joke

Ordered some cookie dough and waffle, probably the worst we’ve had from here, ice cream was maybe a teaspoons worth, the waffle was rock hard and the cookie dough was literally sludge and tasted uncooked completely, awful 😢

Bit of confusion with the delivery driver, i was trying to keep the dog quiet so opened the door early and seemed they expected me to come out the house to collect my order from their car window. Very unusual.

The pancakes and waffles were totally cold and the ice cream was a watery liquid for the prices you charge plus a tip a very bad experience and i feel you need to redund or do next order free

It was cold and soggy. Hardly any sauce despite paying extra for double.

Ordered a pistachio kunafa crepe using deliveroo. It came cold, dry and with out all the pistachio cream. Had the kunafa but without the actual cream it was dry and unpleasant to eat. Tried calling Kaspa’s but they were rude and unhelpful. Expensive. Bad food. Bad customer service. I’ve added pictures showing what it should look like compared to what I got.

what even was that!!! Don't bother wasting your money. Went for the new kunafa Dubai Chocolate Crepe & turnt up with absolutely zero pistachio in the kunafa. Both were cold and were very dry. Was meant to be a treat as we don't order desserts much and was part of a birthday. Gone so down hill!

Don't order by uber eats or just eat, your be lucky to receive it. Staff will not help you out..

delivery driver went to two different locations before making his way to us. when he arrived food was cold and ice cream was melted. When we asked him to wait to check our order he said it's not his problem and walked off.

food was not made to what is specified. the chimney cake was missing multiple ingredients.very disappointed

I’m not happy with the order. The packaging is not sealed, there are few bueno pieces and the product was completely cold and hard

The food is very delicious and all that d good value for money. But I always forget about a detail that I notice every time I visit....the plates! Omg the plates!! It looks like they just rinse them out, if you look underneath you see what I mean, on the top part of the plate it doesn't seem very clean either and obviously is covered with whatever dessert I ordered so I can't tell ...but it's actually vile! Are they washing the plates properly? Don't think so, imagine the cross contamination that might happen in the kitchen too!

Absolute joke, delivery guy told me kaspas was shut, told me to give him the code to cancel it, so now I am being refused a refund as he has received the code and says it's been delivered.. Kaspas are not helping me get a refund.

Came here after 7 pm. on a Sunday, and although I thought that there would be no one in (due to late hour), they were very busy. The place is extremely clean and all the staff are polite and attentive. The order came quickly, and everything was delicious. The only downside would be the smoothies, which were only crushed ice and no taste (no fruits, was tasting only as iced water). However, we still recommend them for the atmosphere and lovely staff members.

Normally we all love cheeky bit of Kaspas as a treat as this is not the first time we visited however this time was disappointing, not food wise, it was lovely well at least the part that was right. The lady at the till was lovely but lack of her understanding ruined this experience. First asked for a kids size portions and was told that they do not do it which clearly states otherwise on the website, ok no problem I thought ordered a normal portion, then asked for a drink by pointing with a finger and couple of times and asked for no ice and guess what, the drink that was brought to the table was different flavour/colour and with ice 🫢 at this point asked the lady about the different drink and she ofcourse said that it was me that pointed at a different colour one and even if I did point to the different one specifically said which colour and what flavour of the drink I wanted. Just left it at that as did not want to ruin experience for kids and the drink was nice. It was not bad overall , however it would be nice to get what you ordered and staff should be more aware of the menu.

A lovely place, great food, and lovely staff.

Was waiting in the next room over and kept checking the map to see where the driver was. Thought the map was glitching as the driver hadn't moved in 10 minutes. Looked outside the window and saw the driver parked outside and no movement for the next 10 minutes. Had to go outside and collect the food in the rain and was not offerend an apology or anything. Horrible service and wasted our time.

Being from the states there are quite a few things we've never heard of. The Oreo Chimney cake was really good. The employees were all very friendly.

The original time estimate was a bit off but once the driver collected the food the time was accurate and I got my food while it was still not and the ice cream was cold

Cookie dough was drinkable through a straw and also cold. Delivery driver was miserable but on time.

Didn’t arrive. Been expected to wait up to seven days for a refund, and pay a second time if I wanted another delivery sent out with the possibility of the same scenario occurring. Neither the establishment i ordered from or Just Eat had the details of the delivery driver which is just absurd, so one is reprimanded for the theft. Ridiculous ‘service’

1st time its happened but both the waffle and cinnamon bites were stone cold, the whipped cream was runny and not enjoyable at all. Will not be ordering again anytime soon.

It's a lovely place for a day out. With mouth watering tasty and delicious deserts. Wide selection of ice cream flavours. But the staff is a bit unprofessional and dour face. Please upgrade your staff.

If I could give minus three stars, I would we started off when we went in there and our order for one of the shakes was wrong when my partner went to the till to explain that she’s been overcharged for one she was told that she was wrong and what she was saying and they didn’t listen I don’t have any faults on the actual desserts. They were nice but one of the milkshakes tasted like it had a chemical in. I went to the till and explained that there was something wrong and it taste like chemical manager on duty kept telling me I was wrong and I insisted that she should investigated what I was tasting and she refused. I will be taking this further and I will be contacting EHO due to the incompetence of when they worried that something is seriously wrong with a taste of one of their products. My partner is in the toilet right now, being sick and that has Completely destroyed my first experience of trying your brand

This place couldnt be more of a joke. Been to other kaspas but this one is just staffed but completely incompetent morons. Seeing some of the other reviews here, regarding out if date first aid and screws sticking out the seats, im amazed it hasnt been shut down

Milkshake was ok thought it would taste slightly more like ferro and was super thick but it was nice the peanut stack slice was good salty and sweet and creamy and really enjoy it

Food was good kids loved it here until an incident. Advice to new customers is to make sure you check your seats before you sit down as our 4 year old daughter caught her foot on a screw in her seat. She was screaming in pain not one member of staff came over to see if everything was alright we had to go up and ask for a first aid kit. While they wondered off to find one our daughter was being sick in pain. Finally a member of staff come with a first aid kit that was 2 years out of date and practically empty with half eaten lockets and suncream. We asked of ice which took forever to arrive. All staff were hiding out the back on the phone to their manager as they didn't know what to do. As we went to leave to go to A&E a member of staff finally arrived to give us the accident book to fill out, then ran off out the back. We just wanted to get her foot cleaned as they couldn't supply a first aid kit for us to administer first aid to her.

My order is marked as delivered yet hasn't been delivered. Justeat tracker showed driver arrive on my road and then just drive away again.
