The food is very delicious and all that d good value for money. But I always forget about a detail that I notice every time I visit....the plates! Omg the plates!! It looks like they just rinse them out, if you look underneath you see what I mean, on the top part of the plate it doesn't seem very clean either and obviously is covered with whatever dessert I ordered so I can't tell ...but it's actually vile! Are they washing the plates properly? Don't think so, imagine the cross contamination that might happen in the kitchen too!

Came here after 7 pm. on a Sunday, and although I thought that there would be no one in (due to late hour), they were very busy. The place is extremely clean and all the staff are polite and attentive. The order came quickly, and everything was delicious. The only downside would be the smoothies, which were only crushed ice and no taste (no fruits, was tasting only as iced water). However, we still recommend them for the atmosphere and lovely staff members.

Normally we all love cheeky bit of Kaspas as a treat as this is not the first time we visited however this time was disappointing, not food wise, it was lovely well at least the part that was right. The lady at the till was lovely but lack of her understanding ruined this experience. First asked for a kids size portions and was told that they do not do it which clearly states otherwise on the website, ok no problem I thought ordered a normal portion, then asked for a drink by pointing with a finger and couple of times and asked for no ice and guess what, the drink that was brought to the table was different flavour/colour and with ice 🫢 at this point asked the lady about the different drink and she ofcourse said that it was me that pointed at a different colour one and even if I did point to the different one specifically said which colour and what flavour of the drink I wanted. Just left it at that as did not want to ruin experience for kids and the drink was nice. It was not bad overall , however it would be nice to get what you ordered and staff should be more aware of the menu.

Being from the states there are quite a few things we've never heard of. The Oreo Chimney cake was really good. The employees were all very friendly.

The original time estimate was a bit off but once the driver collected the food the time was accurate and I got my food while it was still not and the ice cream was cold

I didn’t get my order at all. I’m still waiting for a refund. I called my driver and told them they had the wrong address he proceeded to deliver my order anyways. I want my money back. As I didn’t get my order!

Cookie dough was drinkable through a straw and also cold. Delivery driver was miserable but on time.

Didn’t arrive. Been expected to wait up to seven days for a refund, and pay a second time if I wanted another delivery sent out with the possibility of the same scenario occurring. Neither the establishment i ordered from or Just Eat had the details of the delivery driver which is just absurd, so one is reprimanded for the theft. Ridiculous ‘service’

1st time its happened but both the waffle and cinnamon bites were stone cold, the whipped cream was runny and not enjoyable at all. Will not be ordering again anytime soon.

It's a lovely place for a day out. With mouth watering tasty and delicious deserts. Wide selection of ice cream flavours. But the staff is a bit unprofessional and dour face. Please upgrade your staff.

If I could give minus three stars, I would we started off when we went in there and our order for one of the shakes was wrong when my partner went to the till to explain that she’s been overcharged for one she was told that she was wrong and what she was saying and they didn’t listen I don’t have any faults on the actual desserts. They were nice but one of the milkshakes tasted like it had a chemical in. I went to the till and explained that there was something wrong and it taste like chemical manager on duty kept telling me I was wrong and I insisted that she should investigated what I was tasting and she refused. I will be taking this further and I will be contacting EHO due to the incompetence of when they worried that something is seriously wrong with a taste of one of their products. My partner is in the toilet right now, being sick and that has Completely destroyed my first experience of trying your brand

This place couldnt be more of a joke. Been to other kaspas but this one is just staffed but completely incompetent morons. Seeing some of the other reviews here, regarding out if date first aid and screws sticking out the seats, im amazed it hasnt been shut down

Milkshake was ok thought it would taste slightly more like ferro and was super thick but it was nice the peanut stack slice was good salty and sweet and creamy and really enjoy it

Food was good kids loved it here until an incident. Advice to new customers is to make sure you check your seats before you sit down as our 4 year old daughter caught her foot on a screw in her seat. She was screaming in pain not one member of staff came over to see if everything was alright we had to go up and ask for a first aid kit. While they wondered off to find one our daughter was being sick in pain. Finally a member of staff come with a first aid kit that was 2 years out of date and practically empty with half eaten lockets and suncream. We asked of ice which took forever to arrive. All staff were hiding out the back on the phone to their manager as they didn't know what to do. As we went to leave to go to A&E a member of staff finally arrived to give us the accident book to fill out, then ran off out the back. We just wanted to get her foot cleaned as they couldn't supply a first aid kit for us to administer first aid to her.

My order is marked as delivered yet hasn't been delivered. Justeat tracker showed driver arrive on my road and then just drive away again.

Expensive, Amazing looking range of waffles , desserts and icecreams by the scoop. Sadly nothing is gluten free or diabetic friendly. I got 2 large milkshakes on day of visit for house guests,

Sadly the service was very slow then scooped ice cream was hardly existent considering it's an ice cream parlour, you would think that there would be more Ice cream on the waffles as that's what people are In The Parlour for!?! Even my 2 year old grandson asked where his Ice cream was . My granddaughter enjoyed hers though as she had a sundae.

I ordered kaspas delivery on just eat. The delivery was quick, food was presented well and very fresh. The brownie cookie dough is delicious. I’ve also eaten in store a few times and it’s been just as good. Great place!

delivery was early and good was great apart missing straws for the slushy drinks.

Not happy that I had to drag my autistic son out the house to find the delivery driver as he couldn't find my house. Causing my son to have a major meltdown. I use this service for door to door delivery to avoid my son being traumatised. Very disappointed

I haven't had kaspas since they opened but man ain't these guys scrimping the scoops are to small I paid 10 quid for half a tub of Ben and Jerry's could of paid 5 quid for double the amount lol oh well at least the driver was pleasant and polite thank you just eat not so sure kaspas

The wrong order was delivered. Once again just eat have messed up. I can’t afford to re order as my order was over £50.

Waffle was overcooked with barely any sauce. Very dry and disappointing

One strawberry cut up and used for the whole pudding. They forgot to make sure that the chocolate came out of the bottle and the m&m’s were forgot in the base so the whole waffle was dry which wasn’t nice. Some staff are terrible at being bothered to make sure that the puddings are made to a decent standard but there are some that are brilliant. The staff need talking too

Absolutely appalling service. Bueno on the waffle were stale. Ordered a banella waffle and got a white chocolate bueno waffle instead. Turned up freezing cold. Ordered 2 milkshakes that taste nothing like what they’re supposed to. Daim milkshake tasted like banana and ferrero milkshake was just a vanilla milkshake with a few nuts at the bottom. Can’t phone them to rectify as they shut before the food was delivered. Everything went straight i Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would.

not the restaurants fault but was waiting for an hour and a half before a driver got assigned and was about 2 hours after i order before the food came.

Tasted good enough but barely any fruit on the Bananaberry crepe compared to whenever I’ve ordered countless times before. Quite disappointing.

The ice cream scoops that come with the specials are ridiculously tiny (like a quart of a scoop). I also don’t order very often any more as you can no longer add extras ie toppings or sauce and you no longer offer the dime/cherry bakewell/jammy dodger shakes which were the best ones. Food was okay but would have been better if we could still add toppings.

Bubble tea was awful, not what was advertised mango tea was more like milk rather then tea
