When you order food and pay money up front you expect to receive the order not miss out on the food because the driver can’t be arsed to do the job they are paid to do. Each driver should be responsible for messing up an order and until they are made to be accountable they will become more and more useless at their job as there are no comebacks. The driver should be made to repay the customer what the customer has been charged for delivery as this might give the drivers an incentive.

Missing ice cream .. and hot chocolate half filled and no cream

Order arrived cold. Delivery driver was driving around for a while and when he messaged to say he was here he wasn’t near the property. Food is cold and horrid.

my waffle was cold and hard where it was so cold

Cold, late, and was sitting waiting for a driver for over half an hour as was told when i phoned up

food took over an hour to arrive, phoned restaurant, and was advised food had left. when food did arrive it was stone cold and ice cream was melted. total waste of money for inedible food.

Great selection of deserts including gelatos, waffles, donuts and sundaes all at sensible prices. The staff are friendly and courteous and know about their deserts if you need to ask questions. Once seated, simply choose your desert from the menu, order and pay at the counter with your table number and they will bring your food over when it is ready. There's plenty of comfy seating available done up in an American Diner style. A great place for all the family to eat 10/10 :)

Outrageously overpriced, ordered 2 Sundaes £27 delivered, Ben & Jerry's from the Supermarket next time.

Absolutely delicious cookie dough dessert. Bit on the expensive side but so worth it as a special treat.

I got the New Raspberry Waffle and it was amazing. My grandson enjoyed his Brownie Waffle and £8 off , you can't complain

all my desserts were all over the place and ruined,my milkshakes dropped all over the floor as the delivery driver got out the vehicle. Thanks for ruining my night kaspas:) also spent 12pound on a blob of ice cream thankyou

Very nice but it used to have proper chocolate on it not sauce.

Nice desserta but dont order anything with the pistachio shredded topping. One mouthful and my gums were stabbed by the shards of needle like pistachios. My mouth has now been bleeding and had to get tweezers to pull them out or get infected if not

I paid £13 for the chocolate strawberries which were only half full and barely any kanfu at the bottom absolutely fuming

It’s ruined ordered ice cream the new one kunfar sundae pot and the kunfar chocolate pot both are completely unedible both half a pot not up to spec would like full refund

Food turned up cold i had the pistachio Kanafa and my crepe was empty no kanafa inside literally just a crepe with some chocolate sauce

Must be new staff as nothing was made fresh. Gonna avoid this one from now.

There was hardly any kunafa in the crepe and no pistachio cream, crepe was dry and Crispy and the Scoop of banana ice cream was the size of a sprout! Place is a joke now such a shame.

Food came ridiculously cold, they put next to nothing on the filling for the crepe. Abysmal, shocking and rude.

I put the order in at 7.30pm told its would be delivered at 7.45pm but never received it till about 8.25 not very happy upset to honest

The crepe was not how it was shown in the picture and the waffle was not warm at all spent quite a lot of money for cold waffles

I paid £13.50 for the pistachio crepe and it is tiny no where near what it looks like in the picture

poor efforts this time! my milkshakes were late and I had to walk around the block to get my delivery because the delivery driver couldn't find my address, and the to top it off you've only gave me 1 super size out of the 2 I paid for! and you didn't mark any of the milkshakes so we could tell what was what. absolute joke!

Clean, staff is kind, free parking, food is what it should be. And some how they have kept price down to pre covid levels.

Absolute robbery, £12 for a waffle and can’t even give you a standard size scoop of ice cream, what I just received on two waffles was a joke

Ordered some cookie dough and waffle, probably the worst we’ve had from here, ice cream was maybe a teaspoons worth, the waffle was rock hard and the cookie dough was literally sludge and tasted uncooked completely, awful 😢

Bit of confusion with the delivery driver, i was trying to keep the dog quiet so opened the door early and seemed they expected me to come out the house to collect my order from their car window. Very unusual.

The pancakes and waffles were totally cold and the ice cream was a watery liquid for the prices you charge plus a tip a very bad experience and i feel you need to redund or do next order free

Ordered a pistachio kunafa crepe using deliveroo. It came cold, dry and with out all the pistachio cream. Had the kunafa but without the actual cream it was dry and unpleasant to eat. Tried calling Kaspa’s but they were rude and unhelpful. Expensive. Bad food. Bad customer service. I’ve added pictures showing what it should look like compared to what I got.

what even was that!!! Don't bother wasting your money. Went for the new kunafa Dubai Chocolate Crepe & turnt up with absolutely zero pistachio in the kunafa. Both were cold and were very dry. Was meant to be a treat as we don't order desserts much and was part of a birthday. Gone so down hill!

delivery driver went to two different locations before making his way to us. when he arrived food was cold and ice cream was melted. When we asked him to wait to check our order he said it's not his problem and walked off.

I’m not happy with the order. The packaging is not sealed, there are few bueno pieces and the product was completely cold and hard

The food is very delicious and all that d good value for money. But I always forget about a detail that I notice every time I visit....the plates! Omg the plates!! It looks like they just rinse them out, if you look underneath you see what I mean, on the top part of the plate it doesn't seem very clean either and obviously is covered with whatever dessert I ordered so I can't tell ...but it's actually vile! Are they washing the plates properly? Don't think so, imagine the cross contamination that might happen in the kitchen too!

Absolute joke, delivery guy told me kaspas was shut, told me to give him the code to cancel it, so now I am being refused a refund as he has received the code and says it's been delivered.. Kaspas are not helping me get a refund.

Normally we all love cheeky bit of Kaspas as a treat as this is not the first time we visited however this time was disappointing, not food wise, it was lovely well at least the part that was right. The lady at the till was lovely but lack of her understanding ruined this experience. First asked for a kids size portions and was told that they do not do it which clearly states otherwise on the website, ok no problem I thought ordered a normal portion, then asked for a drink by pointing with a finger and couple of times and asked for no ice and guess what, the drink that was brought to the table was different flavour/colour and with ice 🫢 at this point asked the lady about the different drink and she ofcourse said that it was me that pointed at a different colour one and even if I did point to the different one specifically said which colour and what flavour of the drink I wanted. Just left it at that as did not want to ruin experience for kids and the drink was nice. It was not bad overall , however it would be nice to get what you ordered and staff should be more aware of the menu.

Came here after 7 pm. on a Sunday, and although I thought that there would be no one in (due to late hour), they were very busy. The place is extremely clean and all the staff are polite and attentive. The order came quickly, and everything was delicious. The only downside would be the smoothies, which were only crushed ice and no taste (no fruits, was tasting only as iced water). However, we still recommend them for the atmosphere and lovely staff members.

Was waiting in the next room over and kept checking the map to see where the driver was. Thought the map was glitching as the driver hadn't moved in 10 minutes. Looked outside the window and saw the driver parked outside and no movement for the next 10 minutes. Had to go outside and collect the food in the rain and was not offerend an apology or anything. Horrible service and wasted our time.

Being from the states there are quite a few things we've never heard of. The Oreo Chimney cake was really good. The employees were all very friendly.

The original time estimate was a bit off but once the driver collected the food the time was accurate and I got my food while it was still not and the ice cream was cold

I didn’t get my order at all. I’m still waiting for a refund. I called my driver and told them they had the wrong address he proceeded to deliver my order anyways. I want my money back. As I didn’t get my order!
