We were down in Broadstairs and decided to visit Beano because we had been there before. Unfortunately I am now in a wheelchair but this was no trouble the staff opened the double doors and took away a chair so my wheelchair fitted comfortably underneath the table. As usual my husband had the full English and I had bacon, egg, bubble and mushrooms washed down with a gorgeous cup of coffee. The whole meal came to just under £10.00 - bargain! The one thing I have to say is that the toilets are spotless - always a sign of a good restaurant. When we had finished again the staff opened up the double doors to let me out! We are down again at the end of this month so see you then Beano!

We popped into Beano for breakfast on a Saturday morning as we had been before and the food was lovely. I am in a wheelchair and could not get it through the one door that was open but it was not a problem as one of the staff kindly opened the other door, helped me in and moved one of the chairs from a table so that I could fit in. My husband had a full English breakfast with a cup of tea and I had egg, bacon, mushrooms and bubble - all of which was delicious, piping hot and only came to less than £10.00! Thank you Beano for a nice start to the day. We will be back.

I seem to have got the short straw.I'm dyslexic and aspergers.I was trying to read the menu and the cook was rushing me. When I asked for a decaf coffee as my included drink I was told it would be extra. I said "really" and he backed down, so now I feel like I have short changed them. When I left the cook was standing next to me so O smiled and gave him a big smile. He hardly made eye contact and grunted at me. Was made to feel welcome so won't go back.I have honestly had much mute friendly service from the school leavers working in MacDonalds.

We came out of the station and spotted this place opposite so decided it was a good place to stop for breakfast. We were right and had a lovely BIG breakfast here filling up ready for the day ahead. Prices were reasonable and food brought out not too quickly, not too slow. It was also very delicious and prepared just how I like it.

Ottima colazione inglese e buon personale. Nonostante non fossi molto attirata dal locale mi sono dovuta ricredere.

Called in on my way to the train station. Had a Traditional breakfast that consisted of Bacon, Sausage, Egg, Beans, Chips and Bread & Butter with a lovely cup of tea all for £4:95. Food was outstanding, service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and polite. If ever I'm in the area again, I will certainly be popping in. Thanks Guys 👍🏼

We were down in Broadstairs and thought we would give Beano another try. My husband had the full English breakfast (although by now it was nearly 12.00!) and I just had egg, bacon and mushrooms. The food came up within about ten minutes and was lovely and hot. The bacon was thick and not too salty and the mushrooms were well cooked and the egg not too runny. The coffee I had was also lovely. The bill came to just over £10 so you cannot complain about value. All in all a good experience for breakfast and we would definitely go again. The other people in there seemed to like it as well as the waitress only collected empty plates. Also the toilets are very clean, which is what I look for in any eating establishment. Keep it up Beano!

One of a chain of Beanos, this one facing Broadstairs library. I would not call the food delicious, but reasonably priced and served quickly. Thanks to this I was able to follow up on a frankfurter especial grill with a mix fruit and ice cream and still catch the train. Tables are cleared promptly and they are cleaner than outside implies. Although the word dinners is on window, closing time is always 4pm daily. Hurry for the Christmas lunch specials under £190 for 3 courses. Expect the Sun to read or a Thanet paper, not the serious press.

It may be a bit basic but value for money it was very good. Omelettes were enough for two and breakfasts very tasty.please use Heinz sauce, it makes a big difference. Very honest but simple food

This is a below average breakfast. 1 fried egg, bacon, nasty cheap sausage and cheap home brand over cooked baked beans and the worst cup of tea I've had in England and cost over £4. I won't be going back.

We were in Broadstairs for the weekend and usually go to Sinatras for breakfast but they are closed for rennovation. So we carried on walking and found Beano, which looked okay from the outside just your usual cafe. We both ordered the breakfasts and they came out piping hot and very tasty. The bacon was very thickly cut and well cooked and I had hash browns and fresh tomotoes (which is unusual for a cafe as they are usually tinned). They also do lovely coffee. The bill was just under £10 which I thought was very good. The place was also lovely and clean. Would recommend this place and will definitely visit again.

even a mug of tea in this excellent group of cafes is pleasure, from breakfast to allday meals you cannot go wrong, although i am married and retired one of my great pleasures is to nip to my local ramsgate branch for a full english, you do not need to be rich to enjoy this luxury, long may they reign as kings in the cafe business.

Cannot fault the food at all pork and the halibut both cooked to perfection. Lovely girls serving but whilst we would have liked a dessert plates not cleared and no one asked. 10% service charge

Sadly this fish and chip shop has declined since our last visit. Grumpy argumentative staff, complaining to each other whilst the customer stands in front of them. Poor quality fish and chips soggy ,

Worst pie and mash takeaway ever. Burnt to a crisp. Had to throw in the bin. Won't be getting food from here again. Picture attached.
