The best restaurants in Tandridge South East

We've been twice this week, it's so lovely. The decor is beautiful, the service is great and the prices are very reasonable. There is also a huge selection to choose from on the menu. The Mr Whippy ice cream is one of the best I've ever had, I would definitely recommend!

I used to really like this pub for food however (I know… I should probably expect on this day) the Valentine’s Day menu was hell. The staff are very friendly can’t fault them but we have said we will never go back again due to the food. The chipotle chicken starter had mainly chicken but some random bits of pork in there ? Drowned in bbq sauce. They had NO steaks (our reservation wasn’t late) We weren’t told this until after we ordered. I went for the “rotisserie 1/2 chicken” instead, now I’m no expert... but you can’t call 2 plain chicken legs half a rotisserie chicken 😂 you have to laugh. The chocolate bomb- the sauce was barely warm - so after hacking at it for a bit I didn’t even eat it because the sponge inside was semi thawed and bland. Poor poor food.

We held my Mum’s 80th Birthday here. My Mum is severely disabled (and also has Dementia) I honestly can’t praise the Staff enough! From the minute I turned up, to the minute we all left, every single Staff member was absolutely AMAZING! 🌟 They arranged the tables exactly how I asked them to, they dressed the tables exactly as I asked them to. This wasn’t an easy task as it involved re arranging the whole Conservatory to get the setting exactly how I wanted it! I had my full on Diva head on for my Mum’s Special Day!!! I would like to say an extra mention to Daniel (assistant manager) who throughout the whole day, went above and beyond for me, and continued to do so for all our guest! Thank you Daniel… 🌟 The Conservatory is a truly beautiful space, with a fantastic menu ~ the food is outstanding, as are the selection of drinks! We honestly had The Best Day… Thank you so much Betsy & Family xx

Went for dinner here this evening and the food was delicious! The atmosphere was great as the pub was lovely and cosy, and Gillian made us feel very welcome, providing amazing service and great recommendations. Will definitely be returning 😊

Really friendly, efficient staff, decent prices, no-one seemed to be bothered by the kids running around (maybe I'm old school, but a pub ain't a crèche).

Worst Chinese I've ever had called to complain didn't seem to care

I have just enjoyed a Large Chicken Kebab from Perfect Kebab which was cooked exactly as per my telephone order. It was ready at the time agreed once again excellent in every way.

On Saturday 9 of us went there for dinner and it brilliant, such a nice pub and amazing food

A good range of local beers. The bacon and sausages are really good.

Outstanding food, great staff and brilliant music at the weekend. An experience worth trying. A great menu at a very reasonable price. Am going again with friends and family

Nice staff in this Cafe Nero, but all the coffee varieties seem to come out looking the same. Cappuccino, flat white, latte etc.

If there was a negative option in the review, I would definitely select that one, I went to get a food as I was looking for. The guy was asking, should I toasted the tortilla. If you not toasted the tortilla, it is not good for health. Also no customer service, and no communication skills. Don’t know have to serve customers. Wasted my money. I also asked one question, he didn’t answer me and ignore my question. Very rude and disappointing. Only nice display, zero professionalism and customer service.

This is what I call a ‘proper’ pub. Quality beers, lagers and wine. No food, no large numbers of kids going mad. An absolute oasis of relaxation along with professional bar staff that make you feel welcomed and valued as a customer Simply the best around

Food never arrived, this happened more than once and this should be removed form just eat!
