A nice little place to stop in fo you work in the area Lovely.Looking cafe with nice open sitting area.Great layout The food and the drinks was outstanding. Ood quality food. Only criticism I can get was the person serving. Not very talkative felt like I was ordering from a brick. Really communicatfound that quite rude. But the work in the kitchen who bring the food out was friendly and polite.

A nice friendly little Cafe with lovely staff. It is very bright store and clean, it’s a fantastic place for a catch up or a quick coffee.

Nice cafe, usually has a nice atmosphere. Sadly only one vegan option on the menu (a sandwich) and is was served with coleslaw which after asking we were told has egg and milk in it. I ordered the sandwich once and it had margarine in it. Not sure they really understand what vegan means! Not great. Vegan cake options are very unappetising.

I would bother going here we played nearly 20 pound for one bacon sandwich that had two pieces of horrible bacon and an egg and bacon half sandwich!

Have driven past this cafe lots of times, it looks inviting. I've visited twice now in the past few days. There are reviews with regard to the staff's attitude. My 2nd visit was today, I ordered a large warm soya latte and a croissant, the lady serving asked where I was sitting, apart from me there was only 1 seated customer ?? Anyways my coffee was hot 🔥 not warm, I asked the lady serving if she could put some cold milk in a small jug, It'll cool down you know .. was her reply, she put about a table spoon of milk in a jug, I asked if the milk was being rationed, you'll have to pay i got told.. Happy to say she half filled the jug and did not charge. Not impressed 😕

Where do I start about this absolute. We was passing by looking rather nice inside. And the start of our horror show begun. We ordered 2 breakfasts after 30 minutes our breakfast arrived. And the order was completely mixed up on both plates. They come back with our food and my breakfast after another 20 minutes of waiting and my food was stone cold freezing. The toast nearly crunched my back tooth out it’s was rock hard. My co worker who was working with me this day begun choking on the sausages that he ate and couldn’t continue he’s breakfast saying it was a horrific taste. They have young staff who don’t have a brain between them and it’s like talking to a zombie. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Visited for the first time today and certainly won't be going back! Absolutely awful customer service from the man who appeared to be in charge. He was rude to us, his own staff and a poor elderly woman who simply questioned the price of her drinks. "Hurry up and make her drinks, so this woman can leave and never come back" were his words that were most shocking. Vile.

Yes this place has changed. Poor customer service. Long wait for food and drink. Just look at this flat white. I was served £3.15 joke.

Really nice place especially when it is sunny and all windows/doors are kept open. Very nice coffee too but my croissant was as good as the Tesco premade ones.

Lovely place to meet up with friends and have a coffee and a chat. Staff are very friendly and they don't rush you to leave. Lovely and clean and lots of lovely smells coming from the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

If you arrive 40 min before closing time just like us be prepared to receive the worst customer care ever. The young grumpy lady with piercing in her nose didn’t even give us a chance to order. She immediately said “only take away. We are closing soon”. (?) I felt like running away from there straight away, but instead I challenged her saying we still had time, so we would have our coffee and cake. She made us feel very uncomfortable. To make things worse, the chocolate cake was rather dry, so I asked to exchange it for the strawberry cake when this other lady stepped in and started to argue with me saying that the cake was fresh and that didn’t make any sense in an extremely defensive and arrogant way. Let alone everything there is so OVERPRICED. I wonder if this older lady was the owner of the place. I bet not! Who had the bad idea of hiring this pathetic and unprofessional person? After 10 min being there this woman started to rush us by putting the chairs up , cleaning the place. I should imagine a business does that after closing their doors and with no customers inside. Do not recommend this place at all. Appalling customer care!

Do you ever browse Deliveroo and just think oooooo I’ll try there? Well tonight was an absolute WIN!! I’m regular at Coffee & Creams as is the wife and mother in law … I mean Jesus we all go there! We’ve been desperate to try the evening menu but with a 14mth old it’s hard to get that date. Well low and behold whilst perusing my favourite delivery app … BOOM … there it is Coffee & Creams. Pizzas ordered, 35mins at the door, pipping hot and delivered with a smile and friendly face, we sit tuck in and couldn’t be happier! Great food, great price, great service. Don’t be late to the party …. Give it a go!!

Cappuccino tasty buy would have preferred it to be warmer

Please offer customers the bottle of ketchup rather than a pathetic squeeze into an extremely wasteful and environmentally damaging bulk-bought plastic pot. Seemed like a bit of a sad attempt at saving a few pence on condiment use. Customer satisfaction should surely be a priority? For the price we paid it seemed we didn’t get very much food. The bagel had chopped up bacon rather than actual rashers - it was clear that it was another way to save on costs and ingredients. When charging £6 for this, I expect more. A few leaves of rocket and very milky scrambled egg. No salt or pepper was given until we had got half way through the food, and even then they only brought a pot of pepper. Knives and forks plonked on the end of the table. Not much courtesy from waiting staff. Nice enough place but we left disappointed.

Nice little coffee shop. With a relaxing cozy atmosphere. Although I didn't eat there, there is a nice selection of breakfast and lunch options. They also do ice-cream and waffles. They also have out door seating.

Really good coffee. It is very popular and always busy. You can sit in or out with some benches on the small green by the library. Westway common is just across the road.

Had the worst sandwhich ever ! it was chicken doused in so much barbeque sauce, the sandwhich was really soggy. Wait - there was more :chutney and tomato and a slice of cheese in it too ! The worst combination ever. I keep going here thinking am supporting the local shops - but honestly this is not the first time my food turned out to be so bad.

Non plussed Manager (who is also the owner), who made no effort to even acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter, only acknowledged and served me once I had asked for something. Apparently he was 'sorting other bits out first'. Product served was overpriced, under portioned £4.40 for two tiny scoops of ice cream. First and last visit. Staff who work for owner are pleasant and polite though, something he should learn from.

A lovely location however the staff leave a lot to be desired. Not at all friendly or welcoming. The hot chocolate was very bland and the food is pretty overpriced for what it is. The cake was nice but I could get it for cheaper if I bought it from costco myself… would love it if the ice cream flavours had labels but not sure I’ll be back to try them.

Nice lil cafe. Very friendly staff. I liked the taste of cappuccino ☕️ the coffee beans felt like premium quality. Their breakfast menu looked good but not much variety in waffles which is what they publicise outside... there were not much options. I expected freshly made waffle but it was Belgian waffle from a pack and a cold one which is why four star not five . I will probably visit again to try out egg avo toast and specially to have that cappuccino again.

I’ve passed it several times and finally decided to head in and try this place out today. Lots of potential in the place but first impressions are uninspiring. Seems a bit overpriced and menu system confusing. Basic things like ice cream labels are missing (I guess you just select by colour?!). Waffles on the board outside but took a while to find the option on the menu. Cake selection again was limited and didn’t look all that appetising. It’s not bad though and is in a good spot with a lack of alternatives. Warrants a second visit.

Much like England’s performance playing Scotland, this place has a lot of promise but lacklustre in its execution of good food ideas and coffee. Food ideas are great; the food itself varies between ok and good enough; the coffee is weak and tasteless - I might as well put half a teaspoon of instant in a cup myself. The owner never ever smiles or gives eye contact. He seems miserable in general. His staff seem nicer and at least apologise when food is slow to arrive. Perhaps it is stress and that is understandable. But if that’s the measure, he’s always stressed. Always miserable. And he’s not helping his business to sustain itself. Last time I was here my waffles and food were burnt. Still ate it because you want to give independent places a chance, especially during COVID times. Today my food took ages because there was an ‘incident in the kitchen.’ When it came eventually, it was hot yes, but flavourless. Coffee again was weak. This place wants to be a great cafe and it’s frustrating to see a place with so much promise, in such a great sun trap location, deliver poor food, drink and service. Good service and food means customers return. Unfortunately I’ve given it three to four chances, and so has my partner; we pay prices that expect better quality. But we are always disappointed. Not returning.

Lovely, friendly coffee shop. Delicious cakes and sandwiches, the Salt Beef Club is a personal favourite! The staff are truly wonderful here and their current takeaway service during lockdown has been a lifeline as a new Mum.

Come here on a regular basis and the ladies are always so friendly and coffee/smoothie excellent. I came last week only to be shouted at by a older Gentleman ‘no dogs allowed’ as I was standing by the door (not in the shop). All I wanted to say was if I would order a quick coffee from outside for takeaway as I was passing on my dog walk. Sad to say, I will not be returning which is upsetting as my friends and I used to visit on a regular basis for a catch up and breaky! Manners cost nothing and the fact people are providing your wages, you should be friendly and welcoming and act as though you actually want to work.

Have visited several times now as I am fairly local. Very friendly and extremely nice food and drinks. The place is very small and the only downside is that when busy the service can be very slow. Allow yourself time - chill out and relax and you will enjoy.

Came for lunch with my partner and our small baby. We positioned our pram tucked in next to an available table, and the owner / member of staff marched straight over and said we couldn’t have the pram next to us and would have to move it next to the door. It’s a freezing cold day and our baby is a few months old. He then asked if we would be taking ‘it’ (our baby girl) out of the pram or not. His whole manner was extremely rude and unwelcoming - we were made to feel like a nuisance in front of the entire cafe. Needless to say we left immediately. Would not recommend to anyone - whether you have a baby or not!!

Lovely little spot. Not brilliant for getting buggies in & out. & while they do have some toys in a box for little ones they are all broken or have parts missing. Coffee is nice though & staff are pretty friendly.

I was killing time when the car was being valeted, have driven past the establishment many, many time always vowing to visit, well then I did, lovely warm welcome everywhere looking extremely clean, ordered a cappucino which was delivered to my table outside. Lovely corner slot, very busy but able to get seated. Will probably visit again this time with y husband.

Did not like the way the staff opened all packaging with their teeth and then served it.

Great for just a coffee or breakfast/lunches and lovely in the summer as door and windows open fully. Staff always welcoming and friendly and the two brothers that own it are very friendly and engaging. Coffee is well made and option for take outs.

Having gone past at different time in the week and seen the cafe busy I decided on my day off to try for myselfUnfortunately I have to agree with another customer who felt the older guy behind the counter was rude uninterested and condescending. As this was my first visit I have nothing else to compare it with. I had an ice coffee and piece of cake which meet the standards I was expecting perhaps slightly more expensive than other places locally, but acceptable. I will be visiting again this week as I had already made plans to meet a friend there and will then be able to compare my experience, which will be interesting
