The staff members were so helpful and quick getting the drinks and were super friendly and they put extra milk in my hot chocolate as it was too hot so wonderful service all together

My favorite coffee shop in Oxted, always good coffee and tasty food. They were open on boxing day, which was so nice of them.

The coffee shop it's self is a little dated in its self,To connect to the Wifi is a little jarring, The coffee and The biscuits Good . The cake slices are the smallest I've ever seen. The must anoring thing is the amount of people that walk straight the street and use the toilet and not purchasing anything from the shop

Staff great in here. I visit frequently. There are elderly locals who the staff know and help everytime with ensuring they're seated and bringing their coffee to them. Great place often busy.

Awful chain that hasn’t paid tax in the UK for decades (google it!) … we are in the middle of a cost of living crises and every penny that is sent to shell companies overseas is a leakage to the UK economy and makes us all poorer - spend your money with locally owned, tax paying companies instead!

Great staff, service and coffee

It can get quite busy but they always seem to have tables available. Between the coffee machines and people, it can get quite noisy.

I like the coffee here. Best place to get a espresso this side of Italy apparently. Warm environment. Was allowed to sit with my dog in this one.

Sadly the poorest of any Nero, always dirty throughout, Panini's never properly melted and always a struggle to get a table due to amount of people basing themselves there all day. In desperate need of a proper shakeup

This used to be a great place for a coffee. Now it's a lottery as to whether you get a descent coffee or not. Only staff member to serve a good latte is Bridget. Everyone else is either new as they can't keep staff or the manager. I now have changed coffee shops as I was spending £3000 a year there and don't intend to do so anymore

Reliable food and drink. Efficient service. Not the most comfortable place to sit and chat, and beware of the seats at the back (very close to the toilet).

The trainee was awful and so unprofessional i wouldn't come here again just because of her. The other member of staff had to do everything including having to finish my order while she just stood around wiping her nose and disappearing out the front to vape. She also stood behind the counter drinking energy drinks she was clearly very unwell or very hungover

Caffè Nero are normally very good everywhere we've been, unfortunately on this visit to Oxsted someone had allowed their dog to foul the pavement outside then people had walked through it and walked it into the cafe. They were busy so nobody had made any attempt to clean it up neither inside or outside where a bucket of hot water would have worked wonders. Furthermore the place was also very untidy which is not the normal for Caffè Nero. We found this quite unpleasant and therefore the hot chocolate and latte we had was a waste as we didn't enjoy it on this occasion.

Good place here, seats could do with a good clean in my opinion, doesn't help when all the staff inc, the manager are speaking Hungarian all time, rude if you ask me.outside looks naff considering it had a make over not that long ago.

Disappointed to arrive an hour before closing to find they were shutting up shop, kicking people out and no explanation.

Very busy on a Saturday morning and had to wait a while for service. All outside tables and chairs were occupied so we took a corner table by the window. We just had coffee so cannot comment on any food.

Generally its very good here. Most of the staff a very good though sometimes the coffee just isn't hot enough despite asking for it extra hot. Hence the 4 stars.

Sat in here to do my work with a hot chocolate and sausage sandwich and asked to eat in. When the woman mistakenly gave me a takeout bag I asked for it to be eaten in, and she gave me the dirtiest look and biggest eye roll. Staff couldn't have been more rude. Not a pleasant feeling to have to sit and feel so unwelcomed.

Can't say too much but the staff there have a fantastic social conscience (not sure if the firm encourages/allows so purposely vague here). Oh, and really good coffee & cakes too. 'Triffic'.

Enjoyed an early breakfast at 06:30 this morning. Hearty sausage sandwich whilst I caught up with work emails, friendly fast service. Outdoor seating as well is quite nice before the traffic builds.

My dogs can come in with me, the staff offer water if you have not brought your own. There have been up to six dogs inside at one time and every one behaved well. Many other places need to adopt such a tolerant attitude to digs

Again sat outside having a nice coffee. Oxted school children not even buying anything taking all the seats so paying customers have nowhere to sit 😢

Love Caffe Nero, love the coffee.

Use Cafe Nero quite often as wife enjoys panini and coffee. The one at Oxted reasonable with good atmosphere. Our preferance is for coffee americano and Nero do make quite strong which is good for us. They also do best panini on hotplate panini grill making them crisp. Unlike Costa who tend to use microwave type oven which make them soggy.

Hit and miss in my experience. Went there on Friday and it was fairly quiet - the coffee was great. Went on Saturday and it was really busy - the milk wasn't frothed that well.

Coffe is ok, as it should be for coffee shop prices. Service is never particularly energized, and the typical for minimal for British. The door is obscenely loud as it smashes closed. The seats are either uncomfortable or sometimes grotty and torn with the stuffing coming out. The best table that seats four is always taken up by one person who has been sat there with a laptop since before I entered and after I left and not ordered a single drink or biscuit in that time.

Great coffee (free Tuesday pm with O2) and toasted teacake. Excellent latte and cortado.

Nice enough place, but personally, I did not enjoy it very much. The guy who served me was very unhelpful, I did not enjoy the coffee very much (strong but not very good), and the table did not feel very clean.

Staff are so rude. It's like you are inconveniancing them by standing at the counter waiting to order. No friendliness at all. Especially the woman serving on the morning of Saturday 18th Feb. They made my partner a mocha which wasn't to his taste. He asked for a little more chocolate and they were really defensive and so shocked that he had asked! I definately won't be coming back here ever again.
