The best restaurants in Staines Spelthorne South East

I like this chain of restaurants. Quirky decor, usually happy staff, comfy chairs. I've been to the Rugby, Uxbridge and Staines sites before. Unfortunately, this visit was not great. The kitchen staff aren't good at wearing their hair coverings. My son found a long hair in his dinner. I wanted to tell a server, but no one came to ask how our meal was. We cleared our own table. To be fair, it was Mother's Day and it looked as though staff were quite busy. After spending 80 on dinner for 4 people plus a tip (one must pay that before you actually receive the service) I was underwhelmed. I had to ask three times for the water cooler to be refilled. My own meal was served with a cold egg. The server did take it back, and the kitchen redid it, but then the egg was overcooked and hard. At that point, I gave up and just didn't eat anything for dinner.

Great restaurant, excellent food menue. The food was tasty, not long to wait and reasonably priced. The staff were polite, attentive, and helpful. Excellent choice of drinks, reasonable price. I will definitely visit again.

Disgusting toilets, no one maintains them clean in all day, no toilet tissue

I have visited Costa Coffee twice, ( in elmsleigh shopping center)and unfortunately, both times I had a disappointing experience with one of the female staff members (short hair – I don’t know her name). Her attitude was quite impolite, and the level of service did not meet expectations. I believe customer service is a key part of the café experience, and I hope the management will take this into consideration to improve staff training and ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers.

My self and my fianćee have been going to Zizzi's in staines for the past 2 year's. My fianćee is GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE. Without fail, every month we go, my fianćee has her food delivered to the table first and the management (Ritesh & Natalie) always get the order right to the point where we dont have to mention the allergens as they know. The kitchen team cook the food to perfection and my fianćee has always enjoyed her food. Each month we try our best to remember to leave a review but ive not mentioned the Gluten or Dairy free before but i feel that it deserves to be mentioned when not only the kitchen team, but the management (Ritesh & Natalie) do an amazing job. We'l be in again on 30th April with 2 friends and again on 4th May (wedding celebration) as we get married on 3rd May.

Ashton gave us the best customer service when we needed help using a voucher which wasn’t working. He was so helpful and super friendly. Turned our evening around!

Nice. Not bad at all. The bubble and squeak wasn't as good as the one at The Cricketers or The Jovial Sailor as well as the Eton Mess. Nachos always are a hit and wine was served chilled which I really do appreciate as believe it or not so many places serve white wine but rarely chilled.

It took over an hour for delivery from time of ordering. I had to call to check where my order was. Ended up being about 30 minutes later than indicated at time of order...

Food not fresh. Disrespectful place does not have the courtesy to provide clean fresh food, shame on you.

We had a takeaway for my birthday…this is the second time we’ve had a takeaway from here and once again it was excellent, best Indian takeaway in Staines… we ordered online with a time slot and the food arrived hot and on time…..well done everyone involved….we will be back

We came as a group of six at the weekend. The food was delicious. We tried different things and can recommend the fish curry, chilli lamb and honey cauliflower. We loved the fact it was a different menu to all the Indian restaurants we go to and can't wait to visit again.
