Delightful ambience at this Costa Coffee .Nice comfortable funcy seats, overlooking the Staines shopping center.Staff was helpful & friendly.Keep up the good work 🌟💯👑🤩

Customer service is terrible, the baristas are so rude, asked for an iced coffee they said they just said they didn’t have it, asked for another iced drink and they shouted at us that they don’t have any iced drinks, why didn't they explain to us in the first place they have no iced drinks or even a sign somewhere saying no iced drinks instead of shouting at us like its our fault. Not the first time having a bad experience in that place

Stopped by for some coffee here while I was visiting Staines. This place is located inside a shopping complex up on the first floor so it is quite peaceful and quiet. The service is excellent and the coffee great as always.

A very place to sit, have a coffee and relax. Staff are very friendly and shop has options to choose from snacks.

Shop opened 08:34 not as shown on opening time 8:30 , seven people waiting outside the door . Two ladies working , both speaking Polish amongst themselves, both unhappy no costumer service no smile no nothing , I’m even suprised I got thank you for payment . If staff working there read this - please change your job if this one’s making you unhappy!

Not much fresh food available at 2 o'clock on Saturday. Very busy. Most too. Staff were working hard to get the queue down at counter I think.

This was a very nice place pre pandemic. The staff now don't give a hoot about service, this I fear is due to shortage of staff, leaving the others to fill the spots. Dirty tables left strewn with crockery. Queue was quite long with two people in front of me informing me that she didn't like the place as the service was dreadful. I was only there to buy a thank you card for someone

Fast service and friendly staff

Nice coffee, as usual, but must have been short of staff. Quite a few tables hadn't been cleared. The ones that had been cleared were left dirty.

Had tea with my partner here and it was so nice. They gave us these little teapots and enough milk for 2 cups each. Very cozy and comfortable place to relax for a few minutes.

Very clean, and looks like it's been refurbished which is really pleasant. Food and drinks were good, and staff were very friendly. The only downside is that I found it quite expensive.

I absolutely love my flat white at Costa elmsleigh centre Staines, we often have coffee out, I personally love Costa coffee as it’s consistently good, our preference is the one in the centre as it’s perfectly done for us, the staff are very efficient, friendly and the coffee is hot and tasty. I know coffee should be drunk at a warm temperature but we like it hot, just ask and they do and good coffee.

I keep saying the same thing ... great coffee, great staff, I juust love the place:)

Really like Costa coffee in the Elmsleigh, recently refurbished now very comfortable with nice staff.

Hate having to wait in a queue for 10-15 mins for a average coffee Costa have made me want to try every other coffee shop to see if the same experience

Standard Costa. Nothing special. But frienfly staff and good service.

I like sitting there with my family and playing Ispy with the kids looking through the glass screen baby chinos are free which is a bonus. Sometimes there is a slow queue though, thats the only negative ive found.

This Costa is my regular for lunchtime coffee. I am always very happy with the service and the staff that work there are always friendly. It is pretty popular and does get busy!

I asked for a skinny latte ...expected to be shown the milk before it was made ... think I expected to much ...lol

It is rather quiet in here today and the cafe is separated enough from the shopping center that it doesn't feel too full. The music is a good level and the staff are friendly and reasonably quick at preparing the coffee. Probably will come again

Service can be a bit slow, but that's likely because they are always so busy. Very accommodating for parents with babies who need to feed. Right next door to baby changing toilet

Very poor quality drinks, staff unsure of products and how to make certain drinks

Stopped for bite to eat - ham & cheese toastie and drinks - peach iced tea and coffee. Had what must have been a new member of staff who was nice - needed help from another staff member - I have no problem with this but please let customers know that this is a trainee person so people don't get cross if they are a bit slower. Coffee and toastie hot, tables kept clean.

Costa coffee is the brand for me when I'm out and about and need a little pick me up or cafine boost.On this occasion I had one of their Hot chocolates which usually comes with marshmallows and whipped cream.,I opted out of those two choices as I personally find the Hot chocolate sweet enough and don't even add sugar.It has a lovely smooth chocolatey taste without any of the chalky after taste..and it was piping hot so the cup warmed my hands whilst I waited for my bus home.A great sweet treat on these cold winter days.

Very disappointed went into costa in elmsliegh centre in Staines had a black forest hot chocolate I when I got my drink I ask where the marshmallow and flake were as had one where I live and it came with them I was told that they were extra I told the girl serving that she didn't ask me it I wanted them her reply was what she gave me was a standard Black Forest my reply was she should of asked me. I think this sales assistant needs to go back to training as if she doesn't ask the customer if they would like the extras how are they supposed to know they are available.
