The Service and food here was very good. Ben was our sever and gave us a very warm welcome. He took our order in a timely manor and continued to offer a friendly, efficient service.

Ben is by far the most attentive server I’ve met. Nothing is too much trouble. So on the ball! Friendly and kind and handsome to 😉

Food is always great and fast service. Ben our waiter was a star and super friendly. Considering how busy the restaurant was, we were really happy with how fast the service was.

Ben is a brilliant waiter very helpful and cheerful food was excellent can’t fault it at all clean toilets although you have to climb a few stairs but there is a disabled toilet downstairs easily accessible great value for money and the ice cream is amazing

We had a quick stop in on Easter Monday after a day out. Despite the restaurant getting progressively busier as we ate, our server Chris was fantastically attentive and conversational. Felt very well looked after and enjoyed good food with good people.

Service was great and quick. Food was lovely and hot and salad was delicious. The menu has changed with different foods hot and spicy or plain.

Nipped in solo for breakfast while my partner attended an interview for a travel company across the road. I enjoyed an ultimate breakfast with steak. The staff were very nice and checked up to make sure the food was okay. Will be returning if I find myself in the area again.

Absolutely shocking I ordered a breakfast and was utterly disappointed The eggs were the yoke and a tiny bit of white in a triangle shape? Floppy toast, 1 mushroom soggy like it was boiled, half of a perfume tomato Cheapest sausages I’ve ever seen Tasteless bacon And I had to pay for it I’m traumatised Never ever again would I visit a harvester especially in Staines

Came in for a meal with my sister a day after Valentines and the whole restaurant was packed but the staff still pulled through and were wonderful. Archie was so helpful, our waiter was quick, the food was lovely, kudos to the chefs, and everyone was so friendly. It was a delight, we enjoyed ourselves.

The serivce wasn’t the greatest we waited about 45-50 mins for our food and it was just sat on the side waiting to be collected for 10-15 mins and other people’s food was getting collected which I was disappointed about but the food tasted amazing but my steak wasn’t cooked the way I would have liked it by it was still nice. I second coming again but the service was appalling we were stay there for 2 1/2 hours overall which it wasn’t that busy so it confused me and my partener but our server was very nice and genuine and helped us with our issues.

Went here on a Monday night after booking a table for 12 , sat down to be told that they only had rump steak no other option. The food was really not good , the manager did take off the bill a macaroni cheese that was swimming in grease and a chicken meal that was pink inside . The tables were sticky to touch .. unfortunately we won’t be going back

I decided I needed some time out of the house and the harvester was the perfect place to go. It’s not to brightly lit, and thankfully not too busy. I arrived and was greeted with a smile and a little joke by a guy with a white shirt and tattoos on his arms. It’s unfortunate I can’t mention him by name. I ordered a nachos with pulled pork, as an extra, and a Dirty Bird chicken burger. The salad bar was lovely, though I didn’t know what the salad dressings were as I didn’t see any labels (I could very well have just not seen them), though by luck I chose a nice vinaigrette. It wasn’t a long wait for the food to come out. The nacho portion was the same as a salad bowl with all the toppings on top. The pulled pork was definitely a good choice, it was sweet but not so much so it was sickly. I didn’t have a chance to try the burger unfortunately as I was full from the salad, nachos and fries, though I did get to take it home.

Met with some friends and had a good experience. Food was excellent and service from Kelly first class. We thought that some areas of the restaurant were a bit dark so we were moved to a better lit table, which was fine.

Food was cold. eggs was hard beans cold toast cold. The only thing hot was the tea. Shame reallly as the place is clean. Poached eggs hard not soft

We really hate the new changes you have made to the breakfast menu, everything that made Havester a great place with a good breakfast you have removed ! like the coffee, tea and juice station, make your own toast and the breakfast bar. The toast that came with our breakfast was on our plate with our food and it was so dry as had been left under the hot lamps.

Came for a birthday. Kids food was good portion and they got desert included in the price. Great value for money. Adult meals were a good size, no need for starters with the salad bar.

I went to the Harvester in Staines yesterday with my friends. We all had such excellent service. I am coeliac and I am gluten free and dairy free. Rosie the waitress was so helpful and she got me salad from the back and also checked we was all okay. I would definitely go back there.

The bbq ribs and honey glazed ribs are delicious, and sweet potato fries and the new spicy coleslaw from the salad bar all good portions too

It was lovely the food was divine the unlimited salad was a very nice touch and the choice of sauce aswell, the childrens meals were lovely including the build your own sundaes, the stuff we’re very attentive and friendly. I can't comment enough on how lovely Rosie is she's one of a kind and you can really have a laugh with her she treats you like family I won't go to any other harvester, again the food and service was fantastic

Wasn't the best experience like we've had before, they forgot my peppercorn sauce, gave me peas which I told them I didn't like, brought our mains out when wee were still eating our starters, and then when we asked to pay, the server, took another 3 orders so my partner had to go and find someone else

Unfortunately for my family and I, we had the displeasure of attending this awful venue on Friday 22nd December 2023. The Harvester is never high on my agenda to visit as the food and service has been pretty atrocious previously but my mother decided to go with it due to it's ease for us all to get to. Having 'pre ordered' our 3 course Christmas Dinner, we clearly wrongly assumed that 'pre ordering' means they would know what we wanted to eat.....silly us!! Having sat for 45 minutes waiting for our food, my mother spoke with one of the waitresses to find out where our food was having 'pre ordered' as per Harvesters request and she was met with the following 'pre ordering is just for us to know what food we need to order in, it's not so we know what you want to eat, you still need to order' So....the 'pre ordered' starter finally arrived an hour after our arrival. The main course was again horrendous with 1 meal out of the 11 being forgotten even though we had both pre ordered and ordered again and 2 meals were not touched at all due to how bad they were. Pudding again was a joke with my mother being told that the 'pre ordered' Christmas Pudding had run out. By this time I had heard enough and asked to speak to the manager. I was met with 'there are loads of duty managers and I am one of them so what's your problem?' I made this rude individual aware that my problem was that the whole evening had been a shambles. She rudely shouted over me and said she was going to get the GM as wasn't going to be spoken to in this way..... Out charged the GM (Jacob Grocott) from the kitchen and I was met again with 'What's your problem? I've now got two members of staff back there crying their eyes out due to you swearing at them' This was met with huge laughter from all members of our party as I had only spoken to one member of staff and did not swear once, in fact I didn't have time to really speak let alone swear seeing as she took such offence to me saying 'the whole evening had been a shambles' and then walked off. The GM continued to shout over me, telling me that he had numerous members of staff who had called in sick which only left him with two people in the kitchen (again, another lie as I could count at least 4 at the pass) and asking 'I want to know what you're problem is'. At this point, I tried to remind him that I was the customer and the problem was that we had endured a terrible evening. He continued to be rude so I politely said, 'I tell you what, I'm putting my jacket on, we don't want dessert and we're leaving', he said I couldn't do that without paying and that he was going to call the police. I told him to call the police and if he wanted to speak to me in a polite manner at the front of the restaurant about paying the bill then I would be more than happy to do so but if not, then we will leave and no payment will be made. I left with my wife and children without paying and left my mother and sister in the restaurant speaking to Jacob where a figure was reached that we were happy to pay. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant I have visited and will in no way be returning. I would suggest that your 'pre ordering' policies need to be seriously reviewed as you clearly don't know what the definition of this is and secondly, some serious money needs to be invested in Customer Service training for your Managers! It's safe to say. I will never be returning to this terrible establishment and I hope no one else who attends receives the same sub standard level of service we did. Please note, the amount paid was a lot less than we were meant to have paid but refused to pay the full amount due to how bad the whole evening was!!

I have been to this harvester on a few occasions now and the staff there have always gone above and beyond, the salad cart is always full and food is always good.

Left before we ordered, toilet dirty, service not good waited and waited to order... left in end and had better time in TGI

Harvester staines Located: Tilly's Ln, Staines TW18 4BL Our 2nd visit, to be honest we should have learnt from our first visit. We thought we would give this venue another chance after experiencing rude staff, slow service and dry food on our first visit. Being a very special night , my partner and I were excited and planned a full day ending in a nice hot meal together. Unfortunately not much had changed. The service was slow , the food was very basic and in my view it was under staffed . I'm sure some diners would enjoy their night at Harvester but it's not for me. Perhaps more of a family outing.

Honestly very under staffed and frantic first we were told we weren't allowed to share drinks which is absurd then it took about 10 minutes to get out empty refillable glasses next they ran out of plates and bread then main was awful no sauce...

Staff was not really friendly, specially one female she was really rude .. I didn’t like my Christmas dinner at all

It was a very friendly atmosphere. Dan definitely had the festive cheer, and Philip was amazing. He was super friendly and helpful with my mums dietary requirements. Philip definitely made the whole evening run very smoothly.

It took a long time for the staff to take or even notice us arriving The ice machine also did not work when I went to refill it. It was great though I think it may be short staffed also the toilets were a bit shabby and it was quite a climb up many stairs

We visited this branch because the West Byfleet one was busy. We thought the environment here was really pleasant, so we would come again as both are equidistant. The food was piping hot and we had a good night out.

Just walked into a relatively empty restaurant, where we waited a while to be seated, once sat down waited for half an hour while watching various waiting staff pottering around empty tables, before finally leaving without even having a drinks order taken after seeing a couple behind us being seated and served immediately after walking in

Popped in at 11.30 for lunch from their lunchtime menu. Great value for £11,99 for self serve salad plus two courses (starter or dessert). Excellent timely and friendly service, and piping hot meal, really tasty. What more can you ask ?

Staff were friendly & attentive. As it got busier we did feel a bit forgotten & requested the bill as we didn't want to wait any longer for dessert but the waiter insisted he get us the free dessert that came with the kids meals & we all shared and really enjoyed it. Do not recommend the 'full' rack of Ribs, portion sizes have changed. It looked sad and lost on the plate, apparently you need to opt for the £24 mega Ribs

Friday 27Oct, approx 7pm. Went out for a surprise dinner wife my wife. Wish we’d gone somewhere else. At first, very good. No booking, no problem. Seated in bar area. Drinks quick to arrive. Food not so quick. Typical Harvester, nothing special, but OK. Then...

The atmosphere wasn't the best, nothing special the food was just okay and took a while to come out, however I was there on a busy day. The waiters were really friendly though!

Very disappointed with our visit here, was our first time time. Took my Grandad out for some lunch only to be met with very rude woman called NATALIE. Asked her a general question as we didn’t realise something and the attitude and rudeness we got back for no reason was just disgusting and all in all ruined our day as it was just not needed. As I then walk off embarrassed from being spoken to like that in front of people she and another waitress laughed about it. Very sad as the food was very good but won’t be returning again :(.
