The Two Rivers Harvester in Spelthorne

Have visited this harvester 3 times this month on a weekday lunchtime. The restaurant is very accessible and accommodating. Service is super fast and food is delicious. Only thing I would improve is making offers available to everyone. I have been able to get great deals using the harvester app but I am aware that not everyone who visits the harvester has access to a smartphone.

This was the first time I'd visited this Harvester in the centre of Staines upon Thames town centre, I hadn't booked but despite it being extremely busy the female maitre d' found me a table. The dish I ordered was well cooked and tasted gorgeous washed down with two large black coffee's. It's a place I would definitely visit again perhaps during the week when it was less crowded. A pleasant experience.

Been here with family and was pleased with the service and the food! Salad bar is the best and we were looked after by Chris who is very helpful and efficient and made the whole experience really nice. So thank you to Chris and the rest of the staff.

The food here is amazing! Can always come in and leave with a full belly. Chris makes us feel at home and gives us the best service we could possibly ask for! Deffo makes us want to come back again!

Our server was amazing! Christaki was attentive and caring for us. He went above and beyond with our order, gave great advice on questions for the menu and even went and checked with the chef to make sure our order was perfect and how we wanted the food! He deserves recognition and a pay rise! Truly lovely gentleman. Didn't even want to accept a tip! Would come back just for him!

Incredible service! We had a large table of over 10 and a lovely man named Chris served us. He was friendly, great timing between meals and drinks running low. All round exceptional service!

At lot friendlier than the of harvesters near by will be using this one from now on. Went again today and food was not good. Service was excellent though.a

Amazing food and nice staff Chirs!

Genuinely couldn't really fault it. Does exactly what it said on the tin. Great service, good tasty food, came out hot. Great value ordinarily but had a promotion on which made it even cheaper on the day of you had the app. Darren was absolutely brilliant, fantastic service and great energy. Loved it.

Yeah. Me and my work colleagues come it pretty regularly and always have a good time.

My sister and I come here every so often and somehow we are always served by Chris every visit we have. He really goes all the way and provides great customer service. Have never had any issues with the food - it’s always consistent. Place is clean and the atmosphere is friendly.

The entire staff was really friendly and the food was amazing. Special note of thanks goes to Chris, who was truly a breath of fresh air. My personal favorite was the Scampi main. We had the best time at dinner :)

Anuj was very friendly and efficient in serving us. Always had a smile and made the visit a pleasant experience.

A pleasant family meal before seeing the Christmas lights at Windsor, which surprised us all as Harvester does not have a good reputation in our area.

The food was really good and we wasn't kept too long before it arrived, despite it being pretty busy for a Tuesday. Rosie, our waitress, was cheerful throughout and took time to make us feel very welcome.

Was served by Megan she was very friendly and helpful and understanding. I have autistic child who likes to have time to eat her salad before her dinner comes and when asked if could order in a bit she did and was very accommodating unlike others I've had. Great customer service Thank you for serving me and my children today.

Driver could be seen on the map going in circles, yet did not call for directions. Food therefore was cold, and the drink had spilled over and all the packaging was soggy and food inedible.

The service was great. The waitress was helpful and lovely. However my ribs were cold (Luke warm at best) and the offer on the app wasn’t sold there (free Stella with a main meal) and was told no alternative was allowed. I told customer service but they couldn’t care less. Terrible.

Great place for families and our server Anuj was nice and friendly, would highly recommend coming back. The salad bar is always a crowd pleaser. (Tip, download there app for further offers).

Loads of choice. Food yummy. Lady at the door was really friendly. Waitress Megan was warm, friendly and really helpful! Overall a great experience and we will definitely be going back.

First time in this Harvester it was very busy close to Xmas but we were seated straight away by a friendly staff. The food was fresh and tasty. The staff were professional to all our needs.I would recommend it 💯🤩 and take your kids as it's kids friendly.🥪🌯🧃☕

Food was cold but when told them it was quickly rectified

Ben our waiter was attentive, cheerful and friendly. He made us feel at ease and helped with our food choices. He checked in on us as did the female Irish member of staff whose name I did not get. The improved menu gives great choice and the salad bar is one of my all-time favourites. We had tacos, jalapeño doughnuts, corn bread and salad.

The atmosphere is always wonderful here. The service is amazing. Very friendly staff who actually take the time to chat with you.

Left 5 star review just for Dan our server - nothing was too much trouble - very friendly, chatty and attentive and excellent customer service. Shame our the food wasn't good. My friend sent her burger back as it was cold and by the time it was replaced I had eaten mine. 1st choice of dessert was unavailable - profiteroles - and 2nd choice - choux bun - did not match the description - hardly packed with white chocolate moose as stated and only served with 1 whole strawberry.. if it hadn't been for the service we received we would have walked out.

Ordered the Christmas pulled turkey burger. Came out cold had to wait near half hour for a new one.That one wasn't much warmer. Dan our host was superb.Nothing was too much for him. I have left a 5 star ,because our sever dan went above and beyond

I have to start with the outstanding customer service from Lorraine and Natalie, who made my visit here such a pleasant one. They were two of the best team members in any restaurant I have visited, and duly deserve as much praise as possible, as well as a decent pay rise too, I shouldn’t wonder. I always love great interaction from team members, as I can both respect and react to them. My breakfast was very tasty, and the atmosphere was good. My only observation was it was incredibly dark inside and needs a bit more light to read the menu and see each other. That aside a definite 10/10 for Lorraine and Natalie, and all team members, seen and unseen.

My friend and I visit this Harvester quite often and we always have a good time. Rosie was amazing and checked in with us throughout the evening - great service!

Our server Natalie was so lovely. Service was quick, food was good, salad bar was fully stocked. Natalie was very happy and smiley too. Overall great experience

Staff were friendly and attentive although it did take a while to receive our food after ordering and receive the bill. Atmosphere and interior were good. Food was disappointing (burger ok but sausage medley was disappointing ) but did not represent good value for money. £45 for two people to eat 1 course each with 1 drink.

Food okay, but very limited. The service was a little better but very limited interaction. Atmosphere was non existent - may be because of the time of day I went there.

Natalie our server was very busy but this didn't affect the service we received which was superb. Good food as expected from Harvester. We do have a Harvester nearer home but prefer the Staines location.

Waitress was fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Floor around the table was cover in food, REALLY needed cleaning. Ribs arrived and although tasty, were luke warm and had to be sent bad to be reheated

Came in for lunch on Tuesday. Food was outstanding and the service was amazing. Big thanks to Natalie, Megan, Kelly and the kitchen team for a great experience. Can't thank you guys enough

Having a birthday meal at the harvester in Staines, I had the 1983 HARVESTER COMBO. Once arrived hope, I felt ill and for a week I had food poising. Won’t be going back again

love this restaurant, good quality food for reasonable price for 4 people. staff helpful & food really tasty plus of course the free salad bar which includes dips & my fav blue cheese sauce with bacon flavoured buts, crispy onions & croutons to top my healthy salad

Online Booked a table for 2 at 20:45. When we arrived we were informed that kitchen is closed at 20:30 was very disappointed to know that. Was waste of time. I was asked to call the restaurant to speak regarding my disappointment. When call the number it connects me to the restaurant where they ask me to book another table. No way I'm booking another table in is just waste of my time.

Had a great evening and served by Darren who was absolutely fantastic!

Rotisserie chicken was dry. The ribs were not good. Hardly any meat on them. Chips looked like bottom of the bag bits and bobs. Possibly an off night.

I came here with my little brother, both our meals were absolutely lovely. Staff were super nice, from the moment we were sat to the payment they were super nice! Our server Ben, was super sweet, even having a little laugh about my Rick and morty shirt. Ben was super nice and accommodating to my pineapple allergy. The manager ,I am unsure his name, was super sweet aswell. Overall I would recommend! Lovely staff and really nice food 😋

Visit Harvester fairly regularly and Natalie is by far the most friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to be served by her, she always manages to go that extra mile and put a smile on my little girls face!

Ambiance was nice, short wait for welcoming staff. Disgusting toilet conditions. Friendly and upbeat server. Uplifting tunes from kitchen. Fast service, possibly too quick with bill. All in all a lovely visit.

It's OK. Average food , service was actually good . You know what your getting with harvester. No frills food but it's consistent throughout its branches .
