Been visiting here for nearly a decade now. The menu changed but the point didn't. Still choose harvester when looking for a relaxing afternoon meal. Excellent stuff.

We visited the restaurant last Thursday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were asked if we’d like to sit by a radiator as it was very cold outside. When the food arrived, my chicken was not upto the usual standard. When I went to look for help, I passed 2 staff on a break but both of them stopped to to help me with was so kind of them. The chef was also really understanding and redid the meal the way I liked it. Hazel, who I recognised from before was amazing. She did everything she could to make sure that we were happy and comfortable even though she got very busy. Thanks to Hazel we ended up having a really nice time! Hope to go again soon 😊

All the staff were very friendly and accomodating. I have a 4m old baby and it's quite stressful at times but the staff were there to help

The food was good. The salad bar was fresh and the food was tasty. Disabled Parking was limited but the parking does depend on the size of the grounds.

Our server was John. He was absolutely amazing polite and cheerful!! Extremely helpful!!! We had the pork n chorizo skewer very much recommended with the honey sauce if u like the kick.

Another great visit; BBQ chicken stack was lovely, all salad fresh and great service by Milée, smiling, chatty and attentive.

So last year i travelled from Nottingham to London for one thing, attending my idiot friend's birthday party. I got there crushingly late due to the wonders of London's bus network but I gotta say, the 8ish hours of travel were nullified due to the experience. Of course seeing my buddy was great but I have to give the food and service a lot of credit. It was fantastic. The waiters were truly friendly people who actually engaged with us. Recommend the place.

I went on a breakfast date with my husband and we had a good breakfast, service was good, and it was quiet time of day, so we could talk to each other over the table. Milee was attentive and polite :-)

We came here today a meal after not being here for a long time and I left exceptionally pleased. The food was beautiful, and quick to arrive. Our waiter, Jack, gave the best customer service I have experienced for a long time.

Food took ages to be served and there was an awful smell that made it difficult to eat. The hostess was also not around when we needed her and we were often ignored

Excellent customer service. The staff members who attended to us, namely Abi and Milee, provided a fantastic service. Both were very friendly, patient, and professional in their approach. Ellie, Hannah and Job were brilliant.

Food was ok but not great.One person in our group asked to substitute an item but was told no they couldn’t, this has been done previously at another harvester, so don’t understand why it couldn’t be done here. Service was the worst. A drink was accidentally knocked over, for which we apologised this was extremely embarrassing as it went over the table & floor. The waitress was extremely rude and unhelpful which just added to our embarrassment , she reluctantly got us some paper roll to dry the table , but nothing to dry the floor, which was left wet & very slippery.She also said in a loud voice so other staff & customers could hear, those menus are all wet now so they cant be used. Definitely won’t be returning spoilt what was meant to be a lovely family reunion .

Sadly just because we didn't order a starter, we wasn't charged the boxing day set menu price but the hiked up standard menu prices. Won't return anytime soon.

We opted for the full English breakfast, which on the whole was very nice but could have been warmer as it had been waiting under the lamps for several minutes and had lost heat. The restaurant wasn't busy so there wasn't really an excuse for this to have occurred. The service was good and the staff once in the restaurant were very helpful.

Mixed grill was cooked perfectly by the chef. Probably a new chef as in the past it's been okay. Ribs need improving big time! Quality and size its not worth the price.

Enjoy the breakfast delivery. Very good value, even with Ubereats' premium. The problem is that bits of orders are often missing. Syrup mixing from pancakes for example. Or the hash browns missing from the muffin order. It is almost always cooked well, but dry pancakes or perfectly cooked hash browns so frequently missing tarnishes it a bit. Edit: recent orders been a lot better. Score updated.

Came here for my son’s birthday and had a very nice meal at this restaurant which is always a great pleasure and the service from milee was excellent and she was very frendly and helpful.

The food was tasty, we ordered simply chicken, and the bbq ribs, and a kids meal HOWEVER the service was very very poor. We booked the table for 3pm, arrived at 3.12pm waiting at the desk for at least 2 minutes then the assistant came over and said that our table isnt available because we were 15mins late which wasnt true. We got given a table for 6 right at the front of the entrance, there was only 3 of us. There was a booth available and I asked the waitress 'Patience' if we can sit there, she said yes sure. We moved over only to be told we couldnt by the manager, who said she would look for an alternative for us but she never came back once. The service wasnt good at all. I was given the bbq ribs with a pot of coleslaw which literally had a fork worth amount in the pot, luckily Patience saw the funny side and took it away straight away to fill the pot up. The service from Harvester was very poor this visit. The toilets were also not very clean and had very sticky floors. All the staff ignored us as they walked past, our empty dishes sat there whilst we waited for someone to see us... I wouldnt go back.

We went to The Bulldog for breakfast today and it was absolutely amazing. Our server Lisa was extremely pleasant and attentive. All the breakfast items were cooked perfectly and were really tasty. Will surely go back and we highly recommend this place.

Jessi was our server and she was really helpful. Staff were clearly busy but noticeably polite. Haven’t eaten in here for years, but We will come back to eat here again

The food was lovely, good amount of choice on the children’s menu Al arrived in a good amount of time But the thing I didn’t like was they tried to clear the table while we were still eating And wanted us to have the bill behold we were finished We felt that we were be pushed to hurry up when we wanted to relax and enjoy our food

Hello, myself and my son went here today, and the service all round was excellent. I am very sorry that I didn't get names, but all staff were fabulous. My son has a severe allergy to cucumber, and this was dealt with exceptionally well, by the very knowledgeable manageress, who went above and beyond Thanks so much

The friendly, helpful staff were the only positive at lunch today. The seats were stained and there was a pervading smell of old cooking fat in the restaurant, if there were other dining choices nearby we would have left. My friend and I both had the ribs and salad which was perfectly ok. This place definitely needs a good clean!

Absolutely ridiculous service tonight in harvester . Way below the level I’d expect anywhere in paying to eat :( Better training needed for staff in hospitality

We used to love Harvester, but it's changed and not for the better. We ordered two full ribs, one was large, one was small. They don't do the Mega ribs anymore so that was weird. No corn on the cob anymore, just weird corn bread which sticks in your teeth. Chips were cold. Garlic mushrooms watery. Sorry but we won't hurry back.

Very clean and calm atmosphere staff were wonderful and very friendly. Can't fault the staff here, but the food wasn't the best. Salad bar was empty in parts and the selection is not vast. As a family we used to love coming here, think it will be a while before our next visit unfortunately

What a dirty place to eat. Not looked after feels like it hasn't had a deep clean ever. I'm surprised the place hasn't been reported as a health and safety risk. Attached images. One particular server was very friendly.

My server Lisa was absolutely wonderful, she recommended I switch from the steak I planned to get to the sirloin since I prefer my steak blue. Really accommodating for my allergies and was an absolute delight. She was kind and personable and funny. Lisa is an absolute sweetheart and the food was delicious!

Worst service ever recieved at a Harvester. Booked a table, was plonked on a tiny table, shoved round the corner, well away from the main dining area, that's clearly been added, as was never there in previous years, we have used this branch of Harvester for 25 years +. Food was cold, onion rings and chips were all cold and floppy, as they'd clearly been left sat for quite some time, deliberately. Was left waiting at the bar for almost 10 minutes, for service, even though it was a relatively quiet week day, and there was no other customers at the bar. Wished we had driven a bit further out to the Windsor Harvester, where there's a better service , atmosphere and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Had to stand at the welcome desk to request the bill, was met with a slight attitude. Put a complete dampener on what was supposed to be a birthday celebration meal. Will not be returning to The Bulldog any time soon. 👎
