Nice, quick and lovely service from Hazel. It’s great to have a Harvester local to us.

We had such a lovely experience thanks to waitress Jessi in Buldog Harvester. She was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her friendly attitude and genuine smile made the visit even more enjoyable. It's clear she truly cares about providing great service. Thank you for making our meal so nice.

We had dinner at Harvester- The Bulldog and was served by Jessi. She was brilliant and really very excellent customer service. We enjoyed it.

Nice Harvester but salad offering was depleted to say the least ( I ate at 730pm so wasnt like last knockings) and my main course turned up before I had finished my starter and I am a quick eater! Not the first time that this has happened to me recently at a Harvester. Service was helpful and friendly and as a solo diner I was well looked after. Food (other than salad) was hot and tastey and good value for money.

felt very sorry for our waitress, definitely over worked. chefs need re training and the kitchen needs looking into. my sister asked for no cheese on her chicken burger. it was served with cheese. once they sent a “new” burger back. the cheese was clearly scrapped off leaving half of the cheese behind. in the end she didnt want the burger as she didnt trust the food. all food orders were muddled up and wrong food/sauces. very disappointing as waiting an hour for food. we saw multiple tables send back dishes due to being incorrect or inedible. only received one apology by the lovely waitress who looked like she had enough.

Eating out with 4 kids is tricky but Milee was lovely :)

Staff were great: friendly and efficient. Food was only so-so. Chips were disappointing, as was scampi, beef tacos seemed to be mostly barbeque sauce, and salad bar looked a bit picked over when we visited. Fish in the fish and chips was good.

As a local resident been visiting the bulldog for many years plus recommending to many of my friends and family - one of the staff members (Milee) abused her position by swearing at me with such disgusting abusive language in a family restaurant with kids around. I would advise keeping your distance. As a long-time resident of the area, I have visited the Bulldog numerous times and have recommended it to many friends and family. However, I recently encountered an unfortunate incident involving one of the staff members, Milee. Milee engaged in inappropriate and offensive behaviour by using derogatory language towards me in a family-friendly setting.

Millie was our waitress and she was great. The waiting time took and lot longer than usual but she apologised and asked if she can get us anything. She was a lovely waitress and I’m glad we got put in her section.

Fish cold, overcooked and stale, chips cold and undercooked, onion rings cold overcooked and stale. Not worth even 1 star, upset stomach during the night, most disgusting meal I’ve ever had delivered

Great service from Hannah!! Lovely woman. Although in the beginning we did wait 30+ minutes and when I addressed someone on it asking if I could get info of when the table will be ready (I booked) I got shouted at by another member of staff?? Not appreciated but whatever.

A pleasant place to stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Compared to airport prices, the food is super affordable and tasty! Drive a mile closer to the airport and food prices double!

Me, My daughter and my partner come here all the time, Once a month on average for the last 5 years and honestly we have never ever had a bad experience, Food is nicely cooked and comes out very fast ( sometimes before we've even finished our salad bowls), Staff are always very friendly and we actually manage to get along with a few of them making us feel special upon every arrival, Our daughter has Allergies and they always take this very seriously when handling her food, its so nice to come to an establishment where allergies can be taken seriously, Today we were served by Lisa and her outstanding service made us feel comfortable and satisfied, shout out to all the staff that makes us want to keep coming back, Legendary service

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Harvester. I visited using a Groupon voucher, which they clearly accept, but from the moment I arrived, I was met with rudeness and unwelcoming service from our waitress, Hazel. She immediately questioned whether they still accepted vouchers, even though they do, making me feel uncomfortable right away. When it came to ordering, she was purposely slow and dismissive. Every time I picked something from the menu, she claimed there was an issue and had to “check,” leaving me waiting unnecessarily for long periods. This happened multiple times, making the experience frustrating and unpleasant. It genuinely felt like I was being singled out unfairly, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that it was due to racial bias. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, the chicken was pink and undercooked (see attached photos). This is completely unacceptable and a serious health risk. On top of that, the beer I ordered was completely flat, which just added to the poor quality of the meal. Then, when it came to paying, Hazel shouted about my voucher across the restaurant, making it feel like she was purposely trying to embarrass me in front of other diners. It was unnecessary and humiliating, adding to an already awful experience. Overall, this was a terrible dining experience. The service was rude and unwelcoming, the food was unsafe to eat, and the drinks were poor quality. I will never return to this location and will be avoiding Harvester as a franchise based on this experience. I do not recommend this place at all.

Our waitress Lisa was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. She was so lovely, so kind and took my intolerance very seriously without making me feel like a problem. She was friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her and she was so smiley the whole evening. Every restaurant needs a Lisa! X

Abi was just lovely wonderful personality and very attentive to customers needs.

We visited for breakfast the other day and really liked the place. car park is small but wasnt that busy in the morning. Nice ambience and the staff was helpful and professional. Although we went early morning all the food was fresh and nice. Will sure be visit again.

Just popped for a drink initially in as was in the area and had no idea what it was like. Food looked good. Not been to a harvester in a long time as my local one was not doing good. But this was all lovely Food was good and Milee served us - she was polite and lovely

Service 0 star if there was an option. very poor customer service staff was rushing us as they were ‘closed’ soon yet it still had a couple hours till closing time seemed like they just wanted to go home instead of doing their job. told us we had a certain time as the salad bar was closing soon wasn’t even 5mins then they decided to get takeaway bowls and fill them up with the last of the salad before we could even get any! poor communication, long waiting time the food was just sat there whilst they was just chatting, staff need to be trained customer service. the chefs done a good job other than that we won’t be returning waste of money!

After two years of not being in harvester I decided to take my girls on woman's day 8 of March to harvester near Ashford hospital the food atmosphere was good and especially the waitress named by Patience was amazing and helpful recommend to go there five ⭐

We visited the restaurant last Thursday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were asked if we’d like to sit by a radiator as it was very cold outside. When the food arrived, my chicken was not upto the usual standard. When I went to look for help, I passed 2 staff on a break but both of them stopped to to help me with was so kind of them. The chef was also really understanding and redid the meal the way I liked it. Hazel, who I recognised from before was amazing. She did everything she could to make sure that we were happy and comfortable even though she got very busy. Thanks to Hazel we ended up having a really nice time! Hope to go again soon 😊

All the staff were very friendly and accomodating. I have a 4m old baby and it's quite stressful at times but the staff were there to help

The food was good. The salad bar was fresh and the food was tasty. Disabled Parking was limited but the parking does depend on the size of the grounds.

Our server was John. He was absolutely amazing polite and cheerful!! Extremely helpful!!! We had the pork n chorizo skewer very much recommended with the honey sauce if u like the kick.

So last year i travelled from Nottingham to London for one thing, attending my idiot friend's birthday party. I got there crushingly late due to the wonders of London's bus network but I gotta say, the 8ish hours of travel were nullified due to the experience. Of course seeing my buddy was great but I have to give the food and service a lot of credit. It was fantastic. The waiters were truly friendly people who actually engaged with us. Recommend the place.

I went on a breakfast date with my husband and we had a good breakfast, service was good, and it was quiet time of day, so we could talk to each other over the table. Milee was attentive and polite :-)

We came here today a meal after not being here for a long time and I left exceptionally pleased. The food was beautiful, and quick to arrive. Our waiter, Jack, gave the best customer service I have experienced for a long time.
