Nice and quiet and enjoyed free Latte. Dishwasher wasn't working. Much quieter than other Costa further down the road. Toilet was reasonably clean although a leaky tap in wash basin. Good place for a coffee and chat

Always good here. Staff hardworking and provided quick service despite all air conditioning being off and temperature inside warmer than outside. Well done and coffee hot and nicely blended

So firstly to say the staff here are great - very friendly & always welcomed with a smile. HOWEVER - the greed from the franchise owner is outrageous. Today I was told they've increased their prices again (3rd time in just over a year). So last summer an oat flat white was £3.35, then they upped it to £3.60. Then in May this year they again increased this to £3.80 (this is the territory of independent specialty coffee in Central London), and this morning when I ordered was told they'd upped it again to £4! Real shame to have to go elsewhere now as the staff are lovely, but £4 for a mass produced flat white coffee in Ashford High Street is insane.

Average Costa affair. Cleaner and in a better state of repair than many Starbucks I've been in. Very few tables and chairs though. Not sure when this social distancing lark will end.

Went to Costa 33 church road Ashford Surrey I ordered a latte. The three people behind me got served their coffee before me and when I was about to ask where my coffee was a family , who were also behind me , got their coffee served at their table, so i walked out in disgust . I had paid for the coffee , which isn't cheap as I only have my pension as income. Obviously not visiting that establishment again.

My coffee takeaway was not hot are even full about two thirds way up pay for a full cup expect it to be full very bad service

Excellent service and great coffee

Lovely cosy Costa. Good selection of food and drinks. My only criticism is the staff. Great if you get the older ones as they pay attention to your order. The one we had wasn't to bothered about serving us and couldn't work the payment machine. By the time we sat down the drinks were tepid.

Only 2 ppl working an only 4 customer's yet very slow service. I understand that everything hasn't long been open so everybody is gettin back into the swing of things again but having to waitin 15 20 minutes for ur order to be completed is a bit of a joke.. it was only 3 coffee's....

Very fast ,quick service and cooperative staff.

There's a particularly brilliant barista working here - younger guy, dark floppy emo hair and dark skin. He makes coffee like you'd get in an artisan shop 10/10. If he's working, you'll get a flat white that tastes like you didn't buy it from Costa! Other than that, it's your standard Costa.

I've usually found Costa to be OK but this one was sub-par I'm afraid. Coffee inadequate and my toasted sandwich poor. Oh dear, Ashford its not good for you

It was warm and the atmosphere was fine but the service I have to say was not very good, they misunderstood my order, and forgot parts of my order and they were very hard to understand, I understand masks are difficult to speak through but the server didn't make any effort and I could hardly hear them

A small Costa but a nice one. Its clean and well maintained. Only one member of staff working which meant she had to take and make orders which resulted in a wait. But coffee was good.

I always have a decaf costa light every costa I visit charges £2.75. This morning I was charged £3.15 because the Barista couldn't find it on the till!! This is outrageous. ..teach your staff

A very pleasant place. Clean with padded seats and some outdoor tables. Situated on main shopping street. Space outside for cars to pullin and drop off.

Strangely there are two Costa's in this high street. I got the feeling that this one is independently owned or whatever it is that they do. This was because of the great service, very welcoming. I needed somewhere to sit for a couple of hours and prepare for a meeting. Not only did I receive great service but it was clear that they have a huge number of regular customers (another good sign) and all of these people choose to come to this one. Find out for yourself why.

The staff in this one are so rude. Wouldn't hurt for them to crack a smile. The bigger one further up are so much better with their customer service.

I feel like the person serving here was probably new and it didn't seem they like were getting adequate support which meant service was really slow (someone even walked out). Coffee came in a cup despite asking to be sat inside too.

Standard Costa so if you've been to one you know what you're going to get, standard decor, standard drink and food options which is usually ok. I find the cleanliness a little lacking here, slow to clear tables, tables not wiped down and in this occasion the tray I was given is filthy

Really bad experience today!! There was a huge que, the poor two employees working kept apologizing to the costumers saying they don't have clean dishes as there's no one to wash it. Everything was being served on take away cups, the dishes were piling up at the tables. Very dirty floor, almost all the lights above the counter were broken. We asked for the manager and we were told that the manager isn't around and they don't no where she is!! Very bad management. How is it possible to turn your back to the store when you don't have enough employees!

I've been here before and not had any problems whatso ever. But on my last visit I purchased a toasted sandwich and they gave me a plastic knife which snapped as soon as I tried to cut the sandwich.

Went into that Costa today never again I believe the people were only training doing the coffee had to wait half a hour for mine I seen people ask for money back and walk out as they were waiting so long and the ledges were thick with dust I am talking about Costa beside travel agents in Ashford

You've gotta love Costa normally really busy but love there coffee

My experience left me cold and in disbelief of how I was treated when asked to heat my drink as it seemed warm only to be given it back which nearly burned my mouth! What also didn't help was the cold attitude after I complained. Never going back there again.

Atmosphere peacefully and great staff

Went in early morning for a cuppa. Not very busy so got the chance to sit down and relax. The coffee is always smooth and at the right temperature.

Tea and lemon tart, lovely as always. Did not appreciate the two members of staff, especially the young lady, talking loudly and in an aggregated tone of voice about some staffing issue, something about another member of staff she had had a run in with. She couldn't serve me quick enough so she could carry on talking! Unpleasant!
