Good for food and very cosy. I can recommened the falafel and egg on toast served with great tasting coffee. friendly staff - my only complaint is that the tables can be a bit wobbly, adding a little extra charm and adventure to the experience

I've been going to Caffe Gusto for a good year now and it is now my go to place for coffee always a high standard never disappointed, when I came to Friday night music it used to be unpopular there was next I'd ato noone in the Caffe literally just the employeeu open and the acoustic duo, but ever since they moved the open mic night to a Fridyay I've never seen the Caffe so packed it was hard to even get near the till to pay, the local ales are amazing and the food is a must try. To end this review I'll say that Caffe Gusto have done well scrapping the old Friday acoustic duo act and have really turned it around with the open mic night much better atmosphere

I went there for a quick lunch, the staff were helpful, provided a menu and explained what was available. They offer very competitive prices on drinks and food. I had a jacket potato and freshly made orange juice for just over £6 - fresh and delicious.

Lunch at caffe gusto totally disappointing. Ordered at till. Coffee and 2 sandwiches. Coffee arrived in good time. My sons lunch arrived. Coffee drank. Mine appeared after 20 minutes and after 5 later customers had theirs and when it did finally arrived wrong bread! When I questioned where my lunch was Oh was the only word I got. Will vote with my feet and won't be returning. Plenty of other cafes to choose from in Staines.

I visited gusto was with my family and I must say the service was pathetic , they did not understand my order they are actually quite rude and arrogant about trying to understand me they were very abrupt and rude to the customers. I think this place or the staff feel they are sitting on their laurels but what laurels I don't see any. I even explained to the order very clearly and they still got it wrong ...the staff seem to be stressed and I think overall this place is definitely going down the drain!!!

Caffe Gusto is a small but charming place for a bite to eat and a coffee when on a shopping trip the Two Rivers Staines. It's a great alternative to yer regular Starbucks or Costas. A good menu, well prepared food and excellent service is what makes the difference. Highly recommend the full English breakfast (but you will need a little time to rest afterwards as it is so filling!). Well done.

BEWARE OF PARKING TICKET!!! i popped in and connected my car for charging. I have since received a fine. Really poor signage here to warn drivers that there are park costs. Really terrible way to treat customers.

Arrived, swift hassle free check-in. We were guven a room in the annexe. Despite being a sunny day, the room was dark and cold. Large room recently painted . The old furniture was configured, so it was all in the same area, so it made the room cramped. Bed was comfy. It's I a tranquil location next to a public launch. However, it's under a flight path, so took a while to get to sleep. Bathroom needs a revamp and a shower screen as a draft blows the curtain and let's the water escape. Mould on the ceiling The breakfast room was very dated, and breakfast was not the best qualify ingredients. Sliced bread for me is a complete no-no with traditional English! Afternoon staff were not that knowledgeable about the surroundings area. Great location for a mooch along the Thames. The picturesque Shepperton lock t a 15 minute walk. We will be in the area again, but even though it was great value, and we like to support independent budiness we wouldn't return., the rooms in the main hotel however maybe much better than the annexe.

The friendly, helpful staff were the only positive at lunch today. The seats were stained and there was a pervading smell of old cooking fat in the restaurant, if there were other dining choices nearby we would have left. My friend and I both had the ribs and salad which was perfectly ok. This place definitely needs a good clean!
