Quick service and good very hot well done

I recently ordered from Tops Pizza, and it was the most horrible pizza I've ever tried. The dough tasted off, and the entire pizza was soggy and tasteless. To make matters worse, it took over an hour to deliver. Not just me, but my entire family disliked it, and I've been feeling unwell since eating it. It's a shame to spend my hard-earned money on a company that clearly doesn't care about the quality of their pizza. Never again, Tops Pizza.

pizza size was very small for medium. size

First time ordering a delivery for a family get together and the process was easy and value for money. The delivery was very quick and the pizza’s were hot and tasty. Recommended.

Stopped off here with the kids on the way back home, wish we never, had 2 sick children on the way back, both complained the food didn’t taste right, one of my other children found a 2 hairs in the food, my pizza the base wasn’t even cooked, overal…. What a waste of money! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

they go out of their way for us as we are quite a way away from them in Ashford. Hot food everytime and the delivery people are friendly. Great and well run business. food excellent and a really good menu list. MP

I order from tops fairly often when I fancy a cheap pizza. Sadly I do find the margarita, is really greasy. Plus I paid additional £1.10 for some pepperoni, just to keep my pizza quite simple, as not been feeling too well. I can't fault the speedy delivery, but I literally found about 4 slices of pepperoni. Which for the additional price, wasn't good. And far to much cheese very soggy and greasy 😞

Pizza undercooked and toppings fell off base. Ended up throwing it. Won’t return.

There was no tracking by the app. The food was ok. Pizzas are too cheesy for my liking, not used to Tops pizza.

Ordered 1 deep pan and 1 thin crust but got 2 thin crusts . Nice but order wrong

Waited 90 mins for food and it was cold and burnt. Veg pizza no chillies & no flavour. Base was burnt but toppings were soggy & cold. Chicken pizza, base was burnt no flavour and toppings hard and chewy. How do you burn sweetcorn??!! Curly fries, seemed to have been warmed up in grill as all the tips were burnt. Will never order from here again…quality has really gone downhill!!

Really poor. Been up all night with stomach cramps and haven’t been able to go to work today either. Will not be re ordering.

Almost 90 minutes on a Thursday night for 2 pizzas it's too much! Are you really so busy? The flavour was not good as my local tops pizza, disappointing. Plus the beer arrived at room temperature and it was 30 degrees outside! No way, really bad experience

It was way pathetic this time. I have ordered often. But every time one or the other thing was missing. And today it was totally bland no hot and spicy as description says. And the cheese used was bad smelly

It was quite early, which was good.

The large pizzas were happily bigger than expected and the staff were friendly! The only downside was that the pizza was quite greasy, but it was nice overall.

the pizza was covered in oil,fat. and was inedible . cant be bothered in complaining any more .

So, the pizza is lovely they do really nice food, however the supersize is only 14 inches so bear that in mind if you want to compare with other places.

Really enjoy a Tops Pizza, never had a bad one, delivery is always on time or early. We've tried other Pizza places in the area but haven't found another good one.

Hurrah! Gluten and dairy free, and tastes better than pizza express ones (less cardboardy)... fab for allergic families

The initial delivery time was 35-40 mins, however once ordered it updated to 1 hour for delivery. It came on 45mins but I possibly would have cancelled with the disappointing 1hour wait.

The pizza was nice but the nachos are terrible. The chips in the nachos need to be changed ASAP and the cheese. Also you should put salsa! Disappointing. Also the garlic bread gets wet in those Silvwr foils.

Worst pizza I've ever had too much greasy and the other was too salty

Only pizza shop we will use, delivery always early and the pizzas are the tastiest and best value too, always great service.

I've been getting pizza from this place for years & - whilst at peak times, delivery times can be a bit hit-&-miss - in terms of value & consistency in quality of food it simply can't be matched. Even with my Meerkat app installed which offers me 50% off some big-branded rivals, Tops is still considerably cheaper. My 7 year old daughter loves the pizza & insists I call "that usual place" whenever I suggest getting takeout! In related news, the owners are acquaintances of mine from an old life & are both lovely & professional.

Great service , pizza was hot , tasty . My only slight comment is the side order of coleslaw We were charged for 325 g but the tub is too small and it was under 200 g of coleslaw ...

Notified food was going to be 90 mins late. Rude female manager on phone when asked why. Rude customer services who say they will phone but never do. AVOID THIS PLACE

Just waited 45 minutes for a Tops takeaway, to be delivered this. The Pizzas must have been stored incorrectly as all of the toppings slid off. The small pepperoni pizza contained no pepperoni and was burnt - shocking.

Really good pizza, I like the taste here. I have been eating tops pizza for many months now. The quality, taste, size and price .. everything is good. I would highly recommend everybody to try tops pizza. The price is also not that high, worth every penny. They give complimentary drinks and garlic bread in happy hours afternoon.

It's mostly for pick up and home delivery. StAys open till late which is great.. good quality pizzas.. would recommend.. specially for that weekend midnight binge.

Ordered two pizzas, both were burnt. Pizza is stodgy and greasy. Very little flavour. Did not enjoy at all.

Had to have something to eat whilst walking home after a superb night out so stopped off for a pizza. The pepperoni pizza was superb, what more can I say for a fiver you cannot go wrong. Fantastic pizza.

I have never experienced this kind of rude customers service. I was frustrated from the anger because he instead of resolving the issue ( driver couldn't find the address and to deliver the pizza) was laughing over the phone at me. Unfortunately, didn't have a chance to try the food. But definitely would say, that customer service is bad and rude.

Very good value for money and this pizza outlet serves at a very efficient manor and the actually pizza is very good. Service is very very friendly and pretty quick. Fast service and great value for money is...tops pizza.
