The best restaurants in Staines Spelthorne South East

Visited this cafe for a light brunch, I ordered the smashed avocado on sourdough toast with poached eggs. What I was actually served was poached eggs on sliced white bread toast with a smear of guacamole. I would suggest in the future if certain items from the menu are not available it would be better to inform the customer rather than substitute with much inferior ingredients and hoping that this goes unnoticed.

We had a takeaway for my birthday…this is the second time we’ve had a takeaway from here and once again it was excellent, best Indian takeaway in Staines… we ordered online with a time slot and the food arrived hot and on time…..well done everyone involved….we will be back

We came as a group of six at the weekend. The food was delicious. We tried different things and can recommend the fish curry, chilli lamb and honey cauliflower. We loved the fact it was a different menu to all the Indian restaurants we go to and can't wait to visit again.

No locks on the toilet door and a gap where people can look through, toilets to close to the kitchen and tiles that were broken off, floors were wet

We came for brunch with friends. It was my first time there. There was a big choice of items on the menu but no crepes available. I had a build your own breakfast and they were very flexible with this. The food was very tasty and the service was excellent. The two ladies who were serving were very friendly with a good sense of humour. I would definitely go back. The toilet was clean with some amusing touches inside.

Get some char and smoke onto the Nann bread cooking and your the best around by far. The only disappointment today was the bread 1st time takeaway from you today 19/01/2024 I’ll 100% be back but the bread needs work asap it’s far from standard takeaway it’s more like homemade oven bake flat bread. Everything was full of flavour until we had the wet flour!! Smoke and char

Carlie was fantastic. She knows how to serve a customer. She is a complete asset to your company and she deserves all the praise. She made our experience incredible. She was so observant with our orders. Best server I’ve ever had!!

Did my daughters first birthday here, at the end of the evening the maanger lied that we had brought more guests even though we had not. He said more plates were used, i told him it was a buffet so some people changed their plates when they went up again but he refused to listen and demanded the £400 more. A awful experience never will i step foot into that place again

Great little place, family run (Greek family). everything I have had from them has been exceptional. AAA quality genuine Greek street food and if like me you are a fan of Gyros, you won't be disappointed it is just as big as it is in Greece so enough for a full meal imo.

I don't generally get round to doing reviews, but couldn't resist it on this occasion. Me and my other half had a really enjoyable lunch in Prezzo Staines, today. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive - nothing was too much trouble for them - and as I have a tendency to customise every dish I order, that's really saying something. So a particularly big thank you to Hubert and Carmen for being so accommodating and helpful. The menu was impressive too, with a good variety of dishes. Our Tomato Bruschetta & King Prawns Al Forno starters were especially more-ish - so a big shout out to Chef as well. An enjoyable experience all round. We'll definitely be back for a repeat performance :-)

Excellent wetherspoons Must be good as struggled to get a table.

Had a family birthday bash (late lunch), 10 adults, 5 children & 1 dog. Lovely food, very attentive staff, excellent service. Big thank for the flowers for the birthday girl. A fabulous small touch. Will be back.

Lovely place, really enjoyed the spaghetti with prawns and the lasagna. The staff were lovely and cheerful, always ready to assist. I recommend 👌🏾

We visited with family who live in Staines. The menu says the bbq specials at between £50 and £65 are for two people so we got two. We also had a couple of chicken dishes which came as starters at just under £20 each. They only had one of their two Korean beers and they are £8 a bottle! They didn’t have any tonic and so my partners G&T was off the cards and she had to have a £10 cocktail. Service was very average (although added to the bill at over £20). We had to constantly go to the back of the restaurant for things we needed and things we’d asked for and they forgot to bring (napkins, lettuce, more drinks etc). In fairness a waitress did bring an extra little bit of one of the appetisers we had liked and they did apologise on a couple of occasions. There was also an abnormally large (and noisy) table of about 12 to 16 blokes but in truth they weren’t demanding too much attention. The BBQ was pretty good but not exceptional with a selection of cuts of meat (and two prawns😂). In truth the beef platter with the starters would have been enough for four. At about £240 for four it was expensive for what it was and we wouldn’t go again.
