Lovely experience Georgina was lovely served promptly and polite and can make an amazing coffee, great experience lovely branch of costa coffee

Lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes unless you need to eat gluten free then there is sod all to be found!! Not recommended.

I recently visited Costa Coffee and had a rather unpleasant experience. While I understand the importance of maintaining cleanliness, one of the employees shouted at me when I accidentally touched an empty cup. This was unnecessary and quite off-putting for a loyal customer. I asked for the store manager and they said nobody is in there which is a lie because someone needs to be there to close the store. I believe customer service should be handled with more tact and professionalism. I hope Costa Coffee can improve in this aspect for a more pleasant visit next time.

Staff where really friendly,even gave me directions to a barber,very polite and the nice lady behind the counter went out of her way to add points to my Costa account even though I initially forgot to show my card,staff like this are priceless,give them a pay rise please.

Had a great atmosphere, the staff were so lovely and friendly. Even when busy were ensuring it was all clean and nice. Amazing service :)

Staff were peasant enough, had to clear and clean our table, seen other customers doing likewise, limited unappetising food selection at a the counter, slow service, the place looked and felt dirty, won't be returning.

Conveniently situated for shopping and the car park (paid). Decent coffe for a chain. selection of snacks to go with it I've enjoyed Biscotti toasties and Sausage roll, all reasonable value. Sevice is generally good and friendly but can be a bit slow at busy times. I like that you can sit inside or out with no traffic as the mood takes you. I use it regularly at the end of a shooping session and before going home - time to chill! :-)

Our order was wrong twice, everything was absolutely filthy and the employee ‘damien’ who claimed to be the manager was the rudest person I have encountered in the service industry. When we asked for a refund he refused to work out what was due so we had to do it ourselves. Shrugged to every comment we made and was incredibly argumentive when we simply advised why we weren’t happy with what we had received. When I said it was disappointing no one had apologised he shrugged and said ‘not my fault’ after some time we eventually got our refund and I asked him to confirm he did not wish to offer an apology to which he replied no. No apology. I have emailed costa a complaint so will await their response. With so many other coffee shops in Staines I would strongly recommend going somewhere else!

croissant could be crispier, didnt taste home made, tasted out of a packet, but shop tidy, and relief that there is no dogs in there as pret a manger are now letting them in and i wont be going there as this is a health and safety issue especially if you are allergic to dogs. Morning Coffee. Very pleased that Costa have some dairy free/Vegan option for my morning coffee snack. Would I want more options? Yes! Am I happy with the almond cookie? Very much so! Well reccomended!

We had a reasonable lunch here just before Christmas although my favourite emmental and mushroom toastie was not available. I had a turkey and cranberry one instead which was OK but not as good. The festive hot chocolate was nice. It was very busy so we had t queue for a long time. Lots of people sat outside for a smoke with drinks and food from other shops, not Costa

Being wheelchair bound getting a tray from the counter to a table can be hard, the staff in this Costa always have time to help. The drinks are nice, if not expensive, foods always spot on, staff awesome, toilets clean, do you ask for more from a Costa?

Meeting up with friends for a coffee Costa is normally a good place to go. Popped in today, first pot of tea and coffee were cold, send pot, coffee and toast were nice, staff very friendly and stayed on top of cues, tables, clean, tidy and ok

Well normal service as always nothing to bad but it's worrying to see flys all over the cakes and items within the counter and then those items being wild to customers

Costa Coffee is a chain coffee shop but this one is always Very Busy But has a quick turn over service, It also has plenty of tables inside & outside which is always essential

I love going here with my family or friends for a coffee and a catch up. Their coffee for me is the best especially their cappucino. They also have a great selection of cakes, sandwiches and they have started to do small meals like pastas....

Been using Costa on and off for a long time, after s long day Grimbo shopping a hot chocolate has to be on the cards, a sandwich too. Being so near Grimbo I expected it to be busy but I never dreamt the tables, floors...

Came in for a coffee and toastie sandwich and a sir down after shopping in Staines. Nice way to eat and relax for a bit before going home.

Good place to meet up work mates and easy to find in Staines centre. Good coffee and plenty of seats outside and inside. Nice and clean and real friendly staff. Cakes on display are good.

Good place to come for tea. They do decaff tea and skimmed milk which is perfect! You can sit inside or outside.

Used this as a meeting point when going shopping in the two rivers area. This gets very busy and sometimes tables are left with lots of empty cups and plates but are cleared up in time. Coffee is great and I love the granola cookie...

Visited the cafe to work and the setting and food were up to standard Had the new breakfast bloomer which was tasty Largest cup of coffee in the business and nice and hot Free 02 wifi both quick and stable

Yes, it's another Costa; a good all round coffee. Weekends get extremely busy and the clearing up (tables and general mess) isn't as prompt as it could be. Nothing much more to say.

Visited regularly for a business catch up. Always friendly, always good drinks, always a great atmosphere. Staff are what makes this Coffee Shop.

I went with 2 other friends, just went for drinks, coffee & cold drinks, but plenty of food to eat. We sat in as people were smoking outside as this puts me off.
