Awesome the staff are so nice and I had been given some freebie’s as I waited for my friends, the staff are amazing here and the food is delicious! Would come again 1000000% Ver good experience!

Terrible service told to leave number and they will text, no waiting for table inside in this store. Told to wait outside in the rain. Loads of tables free so they are not texting people quickly enough. Manager was rude. Clearly they are going to loose money and customers. Manager was manager or something would explain his name. Clearly other reviews saying go to other ones is a good idea. Was advised if I order online I could wait inside. They even told a family with young children go out in the wet. Manager then refused to service us when we asked about the policy that he kept stating and making it up as I he was going.

I’ve been to a lot of different nandos, but the staines one has always given dodgy vibes with horrible food. The staff are super unfriendly on every occasion. last time i visited the beanie burger was almost inedible and covered like COVERED in some horrible sauce. The garlic bread wasn’t even cooked and was extremely doughy, and the peri peri chips were a joke, it was like someone shook a salt shaker over my plate for 30 minutes straight.. My boyfriend also had the same issue with his meal. so yeah, i don’t recommend this nandos unless you love rude staff, undercooked food and mountains and mountains of peri peri salt on your chips :)

Absolutely terrible, I asked for the booths with the backs to the chairs as i have a bad back and shooting pains, I was told that they can not adhere to this to which I was seated at the door where its cold, the cold doesn't help with my back pains which I did say about when asking for the tall seated table. Precious was our server. The food was obviously the main concern so I accepted the door table. Then I was served an absolute horrible meal, the chicken thighs were not crispy skin, neither the wings. I'll never return here again as appalling is an understatement!

Terrible service me and my friends all ordered at the same time, but did not receive our food at the same time. Then when we received our food it was terrible. Not chrispy skin was all slimey and un edible. Normally a big nandos fan but this one has to go down as the worst 1 I've had.

Nando’s has always been our favourite highly recommend. From food to staff to service all spot on. Love the sauces especially herb ones . Lip smacking

This Nando’s was brilliant! We were both so pleased with the service, comfort and designs. Like any nandos, they had many creative designs and portraits on the walls, however I specifically enjoyed the layout of the store and the view from the upstairs. The service was lovely and speedy, and the food was delicious. 10/10

Dissapointed terribly with this nandos. We were given a 30 mins wait time when we could see lots of tables empty. We went for starters in another restaurant next door and then returned. For our main meal. We were seated upstairs when again loads of tables downstairs. There were no knives and forks. Plus t he waiting taff were so busy they were rude. Then I went to the toilet. I will let the pictures say what I want to.

Our AirBnB host recommended trying this, so we opted for dinner here. Even at 515 pm, the place was quite packed. We ordered the sharing platter, which came with two butterflied breasts and three smallish thighs. We also had four sides - grains, mashed potato, salad and fries. The thighs were tasty but the breast meat was dry. Service was not as good. The staff seemed rushed and were also kinda difficult to catch hold of. In the end, we opted to grab our own cutlery and the medium peri peri sauce with herbs. Parking is free after 6 pm.

The staff are rude and look miserable. Even asking where the toilets seemed too much for them. Got up to ask where the cutlery was kept and one of the people who was serving food rudely told me to wait and he would bring them and he didn’t after a good wait. Eventually had to get up when the food arrived and the staff just pointed. No ways will I be returning or any of my family return to this branch.

Come here as a family to have some food like we have done plenty of times however I am now fed up of keep having to ask for new cutlery as they are mostly dirty, my daughter is disabled and the looks she gets from some of the workers is disgusting making her cry!! I find this very rude there is no reason for anyone to do this to my family

It's just like every other Nando's, one of many in a large chain. All have the same decor and same menu. Have used this one 4 or 5 times in the last 3 years and have not had a problem. Level of spiciness (which can annoyingly vary between differing branches in the chain) always appears to be normal, ie not overly spicy or too bland. Staff pleasant enough.

The staff were really friendly. We had a minor issue with our food and it was resolved really well. Will definitely be back in the future ☺️

Ordered a takeaway through Deliveroo. The order arrived on time but 2 sides were missing. We also had someone else’s cutlery and chilli jam that we never ordered. The ticket attached clearly showed a different order number and name. This isn’t the first time this has happened and we didn’t complain last time because the rest of our food would have been cold. This time I couldn’t leave it. I called the restaurant and the manager asked me for the order number. I gave our number first and he said he couldn’t find that order and did I order through Staines? I replied that I did it through Deliveroo and they don’t ask you which branch of the restaurant you want to order from? He was increasingly rude and kept saying he couldn’t find my order. I gave him the other order number that wasn’t for us and he said they had been in touch because they didn’t receive their order? He told me it’s the Deliveroo drivers fault and I should call them. I hung up in the end because there was zero customer service or apology and in my world when you don’t give a customer what they ordered and paid for, you say sorry. Not here they don’t. It’s a shame because what we received was good but I will not use this restaurant again.

We arrived at dinner time on the 20th and asked for a table, we had to wait around 20 minutes but we had not booked so it was to be expected! When we was seated, we placed our order via the qr code. We had our food out within around 10 mins of ordering and it was really good. As 'fast food/coinvent food' goes, it was really good!

I am vegetarian but every time we have gone to Staines branch we have exceptional service which is rare in many places now. A guy call Steve is so fantastic. He knows his stuff his customer service is second to none. He is a manager there I asked but not branch manager but has been there a long time definately needs promoting above and beyond. Every customer loved him

Food was delicious, friendly staff and great service. Food came quickly and they catered to our young child. Staff were incredibly kind and were extremely understanding of our baby making a little mess.

Was seated at are table. Wasn't told the menu was limited until trying to order on the app and asked where things was so they explained but would have been better if said before hand. Nando's team was very helpful and welcoming. Ordered are meal one was perfect and the other barely had any chicken in it at all. Had to ask staff to take a look end up making another one for free which was nice of them. Asked for my chilli points which the manager told me he would do it at 9pm just before he left work and didn't at all and I asked for the code to do it myself but he offered. which is poor customer service especially from the manager. Lucky for him his team are great which made my experience better. Covid 19 measures are all in place. There are shields between tables which is good and everyone is wearing masks and is clean and have track and trace

Very disappointing The menu was very limited We had Chicken breast in pita bread To be honest we could have made better ourselves All they did was pour a sachet sauce over a cooked chicken beast Very bland

I ordered a takeaway from Nando’s and when I arrived home I found my chicken thighs totally cremated. They were very salty and dry. The children’s meals were tiny, 1 box of small chips between two children and their corn was really burnt. The chips were cold. It only took me 10minutes to drive home and I collected my order on time. Really disappointed as this was my first visit to Nando’s since March! Will not be getting a takeaway or visiting Nando’s again.

Went for lunch with my daughters.got seated in upstairs , nice and warm . Our chicken arrived, which was lukewarm and dry. Complained to waiter who took it away, heated it and brought it back. It was tasteless and cheap quality. One whole chicken with chips and a child’s meal was over £30. Really didn’t enjoy anything.

Visited this Nando’s in Staines for the first time and it was a great experience with good food and fast serving time. There’s was a 5 minute waiting time to be seated as the place was busy. Upstairs seating available and free car parking during the evening. Would visit again!

It’s the first time I visited the STAINES branch... I usually go to Feltham Unfortunately this branch doesn’t serve halal chicken so I had to go with the vegetarian options. I had a rice dish, the grilled halloumi and some veggie sides too. Delicious!! Made a nice change from the chicken. Had to have a Nata of course. Made my friend have one too as she’d not before then. Loved it. Great night out with friends. Good food. This branch has an upstairs so lots of room.

I was sitting enjoying my food when the light had fallen on my table. After exchanging in conversation with their safety department it was said that a gift voucher will be the resolution as no one was injured. bare in mind glass had shattered on my table and smashed another drinking glass. Pathetic how someone has to be injured in a situation like that in order for them to take liability. The light was held up by tape, we were told it was like that so customers don’t take it off. If it was secure in the first place, maybe customer would not be able to take it off. Furthermore, sellotape is not the way forward for this, how is that reflecting health and safety? Overall, very unprofessional, all they were doing was apologising but not taking any real liability to what had happened. The aftercare was appalling, it seemed as if they just wanted to close the case. I work in retail, and I know exactly what they are doing. All of them are disgusting and a poor excuse for caring people. I hope they read this and understand how appealing they have been. P.s no one uses sellotape to secure glass, that is a hazard in itself.

What can I say. It's a Nandos. Great meals great rice. Great Chicken. Superb sauce. Quick service. Clean toilets.

I went with my wife on her birthday. Believe me, it's not a good place to eat anything.The chicken burger here was so bad that my jaw started paining after 2 minutes. The bread was so hard that I was unable distinguish it between chicken and bread, this kind of burger should be called as stone burger instead, what a waste of money and jaws. I am giving 1 star only because of the quality of chips. The glass was aslo stinking like hellI would not recommend anybody to go here

Always been the same don't no why we keep giving it a try couple times a year orders always wrong chicken is rather to over cooked or not cooked enough the staff in there have not got a clue how to run the business at all and when asked to use the downstairs disabled toilet they said your not disabled I couldn't believe it you dont need to be in a wheel chair to be disabled disgusting save your money and go to another one or somewhere else

Quick service and amazing food! Staff are very helpful. The only problem is there can be a wait as it is very busy.

My boyfriend loves Nando's so we have been to quite a few in our time together and I can confidently say, this is my favourite.Despite not being the biggest restaurant we have been too, I have never found it too loud even when it has been very busy on both levels. The staff are lovely and service is quick and we've never been served over cooked chicken or lukewarm food. As is probably expected, certain times are much more busy than others and you may have to wait for a table. Toilets are clean. Tables are quickly cleared and thoroughly cleaned. Cutlery is nice and stain free, as are the glasses.

We had a large family party ranging from teenagers to an 88-year-old granny and there is something for everyone on the the menu. Small appetites can share but there are lots of sides for big appetites. Plenty of healthy options and even adults can order a glass of milk rather than bottomless fizzy drinks or alcohol. Easy going atmosphere but this evening was very noisy. Service good. Only disappointment was my chicken quarter, which must have come from a very tiny, skinny bird. Usually the portions in Nando's are fine. We were tucked away in the corner on the first floor and that could be best place for a party of our size (more than 10). Parking was hard to find (managed to grab a space when someone left) but it was a bonus that we didn't have to pay in the evening.

Often come here and always had decent, hot food. It's the only Nando's I've ever known have bouncers on the door from opening.

I would love just ONE time when this place gets my order right. It's always either burnt or not enough Peri salt or it just takes forever to get the food...the next nearest one is so far away...I'm actually going off the brand entirely.

Busy should never be an excuse for luke warm and cold food being served, cutlery not being available and staff being simply rude and dismissive.

Very busy for a Wednesday which is a good sign in itself. Fast service good food and value for money. Prices have gone up but still value for money!

I visit here often and have a loyalty card. Went here today with my daughter and 2 granddaughters. Wanted a table as we needed two high chairs. Twice we asked the lady for this, she turned to a man who I assume was the Manager, who looked very disinterested and he said no. We walked out and went to TGI Fridays instead where they were extremely helpful.

We come here often and always have an enjoyable experience. Food is consistently good and tasty, service is always quick and is good value for money.

This restaurant is one of my favourites, you get fast and friendly service, the menu is varied and the food is very good. Most impressive is their loyalty card system. I have received what equates to two whole chickens for free over the past 18 months.

Yummy grilled chicken with spicy Nando's sauce. This was our first visit to Nando's in Staines. Couldn't fault on anything, we waited for 10 min before we were seated and the service was very quick. Had lovely time and will definitely recommend this Nando's to friends and family. We will sure be returning back in near future.

Love Nandos but this time the quality of food was very low. The chef and the manager in charge need a bit more training. Had complained about the lettuce from the fino pita that is OOD and the explanation received was that is the only type they use and he could change it for me if I want. I don't need it changed, better don't serve it!!

Nando’s is a regular restaurant for my wife and I, Staines has to be in the top 3 we go, the service is great, no request is too small or big.

Worth to go there. Burgers are awsome, chips better than from McDonald's. And the last but not least excellent customer service

My first nando’s was outstanding, different heat levels, variety of chicken and sides, staff are absolutely lovely, atmosphere was incredible!. Will 100% be returning. 10/10 would recommend

Sometimes you may need to wait up to 30 minutes for a table, but that’s during 7-8pm on fridays and saturdays. Most the time I’ve been there, about 13 times, there’s always a spare table. Bigger tables for families and groups are downstairs and tables from 2-4 people are upstairs. Service takes roughly 10-15 minutes to receive food, which is fine as the food always comes warm. Phillip the server is the best worker there!

Service- great, staff is very responsive and helpful Portion size- sufficient for 1 person Taste- tried the vegetarian wrap and it was delicious.

Always a good meal and not too expensive. Try the chicken livers they are very tasty! I have never had a bad meal.

Although some people I know rave about Nandos I was very disappointed. Tables were sticky and clearly had not been wiped down, the table behind us was stacked full of used plates etc. It was busy and complete chaos it would seem. The person who served us, was surly and never spoke a word to us at all not even to say the cost, just pointed to the till display. The order came wrong and we were told it was our error and they wouldn't change it, when we said no one repeated the order back all we got was a shrug and if you want something else go and order it again.

The food was good as always. The staff was coping well with the amount of people waiting to be seated. The only bad point was cleanliness of toilet and blocked one of the toilets, no soap to clean your hands. Overall the food was good and tasty.

Excellent food. Brilliant service. You can't complain when you can't find fault.you know what you're getting but it still has to be delivered.

We go to Nando’s quite often and this time I called to reserve a table for about 15 of us getting there in 30 minutes and they gave us a lovely table. The friendly service and professionalism as well as the lovely food made my friends have an amazing time. Also the lady brought my birthday cake and started singing as well as other members of the staff. Loved all of it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The Staines Nando’s is consistently good , it’s always busy but you never have to wait too long for a table.

This is the most convenient Nando’s from Heathrow because of the accessible parking. It’s about 20 mins drive from Heathrow. It’s busy because it’s smaller than your average Nando’s elsewhere but it’s the same great grilled chicken. We were seated promptly by a cheerful young man. Enjoyed our meal thoroughly!

We are regulars at this branch of Nando's, we never have to wait long and are normally seated in under 10 mins. Our last visit saw us seated upstairs and unfortunately the ice machine wasn't working, as the weather is particularly warm, this was a little inconvenient, but over all the experience was much the same as previous visits. Having now extended the sugar free drinks offering is also welcome as someone who can't drink the full sugar options.

Went here for quick lunch as family members always go on about it . We were greeted and seated pretty quickly. We ordered the food , which came in reasonable time. But for me there was nothing special as it felt like eating roast chicken with chips.

We were seated and about to order when we were approached by a couple telling us to move from their seats, there followed a quarrel which could have easily escalated, the staff had not followed procedure and double placed the table, we left in disgust and will not return to Staines Nando’s again

How nandos fries portion have become a lot smaller and when paying for an extra portion of fries it comes in the size of a cup. Falling into paying more for less, I will not be dining in nando's for sometime for these reasons...

Nando's is a family favourite for all four of us. Good quality chicken - my kids love the wraps in particular.

Good food as we all come to expect from Nando’s. I opted for the butterfly chicken burger, and my partner went for the beanie wrap. Both great choices. Staff were friendly and helpful even though the place was very busy. Would visit again!

I must admit, this is a good Nando's, quick and easy food at an affordable price. I recently attended for a takeaway after a poor experience in another local restaurant and I can't fault the food here.

Used your online booking system for a takeaway at Staines. Placed the order for collection at 7.00pm. Turned up at 6.45 told the member of staff I’d arrived and he gave me a copy of the receipt and told me he’d let them know I was here. I eventually received my order at 7.35pm when I questioned the lady who was doing the orders. No one had told them that I was here to collect or had forgotten. I walked back to my hotel approx 200m away and the food had obviously been sat on the hot plate since 7.00 as it was nearly cold. £24.35 wasted. I then left a review of the service on Facebook and it has since been deleted. Not very happy and I will be leaving reviews to that effect.

Just had lunch in Staines, we were seated quickly, then unfortunately we waited 25 minutes for our food. Chicken was good but the chips were cold and tasteless. We noticed several other people had complained about the wait for food. Quite disappointed

Always great food at Nando's and always seems to be busy. Located in the two rivers area of Staines with free parking after 7pm in the two rivers carpark. Must take a ticket and get in validated in the machine before leaving.

This is the first Nandos I have given a 5 to. We ordered take away. We were early to pick up. Just after payment it was getting put into the bag. The lad who was sorting our takeout was excellent. The food was yummy and still red hot by the time we got back to our hotel room. Brilliant!

I went to Nando’s Staines with a couple of friends on a Thursday night. It was quite busy, we did have to wait 20 minutes for a table but whilst we were waiting we got ourselves a drink. The service was amazing. The cashier young girl, mediterranean look, curly hair; was so helpful with helping me to chose what I want. She wished me a great meal. The chicken was saucy and quite hot, rice wasn’t dry.

Loved the food, especially Chicken Livers. The variety of sauces were amazing. The only downside was the service. It was very slow, the food took around 30 mins to arrive. The staff were not friendly (looks disinterested, no smile). To be fair on them it was very busy.

Have been here on 4/5 occasions, haven’t been entirely impressed but not overly disappointed either. Nando’s in my eyes is known for its daily healthy menu and speed of service, the occasions I have been in here, the take away service has been quite slow, slower than if we were to sit in and eat. I will always come back to Nando’s because the food is good and it’s quick, easy and inexpensive. I don’t think I’ll ever be blown away by any of them, but then I don’t want or expect to be.

Lovely staff, very nice branch and definitely one of the best Nandos I've ever eaten. The service is fast and the food never disappoint. Only downside is the usual queue at peak times.

Poppod in for my takeaway order last night at Staines nandos. Food was ok I got everything I ordered. While I was waiting for my order noticed something wierd. A young fella of the staff was talking to an other staffmember ( a lady ) on a very rude way in a service area. Dont know what he was saying but sounds very rude and humilating. The lady turned back and go back to kitchen. She came back few mins later and you could clearly see on her face she was crying. What is this??!! People bullying eachother at workplace?? This is unacceptable!!! If I was a manager there would definitely send that young c..t at home and call him in the office on next day and give him a warning or something!

Loved this location food always good and fast pace whenever myself and family come to the restaurant. The service is also five stars.

Visited on a Saturday for the first time. 2.15pm and very busy, had to wait for a table which was to be expected I guess. After 15 mins were given menu and shown to a table. Waited for another15 and no one had taken our order so I attracted the eye of one of the waitress to ask for attention and she told us that we had to order at the bar! It would have been nice if we had been told that or if it was noted on the menu!

My first time at Nando‘s and for a fast food, it was quite good! I liked the sauce, chicken was delicious, but it took forever to get the food. So it was not really fast...

when we entered the restaurant in Staines, we were greeted by Gergo, the manager I think. He was extremely efficient, probably the best customer service we have experienced in the UK, this man should be recognised for his friendly approach, nothing is too much trouble. There should be a person like him in every Nandos, well done and we are very impressed, we travel quite a bit, but we are going to make Staines our regular Nandos The food was delicious and a few members of staff also made sure we were happy with our food. the whole family enjoyed it, would highly recommend this branch. Well done and thank you especially to Gergo.

Went for lunch on Thursday (do this on a regular basis).very busy as it was half term. Ordered food ok waited 20 mins for it to be bought to our table, as it sat on the pass for quite a while , lots of staff wandering around but none delivering food. Result dry chicken and cold chips. Not good

If I'm working away from home for an extended period of time I tend to find myself in a Nandos at some point even though I'm not a huge fan. Like others I don't really "get" the attraction, apart from it's cheap.

I actually don't know why I tried it but I did. Apart from cook the chicken you have to do everything yourself and then in order to get any flavour smoother your meal in a fake sauce

A very popular location for all sorts - especially in the evening for cinema goers and during the day at weekends. Can get very busy, but it's a big restaurant and service keeps up with the pace. If you have never been to Nando's (always a first I suppose) then it's chicken, chicken, chicken! Mild or spivey but with a variety of dishes. Also, you order at the counter and wait for service which kinda works. Help yourself go condiments and cutlery and you're off. Quick and easy!

Pleasantly surprised. Stopped here whilst waiting for a flight to arrive into Heathrow as had a couple of hours to spare. Staff pleasant and seated very quickly. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. Plenty of room with tables upstairs as well. A shame a couple allowed their young children to climb on the tables and mess around.It is a family restaurant, so go later if you want a peaceful meal is my advice!Good choice on the menu.

Visited on Saturday afternoon. Expected it to be busy but got a table straight away. Okay service, nothing special. Restaurant is nice and had a good atmosphere. Food was consistent with every other Nando's we have visited. It was consistent with what we expected on a Nando's!

So, it was 5 of us off to Nando's for lunch, you pretty much know what you're going to get; chicken! And we weren't disappointed. Chicken and chicken burgers were nice, staff were OK and it's a nice place for lunch with colleagues and friends. Cheeky and a reliable, if not overly exciting 4 stars.

A pre cinema meal, well its close to the cinema so it's high on the list and being a Nando's fan it's an easy decision. But perhaps it was the wrong one on the day. There were eight of us, which wasn't a problem as we were seated quickly. But really that's the presentries all over. The food was ok but nothing special, slightly over cooked and dry in my case? The temperature in the restaurant was way too warm, which didn't provide the nice experience I normally find in Nando's? It's always value for money but not on this occasion. Shame. I put this down to a mere hickup in quality.

Food was ok, to much sprinkle on very greasy fries, chicken s little undercooked after I asked for it to be well done, it was served still clucking. 2 guys next to us repeatedly using the "c" bomb, the waiter was aware and said nothing, we ate and left. Waiter could have requested the guys curbed the language. I got up glared at the guys and we left.
