He estado en Mevlana antes en el pasado y creo que se mantendrá como en el pasado. Fui allí anoche 23 / 10 / 2024 con un amigo y honestamente puedo decir que fue la peor comida que ambos tuvimos. Los dos tomamos sopa de paca y no fue nada agradable y esperando que el plato principal lo compensara pero no lo hizo. Tenía kebab de Adana, que es un insulto a Adana kebab. Deberían llamarlo kebab kofte aceitoso. Ni siquiera sabía a kebab de Adana. Mi amigo tenía cordero salteado y estaba nadando en aceite y de mal gusto. Ni siquiera terminamos las cenas, eso fue un desperdicio de dinero. Bueno, no volveré a ir allí nunca más.

After trying all the Chinese takeaways in Totton, Golden Dragon is by far the best one. Friendly people from order taking to delivery. Even when living outside of Totton, I still used Golden Dragon when wanting a Chinese.

Reservamos una mesa para el almuerzo a las 2. 30 pm el 6 de julio a través del sistema de reservas de la página web del pub (OpenTable). Cuando llegamos dijimos que teníamos una mesa reservada y nos dijeron que podíamos sentarnos en cualquier lugar, así que tomamos unas copas y nos sentamos. Fui al bar y pedí el menú y luego me dijeron que no tenían reserva para nosotros y que no servían comida. Un miembro del personal detrás de la barra preguntó si habíamos reservado en línea y cuando dije que sí me dijo 'oh, el sistema en línea no siempre funciona - tenemos papas fritas si tienes hambre'. Francamente, no podía haberle importado menos que ya hubiéramos bebido pero no pudiéramos conseguir comida, de hecho fue bastante grosera. El personal es poco servicial, atienden a los clientes habituales frente a otros clientes, la música era increíblemente alta para la hora del almuerzo y en general un ambiente muy desagradable. Ciertamente no volverá...

£ 16 . 50 para una parrilla mixta no es barato. Y el cordero no era comestible y era tan masticable, y el pollo estaba estúpidamente seco. No hay mayonesa de ajo o salsa de chile como se solicita para que no se repitan los negocios de mí.

Excellent food as usual, bit late but worth the wait.

As decent a coffee as Costa gets. Seriously lazy staff, sat at a table with someone else’s rubbish for 2 hours. During my two hour stay, I didn’t see anyone clear or clean tables at all… come on. Have a little pride.

Insanely rude and incompetent coffee shop. Ignored me for the customer behind me, who they knew (and were providing with free milk, which took a 10 minute discussion apparently) then - when they actually deigned to serve any paying customers - they took my money but didn’t pass my order on to the guy making coffee, so it wasn’t made. Never once apologised or acknowledged this, so I eventually asked for a refund. Then condescendingly dismissed my claim that it was for 6.10 and refunded me less (5.95). When I checked my bank statement … it was indeed 6.10 and they had actually charged me an additional 5.95 rather than issue a refund. Either dishonest or so incompetent it beggars belief.

From the moment we got there the service was rubbish, we tried ordering drinks only for the bar staff to serve their friends and locals first even though we were there before most of them. After being shown to our table had to wait about half a hour to get our food order taken then seemed like an age for the food to come out. Not once did anyone ask if anyone had any food allergies! First meal out they left the chicken of the pasta then had to wait 2 minutes in between each meal to come out for the 6 of us. 2 people had lasagna which was was only warm on the outside, 3 of us had the swordfish which was covered in some kind of butter and 1 plate had 12 olives and the other 2 had 3. Asked 3 members of staff for water for the table. Had to keep asking for service as no bar staff seemed to be bothered to come check on us as they were too busy chatting to each other. There were about 6 young members of staff but no leadership as they only seemed bothered serving all the locals and youngsters which there were lots off and chatting to them all. I could carry on with complaints but there wouldn’t be enough characters!

After several visits - you never get what you ask for. Said no mushrooms, it was on the receipt, got the food, full of mushrooms! They give priority to phone calls ignoring the customers in front of them. 10p a bag which the food gets put in. If you take your own bag they struggle! Food isn’t cheap either. We’ll not be visiting again.

Bill arrived at the end and they’d added on a bottle of wine that supposedly I had but definitely did not. I queried this but they refused to take it off and we had to pay. The server would have known we never had a bottle. Really dishonest and won’t be returning.

Great food, ready on time. Hot, delicious and not at all greasy. I would definitely recommend trying this place as it really is a winner.
