Unfortunately will not use again made an order at 18.45 did not turn up 2 and half hours … if you can not keep up stop taking orders and when you caught up with your orders start to take orders again. Then had a phone car from the driver who got lost one of the worst food delivery service I have ever experienced 2 and half hours late shocking

we had to cancel our order as it was late but this was due them being so busy as the food is so nice. we couldn't get our money back from just eat so the owner personally came to our house to drop the cash back. fantastic place, fantastic food and fantastic customer service. We would not go anywhere else and cannot recommend this take away enough. .

Food was late, arrived cold and the wrong things delivered. Chips were soggy and inedible. Prawn toast also wet and the spring rolls had so much batter that the filling got lost. I wont be ordering from here again.

I ordered my food at 6:20 and I didn’t receive it until 9:15 and my food was cold.

told 1.5 hours for delivery, said it had been delivered, contact justeat, advised happy palace changed order time (didn't get an update to tell me) then turns up 2 mins before it would be late a 2nd time. all but the rice was pretty much cold by the time it came. 3rd or 4th time ordering from them (either directly or via justeat) directly you're supposed to get priority... I waited 3 hours for that priority, no recompense. if you can't cope with demand, get off justeat etc

Simply the best nothing more needs to be said.

Ordered at 18:30 delivered at 20:40 . I know its friday but this is ridiculous. Said out for delivery and then time changed . So it was never out for delivery . Joke .

set meal for two B. Absolutely sumptuous. Great choice and variety. We both ate everything and agreed the best we have had for a while. varied menu that really hit the spot on all.

No food delivered. Ordered 7:20pm, still nothing at 9:10pm. App says food delivered. would not order again and expecting full refund..

The wait time quoted was already 1:30 mins then the app said it had arrived and we still waited another 30 mins after that. Overall over 2 hours wait.

My order never arrived! After waiting two and a half hours, I contacted Just Eat to cancel. There was no update from the restaurant or any form of contact. I tried to ring the restaurant but it was just asking me to hang up because their inbox was full. The food is usally nice from here, this is just poor customer service! Shame

Food is amazing, piping hot, tasty, forgot the drink I ordered, but did re deliver within 10 mins once I made contact so I can forgive that. Honestly- I have tried a few local Chinese over the last year or so, and this has to be the best yet!!

Ordered at 6.20pm, delivery expected at 7.30pm, food arrived after 9pm. Called restuarant, they leave their phone off the hook so not to speak to customers. Finally got through to them after 9pm, they advised they had taken on too many orders, and were aware this was going to cause delays, thus clearly prioritising money over customer service!!! very poor experience, definitely won't be using again.

I’ve had food from this restaurant 3 times now (including today) and I love it every single time !! Fills me right up when I’m hungry and I’ve never gotten complimentary fortune cookies at other places, but I get them here which is really nice. Might just be my new regular Chinese restaurant !! Thank you to the owners for the delicious food, like always :)

Its terrible we ordered at quater to 7 and we are still waiting for are food we thought that your service would be more better because we have ordered from you before and we have been trying to call and your phone doesn't even ring its straight to voice mail

Don’t order if you’re hungry, your’ll be starved. Dont order if you have kids!! Been ordering for years and unfortunately gone downhill lately. Second time over an hour late and the poor delivery guy sounded out of breathe! Food is normally great however seemed to have forgot the vegetables for vegetable chow mein. I think thats the last order from here now, tome to find somewhere new!

Been waiting 2.5 hours and still no food.

driver left my food on the front door mat and it had been raining he was back in his car he should of handed it to me so I wasn't happy with that

Food is great as always but late continuously. 1-2 hours at-least, never been on time/early which is a real let down to the company. Can’t even get hold of them via the number provided. So frustrating, I will be looking elsewhere from now on.

1 hour 40 minutes is too long for a delivery

We never have bad food from here - it’s always hot and tastes lovely BUT the delivery times are horrendous on a Friday and Saturday. We waited for over two hours tonight for our food. When the delivery time was 50 minutes.

Waited two and a half hours for are food

Food was good and delivered hot (when it eventually arrived). The order was placed at 5.40, and didn’t arrive until 8.50. Couldn’t contact the restaurant, as the number goes straight to full voicemail box. Very disappointing from a usually great takeaway.

Avoid cold and took nearly 2 hours

Ordered from here a few times, food is usually good and tasty, but the delivery times are getting appalling. And they will mark order as delivered just so they don’t get a bad mark through just eat. It’s a shame really as food generally good.

Not ordered from here for some time due to the lengthy delivery times but really fancied a Chinese so we thought we would give it another go. Ordered just before 8pm and given a time of 9pm, arrived at 8.45pm. The food was hot and fresh, very tasty. Great improvement, will be back.

Food was late. app said 20mins if we collected and when I got the confirmation email it was actually 1hour wait. Went to collect our order and waited another 10mins in waiting area before we could collect. Food was poor.

Ordered from here a few times and food is always consistent good and arrives hot. Was missing one item from order this time but when I called them up it was quickly resolved and the had it sent out to us as soon as possible along with some free prawn crakcers.

I order from here regularly but this was poor nearly 2 hours ti get my order on a Monday, and some cold would like a refund to be honest

Orderd at 5:30 said 7:10 delivery had to ring at 8 to ask and then told bn out to top of list and be 20 mins

At time of writing the food hasn't turned up and the phone is permanently going to a full answering machine. Don't care how great the food may or may not be, if they can't fulfil the order or update people on delivery times, they should not be in business!!

Usually really good, today was estimated for 90 mins, ended up being 2 and a half hours. Not the best, a bit disappointing, feel like the quality has gone downhill a bit too. Chicken had a bit of an odd texture.

Unfortunately the food wasn't up to there usual standard, everything turned up cold and had to reheat it.

Order very late ordered at 7.30pm said delivering between 20.40 and 21.00 delivered at 21.20 really not good enough, food was good wait for delivery unexceptable. After ringing at 21.10 and told sorry busy not good enough. Steve white.

The best Chinese for vegetarians! Tried the hong shao aubergine, had no idea what it was but my gosh it was delicious! Long delivery times but it's worth it for the quality of the food!

2 hour wait for food from initial order is unacceptable

Been looking for a good vegetarian salt and pepper dish and the mushrooms were simply amazing! Vegetable noodles packed full of vegetables as well! Definitely my new favourite take away!

The Happy Family dish was a bit too salty (coming from someone who's got a savoury palate).
